No. 6,076,282 describes a two-part shoe insole, consisting of a tread facing the tread and one of these Tread receiving surface. On the tread are integrated Hollow nubs arranged down from the tread of the shoe insole point. Between the pimples perforations are arranged, which with on the Base surface arranged integrated pin-shaped elevations correspond, which are closable under load of the tread. The disadvantage is the high Manufacturing and tooling, because for each shoe size are two provided mirror-inverted shoe insoles, namely for the right and the matching left shoe.
Object of the present invention is to provide an improved To provide shoe insole, the high wearing comfort and ease of manufacture having.
According to the invention this object is achieved with the insole according to the claim 1 and the tool for manufacturing the insole according to claim 29 solved. It is suggested that on an insole for a shoe preferably hollow knobs alternately to the top or bottom of the Insole extend, with two extending to the top Nubs each complementary to a bottom extending nub is arranged and vice versa, d. H. between two extending to the bottom Nubs are each complementary to one extending to the top Knob arranged. It is further proposed that a tool for the production the insole is made up of identical elements, which are called stamps and Matrices are formed, that the punch as a negative of the cavity of the knob and the die is formed as a negative of the end surface of the knob.
The fact that the knobs alternately to the top or to Underside of the insole extend, the insole is both with her Bottom resting as well with its top lying in the shoe can be arranged without changing the wearing properties of the insole. It is So not necessary to provide a left and a right insole. this applies especially for embodiments in which the top extending to Nubs identical formed as the underside extending nubs and the surface structure of the top and bottom are equal.
It is intended, the nubs in a regular grid so to arrange that the top and bottom of the insole with the same Surface profile are formed. It can be provided that the Top of the insole extending nubs at the top have arranged stud ends, which is a preferably grid-shaped Make upside pattern, and that to the bottom of the insole itself having nubs at the bottom, extending nubs, which form a preferably grid-shaped underside pattern. Preferably provided that the top side pattern identical to the bottom side pattern is trained.
It can be provided that arranged at the top Align the stud ends in a common plane of the top and vice versa.
Advantageously, the arranged on the top of the insole Stud ends and / or arranged at the bottom of the insole End surfaces may be formed as a flat end surfaces, which substantially arranged in a checkerboard pattern, the top side pattern or the bottom side pattern form.
The end surfaces may preferably perforated, preferably each be provided with a hole. In this way, the hollow pimples act with changing load such as pumps that supply air to the foot or Dissipate moisture. The perforation may occur during the molding process, e.g. Injection molding, but alternatively also subsequently, d. H. after injection molding respectively.
It can be provided that the closing surfaces as quadrilateral, preferably square or rectangular area, or as other regular Polygon surface, for example as a pentagon or hexagon surface or as Circular surface or point-shaped. It can also be provided the closure surface in a characteristic and distinguishable manner structure, for example as a logo, in particular as an image logo. In this way the shoe insole is simultaneously usable as an advertising medium.
The end surfaces can be dimensioned so that adjacent Closing surfaces preferably in vertices touching each other and / or surface merge. But it can also be provided that adjacent End surfaces are formed offset from each other by using them on all sides Distance from each other are arranged, preferably with a minimum distance in the Range of vertices. In this way, insoles can with different flexibility with otherwise basically the same surface pattern be educated. Furthermore arise with the distances between the Finishes channels in the level of the sole top and sole bottom as ventilation and Schweißabflußkanäle.

But it can also be provided, the To arrange nubs in a hexagonal grid or in a triangle grid, preferably formed from isosceles triangles.
It is provided that the geometry of the grid, the geometry of Base area of the knobs determined. For example, it is provided that Pimples arranged in a square grid, with a square Base surface are formed. But it can also be provided that the base of the notch with a different geometry than the geometry of the Rasters is formed. For example, it may be provided that a nubs arranged with a circular base in a square grid. There are So varied designs possible, provided the base of the knot has space within the grid element.
It is envisaged, the knobs according to the intended Wear characteristics of the shoe insole form. Pimples with relatively large Bearing surfaces may be formed as prisms or truncated pyramids, Nubs with relatively small contact surfaces as pyramids. Let that way Health-promoting massage effects on the soles of the user adjust the insole. For this purpose can also be provided, some full of pimples, giving them greater rigidity than hollow pimples. Full pimples therefore exert an increased pressure on the Sole of the user's foot. This effect can be used, for example, to the user a Fußzonenreflexmassage when wearing the shoe effect.
With the design of the knobs, the damping behavior of the Insole are affected. It is thus possible by choosing the geometry of Nubs and / or the wall thickness of the knobs and / or the modulus of elasticity the material of the nubs and / or the number of nubs per unit area to set the desired damping behavior of the insole.
But it can also be provided, sections different Material to use, preferably material with different elasticity and / or hardness. Furthermore, the sole with over its longitudinal extent be formed varying sole thickness, wherein the height of the studded profile for the purpose of reducing the sole thickness with correspondingly proportional height varying nubs, i. designed as a correspondingly reduced pimples or Alternatively, however, may be formed with appropriately trimmed nubs.
It may be provided to form the insole antistatic, for example with antistatic material or with a conductive top and / or conductive underside of the insole. The conductivity can through one arranged on the top and / or the bottom of the insole conductive layer, such as a metal foil may be formed.
Further advantages arise in the production of the tool of the invention Insole. The fact that identical nubs in a grid are arranged only one die for the outer contour of the tool per tool Nubb and a punch for the inner contour of the knob needed, because of the large quantities can be produced inexpensively.

FIGS. 9 and 10 show a fifth embodiment of an
Ausführungsbeispiels analog dem in den Fig. 3 bis 4a.As can be seen from Fig. 9, in the embodiment, the

Fig. 11 shows an example of an
aufweisen sollen. In a surface formation of the
Sechseck-Raster in Reihen zickzackförmig angeordnet.
Fig. 12 now shows an
erfolgen.FIGS. 13 and 14 show an embodiment of an
In the embodiment shown in Figs. 13 and 14, the bottom is
