- further components of the further device 100 be executed differently than the components of the device 1. So it can for example, be provided that the further transport system 140 the Sheet material, or banknotes, transported in the direction of their short side, whereas in the transport system 40 they move towards the device 1 in the direction of their long side to be transported. Accordingly, the sheet material, or the Banknotes, in the further test device 130 along the short side whereas in tester 30 they are checked along the long side be checked.
- the transport devices 40 and 140 also work in reverse, i. transports the transport device 40 the sheet material along its short side, whereas the transport device 140 transported the sheet material along its long side.
- the sheet material, or the banknotes, in the devices 1 and 100 at different speeds be transported.
- billing data are determined, which in the other Filing devices 150,160,151,161,162,180 transferred and filed Banknotes or sheet goods, and to complete the whole Billing data to the test device 30 are transmitted to the there to supplement or change already stored billing data.
- the further test device 130 may also be designed to be a static one Check the sheet material or banknotes. Is to It is possible that the further transport system 140 is stopped when a piece of sheet material, or a banknote, in the area of the test facility 130 is located. Another possibility is to transport the transported sheet material Flash or stroboscopic lighting to illuminate and to evaluate by means of the sensors in the test device 130.
- Sheet material, or banknotes which after repeated inspection as faulty or misrecognized, can be retrieved from the tray 60 of the device 1 or the tray 162 of the device 100 are taken and in known Manually reworked.
- This can be an external test device be provided to which the data of the review be transmitted by the testers 30 and 130 to them for a Represent the operator. For example, recorded from the sheet material Pictures are displayed on a monitor to be viewed by the operator to be able to evaluate.
- the external testing device can do this have an input device that allows the operator to enter the result of the manual review.
- the external test device can also be in distant places, d. H. not in the immediate vicinity the devices 1 and 100 may be arranged, for. In a central bank.
- the data of the check are then transmitted by means of known transmission facilities transferred to the location of the external testing device.
- the manual Verification can be done, for example, by verifying the transferred Data or by checking the erroneous or wrong Sheet material itself.
- the data thus entered constitute accounting data to the control unit of the test device 30, or the separate control unit, be transmitted and the billing data stored there supplement or modify.
- sensors in the test device 130 may be provided, which is a sensory check by an operator enable.
- the information about the sheet material detected by the sensors such as stiffness, strength, roughness, etc., become the external test equipment transferred and made accessible to the operator.
- This can be a Glove (cyber glove or virtual reality glove) used which allows the operator to perform the sensory examination, such as by scanning and feeling the sheet material.
- the transport system 140 For inspection by an operator by means of the external test device it may also be provided that the transport system 140 is stopped is, while the sheet material to be checked in the further test facility 130 is located. The transport system 130 is then activated again, if after verification, inputting the verification result by the operator by means of the input device.
- the test device 30 can furthermore have a sensor, which determines whether more than one piece of sheet material was withdrawn at the same time. If there it is determined by the sensor that it is exactly two pieces Blattgut acts that together from the singulator 10, 20 deducted from the sheet stack, can be made that the two interconnected pieces of sheet material on the transport system 40th and the switch 41 are stored in the storage device 50, 60. through the transport device 70 and the turning device described above the interconnected pieces are turned over, and again entered into the singulator 10, 20. At the renewed Singling it is then either possible that the two connected Separate pieces of sheet material and examined individually, or that they be examined from the other side. That's the way it is by means of the test device 30 possible, the two connected pieces Check sheet material correctly.
- the shredder 180 included in the further apparatus 100 can do so used, sheet material, which in the review in the other Testing device 130 was recognized as genuine, to destroy.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a system for processing Sheet material, in particular banknotes, securities and the like.
From DE 27 60 269 C2 is a device for automatic sorting known from thin sheet material, which has an input tray for recording Banknotes, a separating device, a transport system, one along the transport system arranged test device and at least has a storage device. The sheet material will be according to the results the test equipment into workable, unfit and indefinable Split cases, with the fit and unfit Sheet material is transported to various storage facilities and the Indeterminate cases are stored in a cache. In one Data stores are stored data about the stored sheet goods. From these data, among other things, a protocol is created which a Statement about the indeterminable cases allows. The log is on a hand rework station used to do that from the cache to evaluate by hand indefinitely collected cases and to to verify. The result of the manual check can be completed the data is entered into the data store.
The known device thus has the advantage that when it occurs of indefinable cases, the automatic sorting process continues can be because the indeterminate cases are stored in a cache and by means of the created minutes at a later date or at the same time, parallel to the automatic sorting process, evaluated and verified. The device can therefore be operated without interruption at maximum throughput.
However, the known device has the disadvantage that when heaped Indefinite cases occurring an increased effort for manual Post-processing is necessary at the manual post processing station. As often the Automatic sorting device operator also post-processing of indeterminate cases at the manual post-processing place in parallel makes for automatic sorting, such. From EP 0 952 556 A2, sooner or later an influence on the operation which reduces throughput. This problem continues increases that often also sheet material in addition to the clipboard or a another clipboard is transported, which due to incorrect operations in the device can not be processed by the device can. Such erroneous processes can z. B. by simultaneous removal more than one piece of sheet material through the singulator, caused by oblique transport of sheet material, etc. Overall will be thereby the rate of manually nachzubearbeitenden sheet material and thus the increased effort required for the operator. From EP 0 714 078 A1 and US 4,398,088 it is known indefinite cases of further review through the banknote processing machine.
It is also known to design the manual post processing station as counting machine, to the operator when counting indeterminate cases relieve. The disadvantage of this is that the amount of manually nachzubearbeitenden Total sheet material is not reduced. If the as a handover job Counting machine used also undertake a Überbrüfung can reduce the absolute amount of indeterminate cases, but for the operator, there is still the need, all undefinable To handle cases.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a system for processing sheet goods, in particular banknotes, securities and the like, indicate a reduction in manual rework as well of manually reworked sheet material leads.
This object is achieved by the features of the claim 1 solved.
It is based on the consideration that by a repetition the review of the sheet material by means of another device for editing of sheet material, the rate of indeterminate cases or the total manually reworked sheet material is reduced. This is one automatic return of the sheet material to a second or general further review, thereby providing a discharge for an operator the device is achieved. The reduction in the rate of indefinable Cases or the total manually reworked sheet material arises at the time of a first or generally previous Checking the sheet material for faults or incorrect operating conditions the z. B. caused by tolerances or stochastic influences at the time of a second or more generally Checking the sheet material normally no longer exist or in modified Form present. The correct review and assignment of the Blattguts is thus at the second or generally further review possible.

