热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种以电热针为电极兼具电热和电化学治疗肿瘤的装置, 属于一 种医疗器械。
背景技术
电热针和电化学技术分别用于肿瘤治疗已有十几年的历史了, 它们均利用电 源接通后产生的电流, 一是作用于电热针中空体内的发热体, 使之产生热量并对 插入的肿瘤灶体组织起热作用; 二是作用于两插入在肿瘤灶体上的正负电极, 使 阴、 阳两极间产生电极反应和电极副反应, 在两极间分别产生强酸和强碱性杀伤 区, 达到电化疗的效果。 但由于这两种肿瘤治疗技术均分别不用地应用在临床上, 因此, 单独的电热针治疗肿瘤病灶, 其治疗的温度较难得到控制, 特别是对较大 直径的肿瘤组织升温不能均匀。 同时单独的电化学治疗虽也能杀伤肿瘤细胞, 但 它也存在不均匀, 甚至不能同步等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述存在的不足, 提供一种旨在利用电热针和电化学 治疗技术在物理学、 化学和生理学作用机制上的协同性、 互补性和增效性等特点, 将两者有效地结合为一体从而构成的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的, 它至少由二组、 每组至少有一 根内设置有发热体的电热针、三个直流电源组成,其中两个直流电源为加热电源.它 们分别与两组电热针内的发热体相连; 另一个直流电源为电化学电源, 其二极分 别与二个加热电源的相应电极相接。
本发明所述的电热针包括一组至少由一根电热针组成的中心电热针和一组至 少由二根电热针组成的周边电热针, 中心电热针有加热电源一电极(如正极)接有 电化学电源相同电极(如正极)上,而周边电热针的加热电源另一对应电极(如负极) 接着电化学电源另一相同电极 (如负极)上。
所述的加热电源和电化学电源均为浮空的直流恒流可调电源, 其中电化学电 流的量值由电化学电源调节, 电热针的加热温度由加热电源调节。 本发明所述的电热针为不锈钢空心针体, 其内设置有镍铬丝发热体, 且所述 的中心电热针的外周包复有铂金。
本发明还配套设置有测温针, 该测温针是将测温热传感器装入于空心不锈钢 针体内并与之绝缘构成, 与测温热传感器相连接出有温度指示器。
附图的简要说明
图 1是本发明的结构示意图。
图 2是本发明的电热针结构示意图。
实现本发明的最佳方式
下面将通过附图对本发明作详细的介绍: 图 2所示, 本发明的电热针结构包 括一不锈钢空心针体 1, 针体 1的前端部有一尖的针头部 2, 一由镍铬丝组成的发 热体 3, 其一端固连在尖的针头部 2 上, 另一端接着电源的一极端。 而电源的另 一极端接于针体 1上, 使之形成一电流回路, 电流流过发热体 3后即会产生热量。 由于上述电热针的结构已作为公知技术在中国专利公报上已有公开, 故在此不再 作详细的介绍。 图 1所示, 本实施例主要由五根内设置有发热体 3 的电热针 4、 及三个彼此独立浮空的直流恒流可调电源 5组成。 电热针 4分为两组, 一组由一 根电热针组成中心电热针 41, 另一组由四根电热针组成周边电热针 42; 电源 5中 的两个电源为加热电源 51, 其中一个加热电源 511的两极接于中心电热针 41上, 另一个加热电源 512的两极则并接在四根周边电热针 42上; 电源 5中的另一个电 源为电化学电源 52, 它的正极接于加热电源 511 的正极上, 而它的负极则接于加 热电极 512 的负极上。 本发明在其它实施例中, 上述电化学电源的正负极连接则 可与上述相反, 即其正极接于加热电源 512的正极上, 负极接于加热电原 511 的 负板上。 在以上所述的电源 5 回路中, 还各设置有开关 K和电流调节器 6, 通过 调节加热电流可控制电热针的温度, 而电化学电流 I 的量值也可用电流调节器 6 调节获得。 使用时, 接通加热电源 51, 可以使中心电热针 41和周边电热针 42产 生热量, 并对肿瘤产生热效应。 当单独接通化学电源 52, 这时, 中心电热针 41 和周边电热针 42之间产生电流, 也即电热针 4之间产生电化疗效应, 它使肿瘤组 织起化学变化, 即电热针的一端与电热针的另一端产生强减与强碱区域。 而同时 接通加热电源 51 和电化学电源 52, 这时两者所发生的电热疗效应和电化疗效应 同时作用于肿瘤组织, 并且它们能加强对肿瘤组织的杀伤作用。 本发明所述的中心电热针 41结构与周边电热针 42大致相似, 但为了避免电 化学过程中的腐蚀作用, 在其外周包以铂金 7。
