Claims (18)
- Tête (10) pour la distribution d'un produit visqueux contenu dans un récipient (1), ladite tête comprenant au moins un orifice de sortie (29, 45, 51), et une portion (22, 20) constituée d'un matériau poreux, étanche au produit, prévue de manière à permettre une reprise d'air à l'intérieur dudit récipient (10), au travers dudit matériau poreux, ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) de sortie (29, 45, 51) étant distinct(s) des pores ou cellules formant la portion poreuse (22, 20), ladite tête étant l'orifice de sortie (29, 45, 51) étant obturé sélectivement par un organe d'obturation (20) sous forme d'un élément élastiquement déformable, apte à s'écarter sous la pression du produit pour dégager ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) et laisser passer le produit en vue de sa distribution, et à revenir par rappel élastique, en contact de fermeture caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'obturation (20) revient en contact de fermeture avec un siège (22) formé par ladite tête de distribution, lorsque cesse la pression, et en ce que ladite portion poreuse est au moins en partie, accessible directement depuis l'extérieur de la tête de distribution (10).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que ladite portion est constituée de tout ou partie de l'organe d'obturation (20) ou du siège (22), de manière à permettre une reprise d'air au voisinage de l'orifice de sortie du produit (29, 45, 51).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que le matériau poreux a une porosité comprise entre 1 µm et 500 µm, et de préférence, comprise entre 10 µm et 200 µm.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce qu'elle est surmontée d'un capot amovible (25).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisée en ce que le matériau poreux est imbibé d'une composition antimicrobienne.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que le siège (22) est situé au centre d'une ouverture (19) formée par ladite tête de distribution (10), l'organe d'obturation (20) étant constitué d'un organe annulaire dont un bord intérieur libre (21), délimite avec le siège (22), l'orifice de sortie (29) du produit, ledit bord intérieur (21) étant, en position de fermeture en appui sur ledit siège (22).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que le siège (22) est constitué d'un organe annulaire monté dans une ouverture (19) formée par ladite tête de distribution, l'organe d'obturation (20) étant monté de manière à, sous la pression du produit, dégager au moins un orifice de sortie (51) situé sur une portion périphérique de ladite ouverture (19).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisée en ce qu'elle forme un bouton poussoir (36) apte à être monté sur une tige creuse (35) surmontant une pompe à actionnement manuel, ledit bouton poussoir (36) permettant l'actionnement de ladite pompe.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7 caractérisée en ce qu'elle forme un embout de distribution (40) apte à permettre une application localisée du produit, ledit embout comportant une première partie (47) en un matériau poreux formant le siège (22) ou l'organe d'obturation, et une seconde partie (46) en un matériau non poreux, et formant ledit organe d'obturation (20) ou le siège, respectivement.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 9 caractérisée en ce que ledit embout de distribution (40) présente un corps monté sur le récipient, ladite seconde partie (46) étant obtenue de moulage avec le corps.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 10 caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'obturation (20) est formé d'un matériau poreux, élastiquement déformable.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 11 caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau poreux élastiquement déformable est constitué d'un fritté d'un matériau thermoplastique semi cristallin, notamment un fritté de copolymère d'éthylène et d'acétate de vinyle, ou de polyéthylène très basse densité, ou d'une mousse de polyuréthane à cellules ouvertes.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que le siège (22) est constitué d'un matériau rigide ou semi rigide tels que les polyoléfines, notamment les polypropylènes, les polyéthylènes haute densité ou basse densité, ou tels que les chlorures de polyvinyle.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 10 caractérisée en ce que le siège (22) est constitué d'un matériau poreux tels que les frittés de polyoléfine, notamment de polyéthylène haute densité, basse densité ou très basse densité, les frittés de polypropylène, les frittés de polyéthylène et de polypropylène, les frittés de copolymère d'éthylène et d'acétate de vinyle, les mousses de polyuréthane.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, ou 13 à 14, caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'obturation (20) est réalisé en un matériau élastiquement déformable, non poreux, tels les élastomères naturels, synthétiques ou thermoplastiques, notamment les copolymères de polypropylène et de SEBS, les copolymères de styrène-butadiène ou d'éthylène-vinyl-acétate, les polyéthylènes très basse densité, les caoutchoucs nitriles, le polychloroprène ou néoprène, les terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène monomère (EPDM), les copolymères de butadiène et d'acrylonitrile, les polyuréthanes, les chlorures de polyvinyle plastifiés, les caoutchoucs réticulés, notamment à base de silicone.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution comportant un récipient (1) contenant un produit de consistance visqueuse, et surmonté d'une tête de distribution (10), caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution (10) est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 16 caractérisé en ce que le récipient (1) est un récipient à parois déformables (24), le produit étant mis sous pression par appui exercé sur lesdites parois déformables (24).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 16 ou 17 caractérisé en ce que le produit est un produit cosmétique ou pharmaceutique, notamment une crème, un gel, un lait ou une pâte.
