Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Standblisterpackungen, bei dem Blisterhauben (12) aus einer Folienbahn (48) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff geformt, von der Folienbahn (48) abgetrennt, in umlaufende, taktweise bewegte Paletten (11) überführt, befüllt sowie mit einem Trägerteil (14) durch flächiges Erwärmen von Blisterrändern (49, 50) an diesen versiegelt wird, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) Versiegeln eines der Blisterränder (49) mit dem Trägerteil (14) in einer Quersiegelstation (22);b) abkühlen von Blisterrand (49) und Trägerteil (14);c) linienartiges Erwärmen des Übergangsbereichs zwischen Blisterhaube (12) und Trägerteil (14) in einer Heizstation (30) zur Bildung einer schmalen erwärmten Faltlinie (53);d) umlegen des Trägerteils (14) und des damit verbundenen Blisterrandes (49) an dieser erwärmten Faltlinie (53) um 180°;e) versiegeln der restlichen Blisterränder (50) mit dem Trägerteil (14).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Erwärmen der Faltlinie (53) eine Einformung einer Rille (52) in den Blisterrand (49) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abkühlen des versiegelten Blisterrandes (49) und des angrenzenden Bereichs der Blisterhaube (12) inaktiv erfolgt durch einen entsprechenden Abstand zwischen Quersiegelstation (22) und Heizstation (30).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abkühlen von Blisterrand (49) und angrenzendem Bereich der Blisterhaube (12) durch Auflegen einer Kühlplatte auf die Siegelfläche Blisterrand (49) / Trägerteil (14) beschleunigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umbiegen des Trägerteils (14) und sein Versiegeln mit den drei Blisterrändern (50) in zwei getrennten Stationen (33, 59) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umbiegen des Trägerteils (14) und sein Versiegeln mit den drei Blisterrändern (50) in einer kombinierten Klapp-/Siegelstation erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befüllen der Blisterhauben (12) nach dem Versiegeln des einen Blisterrandes (49) mit dem Trägerteil (14) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zuerst die Blisterhauben (12) in die Paletten (11) eingelegt, dann die Blisterhauben (12) in der nachfolgenden Auflegestation (13) angehoben werden und in dieser angehobenen Lage die Trägerteile (14) so auf die Paletten (11) aufgelegt werden, dass beim wieder Absenken der Blisterhauben (12) ein Blisterrand (49) auf dem Trägerteil (14) aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Standblisterpackungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, mit einer Formeinrichtung (4) und mit einer Siegeleinrichtung (2), die mindestens ein umlaufenden Palettenband (9) aufweist, in dessen Bereich mindestens eine Siegelstation zum Versiegeln mindestens eines Blisterrandes (49, 50) der Blisterhaube (12) mit einem Trägerteil (14) sowie eine Füllstation (29) vorgesehen ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Quersiegelstation (22) zum Versiegeln eines der Blisterränder (49) mit dem Trägerteil (14), durch eine Klappstation (33) zum Umlegen des Trägerteils (14), durch eine Siegelstation (59) zum Versiegeln der anderen Blisterränder (50) mit dem Trägerteil (14) und durch eine zwischen der Quersiegelstation (22) und der Klappstation (33) angeordnete Heizstation (30) mit einer beheizten Heizleiste (31) zum Erwärmen eines linienförmigen Bereichs der Blisterhaube (12) zur Bildung einer erwärmten Faltlinie (53).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizleiste (31) spitz zulaufend und leicht verrundet ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gegenüber der Heizleiste (31) eine Gegenleiste (32) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch einen in der Anpresskraft veränderbaren Antrieb für die Vertikalbewegung der Heizleiste (31).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelstation (59) der Klappstation (33) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelstation (59) mit der Klappstation (33) kombiniert ist und eine vertikal bewegliche Siegelelektrode (46) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegeleinrichtung (2) zwei umlaufende Palettenbänder (9, 10) mit einer Umsetzeinrichtung (27) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, gekennzeichnet durch eine in einer Auflegestation (13) für die Trägerteile (14) angeordnete Aushebeeinrichtung (17) zum Ausheben der Blisterhauben (12) aus den Paletten (11).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, gekennzeichnet durch eine zwischen der Quersiegelstation (22) und der Heizstation (30) angeordnete Station mit einer auf den Siegelbereich auflegbaren Kühlplatte.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllstation (29) zwischen der Quersiegelstation (22) und der Klappstation (33) angeordnet ist.
