Claims (13)
- Laufbandeinrichtung mit mindestens einem eine Vielzahl von Trittlamellen (5) aufweisenden, endlosen Riemen (2), welcher um zwei hintereinander angeordnete Umlenkrollen (3) mit parallen Achsen geführt ist, wobei die Umlenkrolle (3) im Bereich der Berührung mit dem Riemen (2) glatt sind und der mindestens eine Riemen (2) als Flachriemen ausgeführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßjede Trittlamelle (5) mindestens ein von der Unterseite der Trittlamelle vorspringendes Eingreifelement (6) aufweist, unddaß mindestens zwei Stabilisatoren (8, 18, 28) vorgesehen sind, die drehfest mit der Umlenkrolle (3) verbunden sind, wobei ein solcher Stabilisator (8, 18, 28) mit einem Eingreifelement (6) an der Unterseite einer Trittlamelle (5) in Eingriff steht, wenn der Umfangsbereich der Umlenkrolle (3), der synchron mit dem Stabilisator umläuft, in Berührung mit dem mindestens einen Riemen (2) ist und wobei zu jedem Zeitpunkt mindestens ein Stabilisator (8, 18, 28) mit einem Eingreifelement (6) einer Trittlamelle (5) in Eingriff ist. - Laufbandeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrolle (3) mindestens zwei Umlenkscheiben (3a, 3b) aufweist, die fest mit einer Umlenkwelle (4) verbunden sind, und mindestens zwei Riemen (2) vorgesehen sind, die auf den mindestens zwei Umlenkscheiben (3a, 3b) laufen, daß das mindestens eine von der Unterseite einer Trittlamelle (5) vorspringende Eingreifelement (6) zwischen zwei Riemen (2) angeordnet ist, und die mindestens zwei Stabilisatoren (8, 18, 28) zwischen den Umlenkscheiben (3a, 3b) angeordnet sind.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trittlamellen (5) zwischen den Riemen (2) einen T-förmigen Querschnitt haben und der nach unten ragende Steg dieses T-förmigen Querschnittes das Eingreifelement (6) darstellt.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach einem der bisherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisatoren (8) sich radial mit einer solchen Länge erstrecken, daß sie mit den Eingreifelementen (6) an der Unterseite der Trittlamellen (5) in Eingriff kommen können.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens vier Stabilisatoren (8) vorgesehen sind, von denen je zwei beabstandet voneinander mit gleicher Winkelposition bezüglich der Achse der Umlaufrolle (3) angeordnet sind.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Stabilisatoren (18, 28) jeweils von einer Umlenkscheibe (3a, 3b) aus parallel zur Umlenkwelle (4) auf einem Radius der Umlenkscheiben (3a, 3b) erstrekken, der einen Eingriff der Stabilisatoren (18, 28) mit den Eingreifelementen (6) an den Unterseiten der Trittlamellen (5) ermöglicht.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je ein Stabilisator (18, 28) an einer Umlenkscheibe (3a) einem zweiten Stabilisator (18, 28) an einer anderen Umlenkscheibe (3b) gegenübersteht.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkscheiben (3a, 3b) durch die Stabilisatoren (28) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Umlenkscheiben (3a, 3b) keine zentrale Welle vorhanden ist.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach einem der bisherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisatoren (8, 18, 28) im Eingriffsbereich (9, 19, 29) mit den Eingreifelementen (6) an der Unterseite der Trittlamellen (5) aus elastischem Material bestehen bzw. einen elastischen Überzug aufweisen.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach einem der bisherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingreifelemente (6) an der Unterseite der Trittlamellen (5) eine Oberfläche aus elastischem Material aufweisen.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach einem der bisherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsbereiche (9, 19, 29) der Stabilisatoren (8, 18, 28) eine Ausdehnung in Umfangsrichtung der Umlenkrolle (3) haben, die im wesentlichen dem Abstand zweier Eingreifelemente (6) zweier benachbarter Trittlamellen (5) entspricht, wenn diese zwei Trittlamellen sich an der Umlenkrolle (3) befinden.
- Laufbandeinrichtung nach einem der bisherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisatoren (8, 18, 28) paarweise angeordnet sind, wobei die zwei Stabilisatoren eines Paares in gegenüberliegender Position mit Bezug zu der Achse der Umlenkrolle (3) angeordnet sind.
