Abstract

This item comprises a brassiere device characterized by the inclusion of cups, straps and fasteners. The cups include central recesses that allow for the introduction of the fasteners that connect the two cups. The cups include lateral recesses that allow for the introduction of the fasteners that connect with the straps, which is configured to include a back-side support element on user's back. All elements of the brassiere are interchangeable, sold separately, allowing for customization of the brassiere to suit the user's needs, without the need to tailor brassiere's parts.

Description

  • This model refers to a device included in a convertible brassiere that allows the wearer to exchange the brassiere's various parts.
  • DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART
  • Brassieres are presently sold as single pieces, such that the cups, straps and other parts are fixed and immutable.
  • Given this scenario, as time passes, the brassiere gets worn out. This wear may not affect the entire brassiere, rather one or more parts thereof.
  • Nevertheless, given the present disposition of brassieres, upon the wearing out of a single part, an entirely new brassiere must be obtained, without the possibility of exchanging the worn part.
  • In addition, the present composition of brassieres does not allow the wearer to customize the undergarment's fabric; in other words, should the user wish to implement an aesthetic exchange of one of the parts that comprises the brassiere, she cannot do so.
  • It should be noted that the present market includes a brassiere that allows merely for alterations to the straps and not the other parts that comprise the brassiere.
  • SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE DESIGNS
  • According to the following, this model will be described more succinctly based on the production example represented in the designs. The figures demonstrate:
  • FIG. 1—a schematic view of the brassiere, the subject of this model;
  • FIG. 2—a second schematic view of the brassiere, subject of this model;
  • FIG. 3—an overhead view of parts of the brassiere, subject of this model;
  • FIG. 4—a perspective view of parts of the brassiere, subject of this model;
  • FIG. 5—a perspective view of parts of the brassiere, subject of this model;
  • FIG. 6—an overhead view of parts of the brassiere, subject of this model.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES AND THE MODEL
  • As seen in FIG. 1, one brassiere 1, comprised of cups 2, straps 3 and fasteners 4.
  • The cups 2 include central recesses that allow for the introduction of the fasteners 4 that connect the two cups 2.
  • Moreover, the cups 2 include lateral recesses that allow for the introduction of the fasteners 4 that connect with the straps 3. The cups 2 can be any format and can incorporate padding and/or be of any other configuration.
  • The straps 3 can also be configured to include a back-side support element on user's back 3 a, and part 3 a can be provided separately.
  • All of the parts listed above are interchangeable, allowing for customization of the brassiere 1 to suit the user's preferences. The parts are interchangeable without the need for tailoring, which allows for easy alteration of said parts at any point throughout the day without greater difficulties.
  • The application in question concerns a utility model aimed at the utility of the brassiere 1—so that the user possesses various products in one.
  • All the components of a brassiere are sold separately, that is to say “by the piece”—cups 2, elastic, main fastener 5 (FIG. 5), straps 3, etc. The consumer will purchase a brassiere in the style she always desired. She will assemble it choosing the pieces that best fit her. The final product is a brassiere 1 that meets the personalized characteristics of each consumer.
  • The consumer will have the chance to create her own customized brassiere(s) 1. They include cups 2, backs 3 a and straps 3 of different sizes, colors and models.
  • For example, the consumer can create a brassiere 1 that had crème-colored cup 2 and can purchase three or four pairs of different colored straps 3 to use with different colored clothing.
  • And yet, there are other variables that exist within this model, such being:
      • straps 3 with different colors than the back support 6;
      • straps 3 and backs 3 a sold separately;
      • cups 2 with prints;
      • elastics with prints;
      • kits with various different strap models 3;
      • kits with various different back models 2;
      • kits with a given back 2+various types of straps 3;
      • kits with back models 2+strap models 3;
      • 1 pair of cups 2, with each cup 2 a different color; and
      • separate accessories.
  • It should be noted that the pieces are sold separately, that is to say, the purchase of one piece does not imply the purchase of the other parts. This means that, if a client wishes to purchase only a pair of cups 2, she may. If she wishes to purchase only a pair of straps 3, a pair of cups or a pair of backs 2, she also may do so.
  • FIGS. 3, 4, 5 and 6 demonstrate configurations of the elements of the brassiere 1 and various accessories, such as, for example, a customized main fastener 7. Having described an example of preferred assembly, it should be understood that the scope of this model encompasses other possible variations, being limited only by the nature of the claim, including therein all possible equivalent claims.
