Abstract

The bag (1) has an envelope (8) and a shoulder strap (10) made by fabric panels (2a-2e). Complementary panels (3a-3c) are laid out in the bag. An assembling unit is placed between the fabric panels to form housings (4a-4c) and a unique cuttable border (7) for closing the housings. The complementary panels are introduced in the housings. The severing of the cuttable border allows the housings to be concomitantly opened for extracting the complementary panels.

Description

The present invention relates to a bag, including a backpack, whose design has the advantage of facilitating its recycling when it is discarded by its owner. Such a bag may, however, be of the shoulder bag or other type, without departing from the scope of the present invention.

The bags generally consist of fabric panels or other similar material, assembled together by means of seaming or sealing so as to constitute at least one envelope for containing articles to be transported by means of said bag. Similarly, fabric panels make it possible to form one or two straps or possibly handles, allowing the carrying of the envelope is shoulder or on the back or even with the hand. Many bags generally include other panels complementary to the fabric panels, these complementary panels being made of other materials. Thus, for example, frequently found on the backpacks of foam panels integrated in the shoulder straps or in the rear face of the envelope so as to constitute padding. Similarly, many bags comprise, for example, foam boards or rigid materials such as cardboard, compressed wood, plastic, metal or other, integrated into the fabric panels so as to form partition walls at the same time. inside the envelope, for its subdivision or reinforcement, for example in the bottom of the envelope.

These bag designs currently known have the main disadvantage of complicating the recycling operations of said bag, at the end of its life, that is to say when the owner wishes to discard the bag. Indeed, according to a known embodiment, the various materials of the bag, including fabric panels and foam panels, are sewn or sealed together; the operator The person responsible for recycling such a bag must then separate the different materials and, for this purpose, must cut and then disassemble the material near the seam or seal. Such operations require a lot of time and do not allow to completely separate the different materials, cutting by means of a cutter-type cutting tool is generally rough because of the speed of execution of the operator who must minimize its execution time.

According to another embodiment of the bags, the complementary panels are optionally disposed between two fabric panels sewn and sealed together in all their contours to maintain said complementary panels in position. This design makes it possible, by cutting out each fabric panel enclosing said complementary panels, to extract integrally each of said complementary panels and to separate them completely from said fabric panels. These operations, however, require a lot of time for the operator in charge of recycling operations.

The object of the present invention is to overcome such drawbacks and proposes a bag whose design makes it possible, by a simple cut, to ensure complete separation of all the additional panels that may exist on said bag in order to separate them from fabric panels or the like.

As such, the present invention relates to a bag comprising in particular an envelope and at least one strap. When the bag has a strap, it will allow the portage of the envelope slung. Preferably, the bag has two shoulder straps, allowing the carrying of the envelope on the back of the user. These elements of the bag are made in particular by means of fabric panels assembled together in particular by sewing or by sealing. However, one could consider the use of a material other than the fabric, such as leather or other.

In addition, the bag comprises at least two panels complementary made in at least one other material than said first material used for making the envelope, including a fabric. Such a complementary panel may for example be made of foam, when it performs a cushioning function on the bag, or even a rigid material such as cardboard, compressed wood, plastic, metal or other particular when it fills a subdivision function inside the bag or reinforcement for example in the bottom of the envelope or at its rear face.

According to the invention, assembly means are arranged between the first panels so as to constitute, on the one hand, at least two housings which are all grouped and which allow the respective introduction of said at least two complementary panels and, d on the other hand, a single and single breakable edge closing said at least two housings, severing said breakable edge to concomitantly open said at least two housings for the extraction of said at least two complementary panels.

It is understood that said at least two housings comprise before their final closures, each an opening which can optionally, depending on the steps of the making of the bag, be introduced but especially removed the complementary panel. In addition, it is understood that all the openings of the homes are grouped in one and the same place, thus allowing to permanently close all the openings of the housing with the single and single breakable edge. The breakable nature of this single edge allows, when recycling the bag at the end of its life, to cut off said breakable edge and thus open in a single operation all the housing to extract the additional panels which are simply introduced into the housing and thus physically and simply separate the different materials on the bag.

