  • Changeable Shoes is any pair of shoes that has a process that allows you to change and/or replace cover(s), message, lighting or any part of the shoe(s).

  • Each pair of shoes will come with one or more different color or shaped covers or part located in various places on the shoe. They will detach and/or reattach with a snap, zipper, button, hook or any item that will allow it to be removed and/or replaced. They will be for sport, dress, casual, all ages, sizes, colors, shapes and genders but not limited to. Changing of the cover(s), part(s), light(s) or message(s) will allow you to have several shoes in one. It can change the color, shape, size and/or message but not limited to, of the shoe.

Abstract

Changeable shoes has any method or device that allows you to remove, replace, lock, change, record or alter in any way shape or form the upper(s), part(s), color(s), lighting(s), banner or message(s) of the shoe(s). FIG. 2A shows a method, using a slide fastener with a lock at the end along the sides of the outer sole of the shoe for replacement is one way, also can be used any other locking and/or snapping, twisting, hooking device, of any form with a release, in the same location but not limited to. Also one or more changeable whole or part(s) of the uppers which will line up and replace in the same or different location as the other removable part(s) or uppers. Every pair of shoes will have a base with the ability to (re)connect with 1 or more uppers in a set.

Description

    SUMMARY OF INVENTION
  • Changeable Shoes is any pair of shoes that has a process that allows you to change and/or replace cover(s), message, lighting or any part of the shoe(s).
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
  • The drawings will illustrate one of many places that the cover(s) or part(s) can be located, but not limited to, to be removed or replaced. They will be in various styles, colors for each age and gender.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Each pair of shoes will come with one or more different color or shaped covers or part located in various places on the shoe. They will detach and/or reattach with a snap, zipper, button, hook or any item that will allow it to be removed and/or replaced. They will be for sport, dress, casual, all ages, sizes, colors, shapes and genders but not limited to. Changing of the cover(s), part(s), light(s) or message(s) will allow you to have several shoes in one. It can change the color, shape, size and/or message but not limited to, of the shoe.

Claims (4)

1. I claim my invention called “Changeable Shoes” is an improvement of U.S. Pat. No 6,345,454 B1 which is; a removable sole from an upper with an upper sole on normal shoe creation. Changeable Shoes will have, in some sections were a normal inseam would be located but not limited to, it is replaced with;
1. An upper that has a locking and unlocking system like but not limited to (see FIG. 2) that will allow a section, all of the top portion of the upper or bottom be removed, replaced and/or locked from the sole of the shoe with the upper not having an upper sole or any part of the shoe (see FIG. 1A).
2. The replacement will either be of a different color, shape, style (see FIG. 3) all/any fabrics used in manufacturing of indoor and outdoor wear or upholstery but not limited to.
3. They may also be supported or accompanied with a changeable lighting or message device (see FIG. 1B) that when any part of the shoe is tapped a recorded personal or pre set message or color will sound or be read with a greeting, closing, any wording or effects so set by user (see FIG. 1C).
4. Therefore these various changes being, for all sizes, shapes, genders and ages and the first of it's kind, makes it an original process for all custom, altered or factory manufactured shoes.
By allowing part or all of the upper to be removed and /or replaced from itself and/or part or all of the outer sole of the shoe.
