Abstract

In accordance with the present invention there is provided an incineratable sharps disposal container designed to be shipped optimally from the factory empty and pack optimally in a bio hazard incineration box when full, said incineratable sharps disposal container (1) molded substantially of an incineratable material, comprising a base container molded with inwardly slanting walls defining a holding cavity, a cover (2) secureable over the mouth of said holding cavity, said cover molded with a passage therethrough, comprising a protective slide or loading chute (3), said loading chute extending downward into the holding cavity of the container, said passage provided with closure means (4) securable thereacross, leaving the surface of the cover of the mouth of the container unobstructed when engaged across said passage as a closure means therefor.