Thus, the means of assembly between the first panels make it possible to constitute a plurality of housings allowing respectively the introduction of complementary panels, these complementary panels can be made of the same material or in various materials, different from the first material used for the first panels, including fabric. The housings each have an opening and are arranged so that these openings are all grouped next to each other, the single breakable edge closing said openings of said housing, which allows the maintenance of complementary panels inside said housing. In addition, the cutting of said breakable edge allows to open all of the housing in a single operation, which then allows the extraction of each of the complementary panels. A single cut of the breakable edge allows to separate the different materials on the bag.

According to one embodiment, the bag comprises an envelope that has a rear face comprising one of the at least two housings in which is inserted one of the at least two complementary panels, for example foam or rigid material, the breakable edge being arranged at the lower end of said rear face.

According to a variant, the bag comprises one or two shoulder straps, depending on whether it is a backpack or a shoulder strap, which comprise at least a portion consisting of first panels assembled together and on a part, with the first panels of the envelope, so as to form one or two of said at least two housings, as there are one or two shoulder straps, in which are inserted complementary panels, including foam or rod, the breakable edge being arranged at the lower end of said portion of said shoulder straps, on the portion secured to the envelope.

According to one variant, the envelope of the bag comprises at least one separation wall in at least two compartments, this separation wall comprising one of the at least two housings in which is inserted one of the at least two complementary panels, in particular the foam or a rigid panel, the breakable edge closing the opening of said housing being arranged at the lower end of this partition wall.

According to a variant, the envelope of the bag has a bottom face or a bottom comprising one of the at least two housings in which is inserted one of the at least two complementary panels, in particular a rigid panel, the breakable edge being arranged at the rear end. from this lower face.

Preferably, the bag is of the backpack type, the envelope comprising a rear face, the breakable edge, according to the various variants above, or even according to a combination of these various variants, being arranged at the end. lower of said rear face. Preferably, the bag comprises a plurality of housings each receiving a complementary panel. These housing each comprise an opening before their final closure by the breakable edge, the openings all grouped in one and the same location, that is to say, they are adjacent to each other. The breakable edge consists of individual closure systems of each opening of said housing, these closure systems being arranged next to each other, preferably at the lower end of one of the faces of the bag including the rear face of the bag the backpack type, a common junction system enveloping said closure systems and now assembled together at said breakable edge, said housings closed by said closure systems. This design has the advantage of ensuring that the operator performs the cutting of the breakable edge in a single operation, in an area ensuring the opening of all housing for the extraction of complementary panels.

As can be distinguished on the Figures 1 to 9 , the bag 1 object of the present invention is traditionally composed of a plurality of panels 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e including fabric, assembled together in particular by stitching or sealing so as to constitute an envelope 8 to contain articles or products to be transported. According to the various examples illustrated in the figures, the bag is of the backpack type, and comprises two straps. However, it is possible to envisage the implementation of the invention on other variants of bags, for example of the type shoulder bag having a single strap or strap, allowing the carrying of the envelope on the side.

We distinguish on the different design variants of the bag illustrated on the Figures 1 to 9 , that these include complementary panels, made in different materials from that of the first panels, including fabric. Thus, we distinguish between Figures 1, 2 , 3 and 5 that the shoulder straps have a portion 10a comprising complementary panels 3c, preferably made of foam and constituting a padding on said shoulder straps 10. Similarly, on the Figures 1 to 4 it is distinguished that the rear face 9 of the envelope 8 comprises a complementary panel 3a, for example foam to form a padding, or in a more rigid material such as compressed wood or metal, or other, so to constitute a reinforcement on the back side.

On the figure 2 it is found that the bottom 13 of the envelope 8 comprises a complementary panel 3d, for example in a rigid material so as to form a reinforcement on the bottom of the bag, or foam to form a padding.

