DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIGS.1 to 3 illustrate respectively an entire structure and an internal structure of the doldproof shoes in accordance with the present invention.
In FIG.1 to 3, a reference numeral symbol 10 denotes a cuticular leather, numeral 11 is a shoe's sole, numeral 20 is an outer leather, made of natural leather or synthetic resin leather making the cuticular leather 10, numeral 30 is an inner leather made of natural leather or synthetic resin leather making the cuticular leather 10, numeral 40 is an
insulation layer, numeral 50 is a deodorization layer, and numeral 60 is an insulation layer attached on the shoe's sole 11.
The insulation layer 40 is made of a foamy synthetic resin 41 such as a foamy polystyrene mixed with a nuraberr of insulating particles such as diatom or asbestos powder, and adhesive films 42,43 covering this foamy synthetic resin 41.
An insulation layer 60 attached on the shoe's sole 11 is made of a same structure as the insulation layer 40 to be included to the cuticular leather 10, .and an adhesive film
63 of bottom side of adhesive films 62,63 covering a foamy synthetic resin of the. insulation layer is utilized for adhering the insulation layer 60 to the shoe's sole 11, and the adhesive film 62 of top side is utilized for adhering an internal shoe's sole which is not shown in the drawings.
An adhesive film 42 of top side of the insulation layer 40 included to the cuticular leather 10 is utilized for adhering the insulation layer 40 with the outer leather 2C. and the adhesive film 43 of bottom side is utilized for adhering the insulation layer 40 with the deodorization layer 50.
A number of through air holes 31 for promoting a deodorizing effect by the deodorization layer 50 are perforated to the inner leather 30, and the adhering of this inner leather 30 and the deodorization layer 50 is desirable to adhere by applying a pressure in a state of contacting the inner leather 30 and the deodorization layer 50 before the synthetic resin composition making the deodorization
layer 50 would be cured, in other words, when it would have certain degree of an adhesive property, because they can be firmly adhered even without using a separate adhesive agent.
Since the coldproof shoes in accordance with the present invention made of these structure is made by adhering the insulation layer 40 made of foamy synthetic resin 41 such as foamy polystyrene mixed with the insulating particles such as diatom or asbestos powder and the adhering films 42,43 covering this foamy synthetic resin 41, and the deodorization layer 50 made of the synthetic resin composition mixed with the deodorizing particles such as copper powder or bioceramic, so as to be piled between the inner leather 30 and the outer leather 20 of the cuticular leather 10 made of natural leather or synthetic resin leather, and the insulation layer 60 having same structure as the insulation layer 30 is adhered on the shoe's sole, the insulating property and the deodorizing property are excellent, therefore there are advantages that not only the foot of a wearer can be warmly kept upon wearing but also a stinking of foot smell can be removed even being full with sweat at the foot.
