Abstract

The invention is related to an innovative memo pad holder that mainly consists of a box body and a fixation holder, so the box body is as a cuboid with a central hole on topside and surrounding sides. The fixation holder is made from five panels connecting to each other at edges, appearing like a cross when unfolded or like a cube when folded up, insertable inside the box body, each panel being able to accommodate a memo pad stack. In assembly, the fixation holder as a cuboid is placed inside the box body, allowing every memo pad stack to match the corresponding hole and a single memo pad to stick out of the hole. In use, the access to the memo pad can be made from any side of the box body in a simple, easy and convenient way.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The invention is related to an innovative memo pad structure, especially a memo pad holder that can be used conveniently for a long period of time.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • It is common for people to use memo pads in workplace, for emergency contact, messages, reply and reminder et al. Generally memo pads are stacks of multiple memo sheets in a certain size. The back of memo sheets have self-stick adhesive in partial area. The pads are placed into a rectangle fixation base. Thus, the user can peel the memo sheets off, put texts on them, and post them in a place that can be easily noticed. Or the user can stick the memo sheets to the edge of a file folder to note the document category on it. The memo pads provide multiple application functions.
  • The traditional memo pads as described above and their fixation base does not seem to have a big problem when they are in use. Most people already accept them. However, a product with simple function and no attractive features tends to be replaced and out of the market. Although some people attempt to attract consumers' attention and increase market share by changing the appearance of the fixation base, they do not quite succeed. The biggest drawback for the memo pads on a fixation base is the difficulty in getting a single memo pad. Therefore, further improvement is necessary.
  • In view of the drawback for the design of traditional memo pads and their fixation base, the inventor was devoted to improving memo pads and an innovative memo pad holder.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The objective for the invention is to provide a memo pad holder that can be accessed from multiple sides for use in convenience and last for a long period of time. It also increase the value of memo pad holder.
  • Another objective for the invention is to provide a memo pad holder that is easy to assemble and disassemble to save storage space. In addition, by combining multiple memo pad stacks in the same or different colors to achieve aesthetics look and distinction for classification.
  • To achieve the above objectives, the memo pad structure is able to provide access from many sides and consists of:
  • a box body, as a cuboid, with a central hole on the top side and surrounding sides;
  • a fixation holder, composed of five panels connecting to each other at edges, appearing like a cross when unfolded or like a cube when folded up, insertable inside the box body, each panel being able to accommodate a memo pad stack;
  • in assembly, when the cube-like fixation holder is placed in the box body, allowing every memo pad stack to match the corresponding hole and a single memo pad sticking out of the hole;
  • through the above design, the user can peel off one memo pad from any side of the box body in a simple, easy and convenient way.
  • The following preferred embodiment with figures is to provide detailed description for patent examiners to further understand the functions and features for the invention.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a disassembly diagram for a preferred embodiment of the memo pad holder in the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional exterior diagram for a preferred embodiment of a fixation holder in the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is the disassembly diagram for a single panel in a preferred embodiment of a fixation holder in the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is the assembly diagram for a single panel in a preferred embodiment of a fixation holder in the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a diagram for the status of a preferred embodiment in use.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Please refer to FIG. 1 for a disassembly diagram for a preferred embodiment of a memo pad holder in the present invention. The memo pad holder consists of:
  • a box body (1), as a hollow cuboid, with a feeding slot (10) on the top side and each surrounding side; and
  • a fixation holder (2), comprised of five panels (20) connecting to each other at edges, appearing like a cross when unfolded or like a cube when folded up, insertable inside the box body (1), each panel (20) being able to accommodate a memo pad stack (23), which is comprised a multiple number of memo sheets (231) stacking up in a way one crossing another.
  • Please refer to FIG. 2 for a disassembly diagram for a fixation holder for a preferred embodiment in the present invention. The fixation holder (2) is comprised of five panels (20) that open up in a cross and connect to each other at one single side, allowing four surrounding panels (20) 90-degree bendable toward the central panel (20). It is as a cuboid that the two opposite panels (20) have small slots (21) on the side edge while the other two opposite panels (20) have small tabs (22) on the side edge, allowing the securing of panels when folded up and retaining the cuboid shape.
  • Please continue to refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 for the disassembly and assembly diagrams for the panels of a fixation holder for a preferred embodiment in the present invention. Every panel (20) has an opening (201) with a pair of corresponding side guides (202) and a pair of locking blocks (203), so a space is formed to accommodate the memo pad stacks (23). Further, with a press (204) and a spring (205) to hold the stack, which enable the user for uninterruptible use.
  • Please refer to FIG. 5. When all the panels (20) for the fixation holder (2) are assembled to a cuboid and placed into the box body (1), every memo pad stack (23) matches the corresponding feeding slot (10) and a single memo sheet (231) of each memo pad stack (23) sticks out of the feeding slot (10). In this way, the user can pull out the memo sheet (231) from any memo pad stack (23) and stick it to the desired object. All the memo sheets of the memo pad stack (23) are peeled off and used one by one in this way.
  • Besides, a multiple number of memo pad stacks (23) in the memo pad holder can be in different colors to increase the aesthetics and visual effect, and also provide distinction for classification, adding value and multiple functionality to the product.
  • In summary, the invention is an innovation that has not been found in this field. It shall meet the patent requirements.
  • The above example is only one preferred embodiment for the invention. Those structural modifications with the equivalent effect to the invention shall be considered to fall into the claims by the invention.