On the Figures 3 to 5 it is noted that the envelope 8 comprises a partition wall 11 for constituting two compartments 12a, 12b, the partition wall 11 having a complementary panel 3b for example of foam or rigid or semi-rigid material. We could of course provide other similar partition walls inside the envelope so as to constitute a greater number of compartments inside thereof, according to the same design.

When the bag has straps 10 having padding, it comprises a portion 10a intended to bear on the shoulders of the wearer, incorporating a complementary panel 3c shown on the Figures 1 to 3 and 5 . The fabric panels 2c of these portions 10a of straps 10 are assembled together and on a part, in particular the lower part 10b, with the rear face 9 of the envelope, said assembly being made in particular by sewing or by sealing or otherwise. As is apparent from Figures 1 to 3 and 5 , the assembly between these fabric panels 2a, 2c makes it possible to constitute a housing 4c allowing the reception of said complementary panel 3c, the assembly between the fabric panels 2c of the portion 10a of the shoulder strap 10 and the fabric panel 2a of the rear face 9 being arranged so as to constitute at the lower end 10c of the ramp 10 an opening closed by a breakable edge 7.

On the figure 2 2d fabric panels disposed in the bottom 13 of the casing 8 are assembled together so as to constitute a housing 4d allowing the reception of a complementary panel 3d, the assembly between the panels being arranged so as to constitute the rear end 13a of the bottom 13 of the bag an opening also closed by a breakable edge 7.

On the figures 1 , 4 and 5 , the rear face 9 of the envelope 8 consists of panels 2a assembled together so as to constitute a housing 4a for the introduction of a complementary panel 3a, the assembly between the panels 2a to form at the end lower 9a of said rear face 9 an opening closed by a breakable edge 7.

Similarly, we can see Figures 3 to 5 that the partition wall 11 consists of panels 2b assembled together so as to constitute a housing 4b allowing the reception of a complementary panel 3b, said assembly making it possible to constitute at the lower end 11a of said wall an opening closed by a breakable edge 7.

We distinguish according to the different embodiments illustrated on the Figures 1 to 5 , that the openings of the various housings existing on the bag all meet in one and the same point, preferably, as illustrated in these figures, at the lower end 9a of the rear face 9 of the bag, these openings being all closed by means of assembly implemented between the various fabric panels, these assembly means making it possible to constitute, in a remarkable manner, a single and single breakable edge 7 common to each housing and that can be cut easily from outside bag, as illustrated on the figure 7 . Thus, at the end of the life of the product, the cutting of this breakable edge 7 as illustrated in FIG. figure 7 , for example by means of a cutter, allows to simultaneously release each of the openings of the various housings existing on the bag, thereby allowing the extraction of the various additional panels existing on the bag so as to separate them completely vis-à- screws of fabric panels, as can be seen from the Figures 8 and 9 . Thus, panels made of different materials can be separated by means of a single cutout of the breakable edge 7.

Of course, the implementation of such a breakable edge 7 is of remarkable interest when the bag comprises a plurality of complementary panels integrated in a plurality of housings, as can be seen on the various Figures 1 to 7 implementing different bag variants, non-limiting.

Other bag variants, without departing from the scope of the present invention, could be envisaged for example on the combination of the different variants illustrated on the Figures 1 to 5 or even other types of bag-type backpack, shoulder bag, purse or other. Similarly, the replacement of fabric by another material, different from the materials used for the complementary panels, such as for example the use of leather panels or other, the objective being to be able to separate the different existing materials during the recycling of the bag, at the end of life of this one, that is to say when it is discarded by its owner.