For example, if the sheet commodity is banknotes, and should

Blattgut bzw.

After processing of the in the
Because in many cases at the first inspection by the test facility

bzw. Banknoten, in der Vereinzelungseinrichtung 10, 20 befinden, der Vereinzeler

Transportsystem 40 möglich ist.In addition to the described repatriation of the banknotes by means of the

unten her.
Likewise, it is possible to identify the bills recognized as wrong or incorrect

Often it is also envisaged that the device 1 for editing

Furthermore, it may be provided that the contained in the
In addition to the data obtained during the check, billing data can also be used

According to the invention, the
Somit
können Betrugsversuche vermieden werden. For this purpose, as described above, the re-examined sheet material,
or the banknotes to be checked again, by means of the
Figure 2 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of the
The
In addition, further components of the
In addition, it may be provided that the sheet material, or the banknotes,

By using different transport systems, or different transport speeds and different sensor systems in the
As described above for the
It is also possible, as described above, that in the
Blattgut, bzw.
Sheet material, or banknotes, which after repeated inspection as faulty
or misrecognized, can be retrieved from the
In a particular embodiment, sensors in the
For inspection by an operator by means of the external test device
it may also be provided that the
The
erfolgen.The
The described device 1 for processing sheet material or the
As it is necessary in deposit processing, in particular erroneous
or to assign false notes to their origin, it is envisaged that
the separation cards after the separation by the
In a further embodiment, it is provided that a

eindeutig zugeordnet werden 141,142,143, wird es abgelegt 150,160
oder 151,161 oder vernichtet 180. Kann keine eindeutige Zuordnung 141,

kann manuell nachbearbeitet werden. In Figure 3, the embodiment of Figure 1 is shown as a flow chart.

A further improvement can be achieved if a marking device,

With the help of an appropriate coding applied to the sheet material Marking can damage the sheet material on subsequent repeated checks be clearly identified. This makes it possible to measure results unequivocally from different reviews.
It is also possible to mark with a final manual To evaluate the check. If an invisible ink was used, a corresponding reading device must be used to mark the marks to make visible. This makes it possible to understand the causes of Non-assignability to be identified by the test device 30,130, by assigning the stored measurement data to the selected sheet material or are contained on the sheet material in the marking. Thereby the manual assignment can be facilitated, since thus clear references about the likely defect or defect of the sheet material available stand, which led to the inability to be assigned.
