- the invention is, respectfully submitted, an unquestionably new, useful and uniquely versatile device for conveniently carrying about a cell phone, much more easily accessible, especially when it's ringing than when it's located instead within the innards of, a far too often, entirely too cluttered up, pocketbook.
Abstract
A multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus consisting of a carrying bag externally covered by a furry coating with baubles optionally sewn thereto which said carrying bag is characterized by the presence of a cell phone carrying pouch anteriorly positioned therein with reference to a card carrying pouch and which bag has affixed to the topside thereof, respectively a neckloop, two belt loops and a handbag loop affixed to which is a handbag clip.
Description
- The instant invention is not the subject of any prior or parent applications for Letters Patent.
- There instant invention is not the subject of any federally sponsored research and/or development undertakings.
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The invention is one of those devices serving to carry a cell phone on the person of the owner thereof.
- 2. Related Art
- The art submitted in and within the herewith submitted Art Information Statement somewhat resembles but does not anticipate the instant invention.
- The invention is a carrying bag with multiple pouches within it. A first pouch compartment is internally lined with a foam rubber like synthetic material which circumscribes a cell phone held frictionally therein. A second pouch compartment posteriorly positioned with reference to the first one is characterized by the presence of hook and fastener material about near the top edges thereof. The second pouch compartment serves to hold credit cards and other items such as keys or a ring. The carrying bag is equipped with a string or thin ropelike material with the ends thereof sewn into the walling of the first cell phone pouch so that the invention can be readily worn about a person's neck. Also sewn into the topside of the carrying bag are loops enabling the bag to be carried on one's belt. Finally, an elongated third loop is thereat also sewn, and this latter loop holds thereto a clip device meant to be held to a person's handbag. The carrying bag is optionally, decoratively fur-lined about the exterior walling thereof, and it moreover optionally features the presence of a decorative baubles likewise affixed thereto.
- The invention serves to provide a cell phone user with the means to carry a cell phone where it can be conveniently accessed without, for example, the need to fumble through a purse to locate it while it is ringing. Also, there are multiple ways to utilize the invention for such purposes. One can carry the invention about the neck or looped to a belt or clipped to the exterior portion of a purse. Hence, the invention offers much versatility in such regards. Finally, it is highly decorative in nature, thus appealing to the aesthetic tendencies of would-be users thereof.

FIG. 1 depicts the invention. Furryexterior component 1 thereof serves to decoratively envelop the exterior walling of carryingbag portion 2 of the invention for one embodiment of the invention.Carrying bag portion 2 is made up of animal skin or any kind of cloth or clothlike or otherwise non-rigid synthetic material. Another embodiment thereof not characterized by the presence of furryexterior component 1 is described as follows.Carrying bag portion 2 is characterized by the presence of cell phone carryingfirst pouch sector 3 as seen with particularity inFIGS. 2 and 3 . Pouchsector 3 is lined throughout with a thin layer of foam rubber like interior lining means 4. Lining means 4 serves to frictionally hold a cell phone A withinpouch sector 3 while the invention is in use, so as to militate against cell phone A falling out ofpouch sector 3 during such use of the invention.FIGS. 2 and 3 also depict card item carryingsecond pouch sector 5. Pouchsector 5 serves to carry card items B such as credit cards, identification cards and small amounts of folded amounts of cash. Pouchsector 5 posteriorly positioned with reference topouch sector 3 is characterized by the presence of hook and fastener means 6 affixed to the front and rear walls thereof serving to facilitate closure ofpouch sector 5 about such card items B.FIG. 4 depicts the intact invention during use shown holding a cell phone A and card items B.FIG. 5 depicts a person C holding the invention about his or her neck by way of resort toneckloop component 7 being an elongated piece of first support means attached, for example, sewn, as can be seen inFIG. 2 , at each end thereof into the lateral walling ofpouch sector 3. Oppositely affixed to, for example; sewn in the forms of loops into the top edging ofcarrying bag portion 2, as more particularly seen inFIG. 2 , arebeltloop components FIG. 6 . Handbag loop component 10 a is a two-ended piece of third support means affixed in the form of a loop, for example; sewn, as shown inFIG. 2 , to the topside ofcarrying bag portion 2. Clip component means 11 is clipped aboutloop component 10 and is, in turn clipped to a handbag E as shown inFIG. 7 .Loop component 10 in conjunction withclip component 11 also function to restrain theneckloop component 7 which is merely wrapped about the body ofcarrying bag portion 2, ultimately throughloop component 10 and held withinclip component 11 as can be seen with resort toFIG. 6 whenever the invention, while in use, is worn about the belt D of a person C or is affixed to a handbag E instead of being worn about the neck of aperson C. Components - Further embodiments of the invention envision and are characterized by the presence of
baubles 12 such as items of actual jewelry or costume jewelry affixed to the exterior walling ofcarrying bag portion 2 either marked by the presence as well of furryexterior component 1 or not, which saidbaubles 12 can be seen with reference toFIG. 1 . - In conclusion, the invention is, respectfully submitted, an unquestionably new, useful and uniquely versatile device for conveniently carrying about a cell phone, much more easily accessible, especially when it's ringing than when it's located instead within the innards of, a far too often, entirely too cluttered up, pocketbook.