The figure 10 illustrates a preferred mode of design of the assembly means in the lower part of the rear face of the bag 1 according to the different variants illustrated in FIGS. Figures 1 to 5 , or possibly according to other variants, and to constitute the breakable edge 7 closing the openings of each of the existing housing on the bag and each incorporating a complementary panel. So, on the example shown in figure 10 these assembly means for constituting the breakable edge 7 are composed of individual closure systems 7a, 7b, 7c closing each of the openings 14a, 14b, 14c of each of the housing 4a, 4b, 4c. These different closure systems 7a, 7b, 7c are for example of the type of welding or welding. In addition, a common junction system 7d ensures the maintenance assembled between each of the housings 4a, 4b, 4c in their opening zone 14a, 14b, 14c, this joint junction 7d system concomitantly enveloping each of the individual closure systems 7a, 7b, 7c, which has the advantage of ensuring that the operator will cut the breakable edge 7, for example by means of a cutter 5 as illustrated in FIG. figure 7 in zone 6 of openings 14a, 14b, 14c of each of the housings. This common joint system 7d is preferably implemented by means of a fabric panel 15a which envelops the individual closure systems 7a, 7b, 7c, preferably of the stitching or sealing type, this fabric panel being attached to the lower end of the housings 14a, 14b, 14c by a fastening system 15b, preferably of the sewing or sealing type as illustrated in FIG. figure 10 .

Of course, other assembly means for implementing the breakable edge 7 can be envisaged without leaving the framework of the invention.

Such a single breakable edge 7 can also be implemented at various locations on the bag, without departing from the scope of the invention, according to the position of the housing receiving complementary panels, said housing being arranged so as to group all on one of their sides and form a common edge to constitute said single breakable edge which, when it is cut, allows the opening of all these housing.

Claims (10)

Bag (1) comprising in particular an envelope (8) and at least one strap (10), made by means of first panels of material (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e), in particular fabric, at least two complementary panels ( 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) made in at least one other material being arranged on said bag, characterized in that assembly means are arranged between the first panels so as to constitute, on the one hand, at least two housings (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) all of which are grouped together and into which said at least two complementary panels (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) are introduced and, secondly, a single and only separable border (7) closing said at least two housings, the severing of said breakable edge (7) for concomitantly opening said at least two housings (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) for the extraction of said at least two complementary panels (3a, 3b, 3c 3d). Bag (1) according to claim 1, wherein the envelope (8) has a rear face (9) comprising one of the at least two housings (4a), in which is inserted one of the at least two complementary panels (3a), the breakable edge (7) being arranged at the lower end (9a) of said rear face. Bag (1) according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the at least one strap (10) comprises at least a portion (10a) consisting of first panels assembled together and, on a portion (10b), with the first panels of the envelope, so as to form one of the at least two housings (4c) in which is inserted one of the at least two complementary panels (3c), the breakable edge (7) being arranged at the lower end (10c ) of said strap portion (10a) on the portion (10b) secured to said casing (8). Bag (1) according to claim 3, wherein the casing (8) comprises a rear face (9), two straps (10) being secured to the rear face. Bag (1) according to claim 4, wherein the breakable edge (7) is concomitantly formed at the lower end (10c) of the two straps and at the lower end (9a) of the rear face (9). Bag (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the casing (8) comprises at least one partition wall (11) in at least two compartments (12a, 12b), said partition wall (11) comprising one of the at least two housings (4b) in which is inserted one of the at least two complementary panels (3b), the breakable edge (7) being arranged at the lower end (11a) of said at least one partition wall. Bag (1) according to claim 6, wherein the envelope (8) comprises a rear face (9), the breakable edge (7) being arranged concomitantly with the lower end (11a) of the at least one partition wall (11) and at the lower end (9a) of the rear face (9). Bag (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the casing (8) has a lower face (13) comprising one of the at least two housings (4d) in which is inserted one of the at least two complementary panels (3d), the breakable edge (7) being arranged at the rear end (13a) of said lower face. Bag (1) according to claim 8, wherein the envelope (8) comprises a rear face (9), the breakable edge (7) being arranged concomitantly with the lower end (9a) of the rear face and with the rear end (13a) of the lower face (13). Bag (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, the at least two housings (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) each comprising an opening before their final closures by the breakable edge (7), the all of which are apertures, said breakable edge (7) being constituted by individual closure systems (7a, 7b, 7c) of each opening of said at least two housings and a common joint system (7d) enveloping said individual closure systems and now assembled together said at least two housings.
