Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Verkehrslageerfassung durch stationär an Installationsorten entlang eines Straßennetzes installierte Datenerfassungseinrichtungen (Detektoren), die Daten über den Verkehrszustand am Installationsort des jeweiligen Detektors gemäß einem eingestellten Meßverhalten ermitteln und daraus abgeleitete Informationen gemäß einem eingestellten Meldeverhalten an eine Zentrale für die Verkehrslageerfassung zur weiteren Auswertung weiterleiten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Auswertung der Zentrale darin besteht,aktuelle Verkehrsmeldungen und/oderhistorische Verkehrsinformationen abzuleiten und/oderVerkehrsprognosen zu erstellen und/oderEreignisse zu identifizieren, die den Verkehrszustand charakterisieren,daß die Zentrale den Detektoren mindestens einen Teil der Ergebnisse der Auswertung übermittelt unddaß der jeweilige Detektor anhand dieser übermittelten Ergebnisse sein Meßverhalten und/oder sein Meldeverhalten im Sinne eines lernenden Systems einstellt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ergebnisse der Auswertung bezogen auf die Installationsorte einer Gruppe von Detektoren selektiert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ergebnisse der Auswertung bezogen auf den Standort einzelner Detektoren selektiert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Selektierung in der Zentrale erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Selektierung durch eine Filterung der übermittelten Ergebnisse im jeweiligen Detektor erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Zentrale von Zeit zu Zeit eine aktuell gültige Ganglinie für verkehrsrelevante Meßgrößen abgeleitet und an einen Detektor übermittelt wird und daß der jeweilige Detektor nur festgestellte Abweichungen von der aktuell gültigen Ganglinie an die Zentrale meldet. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Übermittlung der Ganglinie in Form einer Folge von Punkten eines Funktionsverlaufs erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Detektor eine Vielzahl von standardisierten Ganglinien gespeichert ist und die Zentrale dem Detektor eine Ganglinie durch Übermittlung eines Codes vorgibt, der jeweils einer der gespeicherten Ganglinien eindeutig zugeordnet ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ganglinien in Abhängigkeit von klassifizierten Wetterverhältnissen und/oder von verkehrsrelevanten Ereignissen ermittelt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein für den jeweiligen Installationsort prognostizierter Verkehrszustand an den jeweiligen Detektor übermittelt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Annahmen über den aktuellen Verkehrszustand an einem Installationsort von der Zentrale an den jeweiligen Detektor zur Überprüfung weitergeleitet und festgestellte Abweichungen vom Detektor an die Zentrale zurückgemeldet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zentrale charakteristische Eigenschaften, die auf einen Störfall stromaufwärts eines Installationsortes eines Detektors oder auf einen bevorstehenden Stau am Installationsort (Frühindikatoren) hindeuten, ermittelt und an den jeweiligen Detektor übermittelt. - System zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,mit einer Zentrale (1), die mit einer elektronischen Datenverarbeitungsanlage (2) zur Verkehrslageerfassung und einer Kommunikationseinheit (3) ausgestattet ist,mit einer Vielzahl entlang eines Straßennetzes installierter Detektoren (8), die jeweilseine Sensorik (6) zur Meßwerterfassung,eine elektronische Datenverarbeitungseinheit (5),eine Kommunikationseinheit (4) undeine elektrische Stromversorgung (7) aufweisen,und mit einem Kommunikationskanal (9) für die Informationsübermittlung von den Detektoren (8) zur Zentrale (1),daß der Kommunikationskanal (9) zur Informationsübermittlung zwischen den Detektoren (8) und der Zentrale (1) ein bidirektionaler Kommunikationskanal ist unddaß die elektronische Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) eines Detektors (8) jeweils dahingehend programmiert ist, anhand von Ergebnissen, die von der Zentrale (1) im Rahmen der Verkehrslageerfassung ermittelt wurden, im Sinne eines selbstlernenden Systems das Meßverhalten und/oder das Meldeverhalten des Detektors (8) einzustellen.
- System nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) der Detektoren (8) standardisierte Ganglinien für verkehrsrelevante Meßgrößen gespeichert sind, daß die Ganglinien jeweils durch einen von der Zentrale übermittelten Code im Detektor (8) identifizierbar sind und daß die Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) als Komparator zur Erkennung von signifikanten Abweichungen der aktuellen Werte einer Meßgröße von einer durch die Zentrale (1) vorgegebenen Ganglinie eingerichtet ist. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Detektoren (8) jeweils einen Filter zur Selektierung von Ergebnissen, die von der Zentrale (1) übermittelt und nur für einen oder eine Gruppe von Detektoren (8) bestimmt sind, aufweist.