Claims (20)
1. A multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus, comprising:
a. a carrying bag portion;
b. a cell phone first pouch sector cut and sewn into said carrying bag;
c. a card item carrying second pouch sector cut and sewn into said carrying bag;
d. hook and fastener materials affixed to front and rear walling portions respectively of said second pouch sector;
e. a neckloop component being an elongated piece of first support means oppositely sewn at and about each end thereof to lateral walling of said cell phone pouch sector for carrying said carrying bag about a person's neck;
f. a first beltloop component being a first two ended piece of second support means formed into a loop and affixed to a top edge of said carrying bag for carrying said carrying bag about a person's belt;
g. a second beltloop component being a second two ended piece of second support means formed into a loop and affixed to said top edge of said carrying bag for carrying said carrying bag about a person's belt;
h. a handbag loop component being a two ended piece of third support means formed into a loop and affixed to said top edge of said carrying bag, and;
i. clip component means being clipped to said handbag loop component to, in conjunction therewith, facilitate a carrying of said carrying bag portion wherever said clip component is affixed to a handbag being held by said person.
2. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 1 whereby external walling of said carrying bag portion is covered externally by soft, furry material affixed thereto.
3. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 1 whereby external walling of said carrying bag portion is covered externally by multiple baubles affixed thereto.
4. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 1 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of animal skin material.
5. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 1 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of cloth material.
6. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 1 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of any clothlike material.
7. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 1 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of any non-rigid synthetic material.
8. A multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus, comprising:
a. a carrying bag portion;
b. a cell phone first pouch sector cut and sewn into said carrying bag;
c. a card item carrying second pouch sector cut and sewn into said carrying bag;
d. hook and fastener materials affixed to front and rear walling portions respectively of said second pouch sector;
e. a neckloop component being an elongated piece of first support means oppositely sewn at and about each end thereof to lateral walling of said cell phone pouch sector for carrying said carrying bag about a person's neck;
f. a first beltloop component being a first two ended piece of second support means formed into a loop and affixed to a top edge of said carrying bag for carrying said carrying bag about a person's belt;
g. a second beltloop component being a second two ended piece of second support means formed into a loop and affixed to said top edge of said carrying bag for carrying said carrying bag about a person's belt;
h. a handbag loop component being a two ended piece of third support means formed into a loop and affixed to said top edge of said carrying bag, and;
i. clip component means being clipped to said handbag loop component to, in conjunction therewith, facilitate a carrying of said carrying bag portion wherever said clip component is affixed to a handbag being held by said person, and;
j. soft, furry material being affixed to external walling of applied externally about said carrying bag portion.
9. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 8 whereby said carrying bag portion is covered externally by multiple baubles affixed thereto.
10. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 8 whereby external walling of said carrying bag portion consists of animal skin material.
11. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 8 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of cloth material.
12. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 8 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of any clothlike material.
13. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 8 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of any non-rigid synthetic material.
14. A multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus, comprising:
a. a carrying bag portion;
b. a cell phone first pouch sector cut and sewn into said carrying bag;
c. a card item carrying second pouch sector cut and sewn into said carrying bag;
d. a thin layer of liner means affixed to inner walling of said first pouch sector for frictionally holding a cell phone;
e. hook and fastener materials affixed to front and rear walling portions respectively of said second pouch sector;
f. a neckloop component being an elongated piece of first support means oppositely sewn at and about each end thereof to lateral walling of said cell phone pouch sector for carrying said carrying bag about a person's neck;
g. a first beltloop component being a first two ended piece of second support means formed into a loop and affixed to a top edge of said carrying bag for carrying said carrying bag about a person's belt;
h. a second beltloop component being a second two ended piece of second support means formed into a loop and affixed to said top edge of said carrying bag for carrying said carrying bag about a person's belt;
i. a handbag loop component being a two ended piece of third support means formed into a loop and affixed to said top edge of said carrying bag, and;
15. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 13 whereby external walling of said carrying bag portion is covered externally by soft, furry material affixed thereto.
16. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 13 whereby external walling of said carrying bag portion is covered externally by multiple baubles affixed thereto.
17. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 13 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of animal skin material.
18. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 13 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of cloth material.
19. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 13 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of any clothlike material.
20. The multifunctional cell phone carrying apparatus of claim 13 whereby said carrying bag portion consists of any non-ridged synthetic material.
