M invention relates to containers for nurs ing ottles and has for its principal object to provide means for removably carrying the bottle within the container in spaced relation from the walls thereof and having means for sealing the upper end of'the container with the bottle arranged therein whereby to en able the contents of the bottle to be maintained out of contact with atmospheric conditions thus providing means for retaining the contents of the bottle at an oven temperature over an extended period.
A further object is to provide a container for bottles of this character permitting the bottles to be readily filled or emptied, with the contents thereof maintained at a relatively even temperature over an e tended period, the upper end of the container eing provided with an inner cap adapted to space the bottle in a suspended position within the container and forming an airtight seal between the walls thereof and permitting the bottle to filled or emptied without breaking sald seal.
Another object is to provide an outer cover removably carried on said inner cover and forming an upper cap for, the container whereby to entirely enclose the bottle within the same.
other objects and advantages reside in the speciai construction, combination and arrangement of the various elements forming the invention as more fully hereinafter described and claimed, reference being had to J the accompanying drawings forming part hereof, wherein:

R ferring now to the drawing I have.distlosed my invention comprising a relatively i drical container comprising a base sec- 5 and a cap 6 removably carried thereon. The body portion of the container is of iioiiow construction throughout having its 'iower end closed and open atsits upper end reduced externally threaded neck 7 anged at the upper edge thereof. An inner cover is adapted to be threadedly carried on the neck 7 having its'lower edge adapted to abut the rubber washer 9 whereby to provide'an airtightseal between the cap 10 and interior of the container 5. The cap 10 is of a conical construction, invertedly arranged, with its upper end provided with a threaded opening within which is secured the threaded neck 11 of a nursing bottle or the like 12, the body portion of the bottle being adapted to extend downwardly within the body of the container and suspended by the cap in spaced relation from the walls thereof. In assembling the bottle 12 and cap 10 upon the container, the bottle is first threaded in the opening in the cap and the cap is then screwed upon the neck of the container. The lower portion of the neck of the bottle is formed into an annular shoulder 13 upon which is seated an annular rubber washer 14 whereby to form an airtight seal at the threaded connection between the bottle I and-cap 10.
A stopper 15 may be inserted in the neck of the bottle to prevent the spilling of the contents thereof should the bottle be tilted and the up er edge of the bottle is formed into a lip W ereby to receive a nipple 16.
Externally arranged threads are formed on the lower edge of the inner cap 10 whereby to receive a threaded outer cap 17 adapted to form a cover for the inner cover 10 and upper end of the bottle 12. As clearly illustrated in Figure 2 of the drawing the entire bottle is thus completely enclosed within the con tamer.
The bottom portion 5 of the container may be constructed of glass as well as the inner cap 10, whereas the outer cap 17 is preferably constructed of light Weight metal such as aluminum or the llke. The bottle is available for filling or emptying by removing the outer cap 17 and without removing the bottle from the container. However, should it be desired to remove the bottle from the container for any purpose, as for cleaning or replacing broken parts, this may readily be accomplished by removing the inner cap 10.
It is obvious that the invention is susceptible to Various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit thereof or the scope of the appended claims and I accordingly claim all such forms of the device to which I am entitled.
I claim:
1. In a device of the class described, a pair of hollow interfitting containers, apair of caps arranged in spaced superimposed re1ation upon the outer of said containers and carried thereon for independent removal, and means provided on one of said caps adapted to suspend said inner container within said outer container in spaced relation from the Walls thereof.
2. In a container for nursing bottles comprising a hollow base section having its lower end closed and a reduced externally threaded neck arranged atits upper edge, an inner cap threadedly carried on said neck and having a threaded opening extending therethrough, a bottle having an externally threaded neck engageable with the threaded opening in said lnner cap, said bottle being maintained in a suspended relation by said inner cap within the base section of said container and in spaced relation from the walls thereof, packing rings interposed between the inner cap and the container and between the inner cap and the bottle whereby to form an airtight seal within the container and an outer cap arranged for threaded engagement upon said inner cap and adapted to be removed independent therefrom.
