Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet of falsifiable medical prescription. She allows to provide doctors with sheets on which they can write their orders, orders of which authenticity is verifiable by the pharmacist before honor them.
In recent years, doctors have computerized in particular in processing equipment computerized text, which allows them, among other things, to issue their prescriptions in the form typed and no longer handwritten. These materials include software allowing each edition of the prescription, to print the title of the doctor according to the standards defined in article 6 of the decree of 25 November 1993 approving the agreement national doctors.
Doctors usually use reams virgin paper suitable for laser printers, these reams being distributed in conventional circuits marketing.
Anyone intending to be reimbursed by the National Health Insurance Funds a self-medication, or an unauthorized renewal of a medication, or any medication intended for a third party, has easily the possibility of using word processor and write his own prescription.
To do this, simply take over the police from characters usually used by the doctor and from copy its titles, imitate its layout and its signature.
A simple photocopy of the prescription before its dispensing by the pharmacist may also be sufficient in certain cases.
refus et le mentionner sur l'ordonnance."A pharmacist, in accordance with the Code of ethics R 5004-60 governed by the Regional Pharmacy Inspectorate, is empowered to fill a prescription and to issue a treatment sheet when it is not presented by the patient, except in the case provided for in article R 5015-60 which relates to "rules to be observed in relations with the public" (section IV). This article states:
"When the interest of the patient's health appears to him to demand it, the pharmacist must refuse to dispense a medication. If this medication is prescribed on a prescription, the pharmacist must immediately inform the prescriber of his refusal and mention it on the order."
This condition alone is obviously not sufficient to prevent abuse by falsifications prescription.
In front of the development of the computerization of doctors, the Ministry of Health's incentive to systematize it and financial risks incurred, the practitioner is, in fact, very aware to the problem of a possible falsification of his order.
The purpose of the present invention is to solve this problem.
To this end, the invention provides a sheet tamper-evident. According to the invention, this sheet includes an invisible message authentication likely to be revealed by friction. The revelation of this message by a pharmacist, on a prescription presented to him, authenticates it.
Preferably, the sheet is a paper suitable for laser printers processing equipment computerized text; but we could also use a plain paper.
The authentication message can be a word or a group of words. This word (or one of the words in the group of words), can be the word "ORIGINAL". We can use, for example, the message "ORIGINAL DOCUMENT".
Preferably again, the invisible message authentication is placed in a visible frame allowing the pharmacist to locate the message at reveal.
Although any type of reversal is possible, we prefers, for reasons of simplicity, to have recourse to a friction reversal, by means of an object metallic. This object can be, for example, a piece of money.
To further reduce the risk of forgery, the sheet may also include a colored sign difficult to reproduce by photocopy. he can for example, the words "order medical ", or a caduceus, or both.
In an advantageous embodiment, the frame surrounding the authentication message and the sign difficult to reproduce are written in the same ink difficult to reproduce by photocopy.
- la figure 1 illustre un exemple de feuille d'ordonnance médicale selon l'invention, sous sa forme originale ;Figure 1 illustrates an example sheet of medical prescription according to the invention, under its original form;
centre de celle-ci.Figure 1 shows a
The manufacturer's mark for this sheet may be also listed on this sheet. The Applicant thus marks the sheets he makes with the mention "Sécuripharm", which is a registered trademark.
The mention, the caduceus, the frame, the brand can hardly be written with ink reproducible by photocopy, for example an ink pale blue or yellow.
As for the authentication message, it can be obtained in the following manner.
We use security ink, also known as erasable ink. The advantage of this ink is the possibility of applying it in a traditional way wet offset and its high sensitivity to scrub and scraping. This ink has no sensitivity to chemical agents.
A first pass on offset prints the message to reveal with this ink and a second pass covers the blank message. The color of the writing is based on customer demand.
ORIGINAL". Il est entouré du cadre 2.Figure 2 shows the same sheet, once the
authentication message revealed. In the example taken,
the revelation was carried out by friction with a
metal object, for example a coin.
In the example illustrated, this message is "DOCUMENT
ORIGINAL ". It is surrounded by
