Insbesondere kann es unmöglich gemacht werden, eine Versorgung von Personengruppen, welche nicht der Solidargemeinschaft der Patienten und Kostenträger innerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland angehören, zu versorgen.
  • 4. Dank elektronischer Datenübertragungssysteme kann sich der gesetzliche Kostenträger auch vorbehalten, einzelne Rezepte bzw. Verordnungen des Arztes durch entsprechende Übertragungssysteme freizugeben. Dies kann in aller Regel sekundenschnell durch ein zu installierendes elektronisches Abrechnungssystem durchgeführt werden. Derartige elektronische Abrechnungssysteme sind heute bereits auf dem Markt vorhanden.
