BROWN, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, in the county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the-accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

The drawing is a side view showing the inner side of a shoe.
Description: The leading feature of the design is the upwardly curved side lining which is generally of darker material to give the optical impression of the hollow of' the usual shoe with the straight line of the flat soled Shoe.
