FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
The broken lines immediately adjacent to the solid lines around the periphery, represent the external boundary of the design with the lines themselves and the area outside of them forming no part of the claim. The circular broken line on the other hand, represents an internal boundary with neither the lines themselves nor the area within forming any part of the claim. The broken lines showing the footwear upper illustrate the portion of the design that forms no part of the claim.