本发明还配套设置有测温针 8, 该测温针 8 是将测温传感器装入于空心不锈 钢针体内并与之绝缘构成, 与该测温热传感器相连接出有温度指示器 9。
本发明所述的中心电热针 41 也可用电极针代替, 这种电极针可用铂金丝制 作而成。
本发明的另外实施例还包括由二根或多根电热针 4 组成的中心电热针 41 以 及由三根或多根电热 4组成的周边电热针 42。 所述的电源 5也可由几个加热电源 51 组成加热电源组, 或由几个电化学电源 52 组成电化学电源组。 本发明主要是 利用电热针 4内的发热体 3通电发热使之产生电热疗效应, 利用两根电热针 4作 为电源的正负两极, 使之产生电流, 从而在肿瘤组织中产生电化疗效应。
由于本发明以一组内热的电热针为一电极, 从肿瘤灶的外围插入肿瘤组织 中, 一根包以铂金的电热针为另一电极插人肿瘤灶的中心。 当每根针通以一定的 恒流电流时各电热针分别发热而起热疗作用。 当中心电极和周边电极通以直流电 流时, 则在以电极为轴心的阴、 阳两极间产生电极反应和电极副反应, 在两极间 分别产生强酸和强磁性杀伤区。 这些杀伤物质在热的作用下使杀伤作用增强。 根 据化学动力学定律, 化学反应系统的温度每增高 10°C, 其反应速度增加 2— 3倍, 因此可使疗效大为增加。 加之阳极区内形成的酸 (HCL PH2— 3)和阴极区形成的碱 (为 NaOH PH12― 13)的增溶作用可使细胞间间隙和沟道扩大和增加, 这些作用都 能使电热针的电极处产生的热和杀伤物质迅速从其附近扩散开去, 从而可大大改 善电化疗和电热针二者分别应用时发生的治疗不均匀性。 另外二者联合后, 电化 疗对细胞的杀伤作用及对血液的血凝作用和对血管的收缩作用有所加强, 还可以 减少由于热的作用而导致的组织体积膨涨, 细胞连接变松, 血管扩张, 血流加快 而导致肿瘤细胞转移的可能性。 最后, 治疗剂量比二者单独应用时减小, 疗程缩 短, 患者痛苦也大为减轻。 本发明将两种治疗功能集于一身, 且其功能可分可合, 可先可后, 整机的治疗效果大大增加, 而整机成本却并未增加。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置, 其特征在于它至少由二组、 每组至少有 一根内设置有发热体 (3)的电热针 (4)和三个直流电源 (5)组成, 其中两个直流电源 为加热电源 (51), 它们分别与二组电热针内的发热体 (3)相接, 另一个直流电源为 电化学电源 (52), 其两极分别与两个加热电源 (51)相应的电极相接。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置, 其特征在于所述的电热 针包括一组至少由一根电热针 (4)组成的中心电热针 (41)和一组至少由二根电热针 (4)组成的周边电热针 (42), 中心电热针 (41)的加热电源 (511)的一电极接着电化 学电源 (52)相同电极上, 而周边电热针 (42)的加热电源 (512)的另一对应电极接着 电化学电源 (52)另一相同电极上。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置, 其特征在于所述的加热 电源 (51)和电化学电源(52)均为浮空的直流恒流可调电源, 其中电化学电流的量 值由电化学电源调节, 电热针的加热温度由加热电源调节。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置, 其特征在于所 述的电热针 (4)为不锈钢空心针体, 其内设置有镍铬丝发热体 (3), 且所述的中心 电热针 (41)的外周包复有铂金 (7)。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的热计电化学肿瘤治疗装置, 其特征在于所述的与电 热针 (4)配套有测温针 (8), 该测温针 (8)是将测温热传感器装入于空心不锈钢针体 内并与之绝缘构成, 与测温热传感器相连接出有温度指示器 (9)。
