Claims (14)
- Verpackungsmaschine zum Verschließen von Behältern (5) miteiner Zuführeinrichtung (1, 2) zum Zuführen von zu verschließenden Behältern (5);einer Abführeinrichtung (11) zum Abführen von verschlossenen Behältern (5"); undeiner Verschließeinrichtung (25) zwischen der Zuführeinrichtung (1, 2) und der Abführeinrichtung (11); wobei die Verschließeinrichtung (25) seitlich eines Haupttransportwegs (8) der Behälter (5) von der Zuführeinrichtung (2) zu der Abführeinrichtung (11) angeordnet ist;
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei der mindestens zwei Aufnahmeelemente (3, 3') vorgesehen sind, die zum Befördern eines zu verschließenden Behälters (5) in die Verschließeinrichtung (25) und eines verschlossenen Behälters (5") aus der Verschließeinrichtung (25) heraus den Platz tauschen.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, bei der eine Transporteinrichtung (6, 7) vorgesehen ist, die gleichzeitig mit dem Verschließen eines mit einem Aufnahmeelement (3') in die Verschließeinrichtung transportierten Behälters (5') einen verschlossenen Behälter (5") von einem anderen Aufnahmeelement (3) abführt und diesem einen zu verschließenden Behälter (5) zuführt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Einrichtung zum Befördern des Behälters (5) in die Verschließeinrichtung (25) und zum Befördern des verschlossenen Behälters (5") aus der Verschließeinrichtung (25) eine vertikale Linearbewegung durchführt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, bei der die Aufnahmeelemente (3, 3') als Platten mit Ausnehmungen (10) ausgebildet sind, in die die Behälter (5, 5', 5") eingesetzt werden.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, bei der ein Aufnahmeelement (3, 3') gleichzeitig eine Mehrzahl von Behältern (5, 5', 5") aufnimmt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der eine Mehrzahl von Behältern (5, 5') gleichzeitig versiegelt wird.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der eine Gruppierungseinrichtung oder eine zusätzliche intermittierende Zuführeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die Behälter (5) auf der Zuführeinrichtung (2) gruppiert.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der die Verschließeinrichtung (25) eine Siegeleinrichtung ist, in der auf den Behälter (5') eine Folie aufgesiegelt wird
- Verfahren zum Verschließen von Verpackungen mit den Schritten:Transportieren eines Behälters (5) in einer von einem Haupttransportweg bestimmten Haupttransportrichtung (8) zu einem Aufnahmeelement (3) in einer ersten Position (21);Bewegen des Aufnahmeelements (3) mit dem Behälter (5) zu einer seitlich des Haupttransportwegs angeordneten zweiten Position (22) in einer Verschließeinrichtung (25) und gleichzeitiges Transportieren eines anderen Aufnahmeelements (3') mit einem verschlossenen Behälter (5") von der zweiten Position (22) zu der ersten Position (21) ;Verschließen des Behälters (5') in der Verschließeinrichtung (25) und gleichzeitiges Entfernen des verschlossenen Behälters (5") von dem anderen Aufnahmeelement (3') und Platzieren eines nächsten Behälters (5) auf dem anderen Aufnahmeelement (3');
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, bei dem eine Mehrzahl von Behältern (5, 5') gleichzeitig in dem Aufnahmeelement (3, 3') aufgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, bei dem die Behälter (5) vor dem Transport zu dem Aufnahmeelement gruppiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, bei dem beim Bewegen des Aufnahmeelements (3) mit dem Behälter (5) zu einer seitlich des Haupttransportwegs angeordneten zweiten Position (22) in der Verschließeinrichtung (25) und gleichzeitigen Transportieren des anderen Aufnahmeelements (3') mit dem verschlossenen Behälter (5") von der zweiten Position (22) zu der ersten Position (21) die beiden Aufnahmeelemente (3, 3') ihre Position vertauschen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, bei dem die Bewegungen der Aufnahmeelemente (3, 3') von der zweiten Position (22) zu der ersten Position (21) und von der ersten Position (21) zu der zweiten Position (22) eine vertikale Linearbewegung beinhalten.
