Abstract
Bei einer Förderpumpe, insbesondere Mikroförderpumpe für hochviskose Medien, zur Förderung von Medien in einer Förderrichtung (R) mit einem Medieneinlaß (1) und einem Medienauslaß (2), mit zumindest zwei ausbildbaren Kammern (3,4,5,), die in Förderrichtung (R) im wesentlichen hintereinander angeordnet und miteinander verbindbar sind, wird der bezogen auf die Förderrichtung (R) ersten Kammer (3) das zu fördernde Medium über den Medieneinlaß (1) zugeführt und die bezogen auf die Förderrichtung (R) letzte Kammer (5) steht mit dem Medienauslaß in Verbindung. Dabei weisen die Kammern (3,4,5) variable Volumen auf, die über Volumeneinstelleinrichtungen (15,16,17) eingestellt werden. Die Volumeneinstelleinrichtungen (15,16,17) sind durch elektromagnetische Hubelemente und/oder durch Über- und/oder Unterdruckerzeugungseinrichtungen gebildet. Die Verbindung von jeweils zwei benachbarten Kammern (3,4,5) erfolgt über Überströmkanäle (6,7), und das zu fördernde Medium gelangt über die Überströmkanäle (6,7) in die bezogen auf die Förderrichtung (R) jeweils nächste Kammer, wenn das Volumen von zumindest einer von zwei benachbarten Kammern (3,4,5) verändert wird.
