Description

  • La présente invention concerne un chausson de confort pour chaussure de ski comprenant des moyens destinés à maintenir sur le chausson des pièces correctrices pour la modification locale de l'épaisseur du chausson, de manière à permettre une adaptation du volume intérieur de la chaussure au pied de l'utilisateur pour lui offrir une tenue optimale du pied.
  • Une chaussure de ski doit être suffisamment rigide pour assurer une bonne tenue du pied et une bonne transmission des efforts de la jambe au ski de manière à assurer une parfaite conduite du ski, mais ce maintien doit être exercé tout en assurant le confort du pied, ce confort étant obtenu au moyen du chausson intérieur de confort constitué généralement d'une enveloppe en plastique semi-rigide doublée d'un matériau compressible.
  • A cet effet, il a été proposé différents moyens permettant au détaillant et/ou à l'utilisateur d'ajouter ou de retirer du chausson des pièces correctrices qui permettent de modifier l'épaisseur du chausson.
  • Du brevet US 3 977 098, on connaît un chausson de confort comprenant deux poches latérales dont l'ouverture est constituée par une fente médiane, dans chacune des-quelles le détaillant ou l'utilisateur peut glisser des plaques de feutre ou autre matériau de différentes épaisseurs pour augmenter localement l'épaisseur du chausson de manière à remplir les espaces entre le pied et la coque de la chaussure. Cette solution nécessite une construction spéciale du chausson. En outre, il est difficile d'enlever les pièces correctrices pour les échanger contre d'autres pièces, par exemple dans le cas où l'utilisateur désire augmenter le serrage de la chaussure ou lorsque la chaussure change d'utilisateur.
  • De plus, la correction s'effectue toujours au même endroit, bien que les pièces correctrices peuvent se déplacer accidentellement dans leur logement.
  • Du brevet US 4 523 392, on connaît également un chausson muni de deux poches latérales ouvertes vers l'arrière pour l'introduction d'un rembourrage en une pièce s'étendant derrière la tige et de chaque côté de la garniture. Une doublure extérieure en feutre attachée à la tige du chausson de manière permanente par son bord supérieur est rabattue de chaque côté du chausson, autour du talon et sous le pied, de manière à venir recouvrir le rembourrage. Cette solution nécessite également une construction spéciale du chausson et ne permet pas de placer dans tous les cas les pièces correctrices à l'endroit désiré.
  • Du brevet CH 626 793, on connaît en outre un chausson dont la structure extérieure est bouclée de manière à permettre la fixation d'empiècements par un système de micro-boucles de type "VELCRO" (marque déposée), soit directement, soit par recouvrement par une pièce de maintien. Cette solution nécessite non seulement une surface bouclée, mais les pièces correctrices peuvent être arrachées lors du retrait du chausson de confort de la chaussure ou lors de son introduction dans la chaussure.
  • La présente invention a pour but de réaliser un chausson de confort dont les moyens de maintien des pièces correctrices permettent de fixer aisément et de façon sûre des pièces correctrices aux endroits désirés, ces moyens de maintien devant être tels qu'ils peuvent s'adapter aisément aux chaussons actuels sans modification notable de ces chaussons.
  • Le chausson selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de maintien des pièces correctrices sont constitués d'une doublure extérieure au moins partiellement élastique s'étendant au moins sur les côtés du chausson et fixée au chausson au niveau de sa semelle.
  • La doublure est de préférence échancrée et/ou ajourée de manière à permettre un bon accès à l'espace entre la doublure et le chausson pour y introduire des pièces correctrices qui seront de préférence des éléments munis d'une surface autocollante. A cet effet, la doublure est de préférence essentiellement en matériau non élastique, par exemple tissée, dont la surface intérieure est plastifiée, l'élasticité de la doublure étant assurée par des bandes élastiques s'étendant sur le pied et sur le cou-de-pied. L'adhérence des pièces correctrices n'a pas besoin d'être forte étant donné que la doublure protège ces pièces contre tout risque d'arrachage lors de l'introduction du chausson dans la coque de la chaussure ou de son retrait.
  • Le talon et le bout de pied ne nécessitant en principe pas de correction, la doublure ne s'étend pas autour du talon ni autour du bout de pied.
  • Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.
  • La figure 1 est une vue latérale du chausson, vu du côté intérieur du pied.
  • La figure 2 est une vue de dessus et en coupe selon II-II de la figure 1.
  • Le chausson 1 est constitué, de manière connue, de plusieurs panneaux cousus ensemble, chacun de ces panneaux étant constitué d'un tricot synthétique collé sur un panneau de matière synthétique, de préférence cellulaire. Le chausson présente deux oreilles latérales 2 et 3 montant de chaque côté de la cheville et formant entre eux une fente 4 s'étendant sur le cou-de-pied.
  • A l'arrière du chausson, ces deux parties latérales 2 et 3 se rejoignent sur la paroi intérieure d'une languette arrière 5. Le chausson est muni en outre d'une importante languette 6 destinée à s'étendre sur le coude-pied et l'avant de la jambe.
  • Le chausson est muni d'une semelle 7 en matière plastique profilée.
  • Le chausson est partiellement recouvert extérieurement par une doublure 8 en matériau synthétique tissé plastifié sur sa face intérieure. Cette doublure 8 présente des découpes 9, 10, 11 et 12. La découpe 9 libère totalement l'avant du chausson, tandis que la découpe 12 découvre le talon. La découpe 10 s'étend transversalement sur le pied. La découpe 11 est formée dans la partie médiane du bord inférieur de la doublure, du côté intérieur du pied. Sur le cou-de-pied et sur l'avant pied, le tissu plastifié de la doublure 8 est interrompu et remplacé par deux bandes élastiques tissées 13 et 14. La doublure 8 est fixée au chausson, d'une part par ses côtés inférieurs par la semelle 7 et, d'autre part, à la partie supérieure de la languette arrière 5 par son bord supérieur par une couture 15. La doublure présente donc une forme de sandale ouverte à ses extrémités. Le tissu du chausson présente en outre latéralement des ajours 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 laissant apparaître un grillage constituant la structure du revêtement plastifié intérieur.
  • La présence des bandes élastiques 13 et 14 permet d'écarter la doublure 8 du chausson de manière à permettre de fixer sur la face intérieure de la doublure 8 des pièces correctrices autocollantes, telle que la pièce de forme 23 fixée de manière à s'étendre au-dessus du talon et de chaque côté du chausson.
  • Des pièces correctrices de toute forme et de toute dimension peuvent être fixées ou enlevées à volonté en tout point de la doublure 8.
  • Les pièces correctrices peuvent être en matériau incompressible, tel que du feutre, ou en matériau élastique tel que du caoutchouc ou similaire.
  • Selon une variante d'exécution de l'exécution décrite ci-dessus, la doublure 8 pourrait être d'une seule pièce en matériau élastique.
  • Selon une autre variante d'exécution, la doublure 8 pourrait être réalisée sous la forme d'une sorte de chaussette élastique enfilée sur le chausson 1, puis fixée sur celui-ci par la semelle et à l'arrière, comme dans l'exemple d'exécution décrit.

Claims (9)

  1. Chausson de confort pour chaussure de ski comprenant des moyens destinés à maintenir sur le chausson des pièces correctrices (23) pour la modification de l'épaisseur du chausson, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de maintien des pièces correctrices sont constitués d'une doublure extérieure (8) au moins partiellement élastique s'étendant au moins sur les côtés du chausson et fixée au chausson au niveau de sa semelle (7).
  2. Chausson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la doublure (8) est échancrée (9 à 12) et/ou ajourée (16 à 22).
  3. Chausson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la doublure (8) est en forme de sandale ouverte à ses extrémités (9, 12).
  4. Chausson selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la doublure (8) est essentiellement en matériau non élastique formant deux parties latérales réunies à l'arrière et reliées sur le pied par des bandes élastiques (13, 14).
  5. Chausson selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le matériau non élastique est un matériau tissé et revêtu intérieurement de matière plastique.
  6. Chausson selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement intérieur plastique de la doublure comprend une structure en canevas.
  7. Chausson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la doublure (8) est en outre fixée à l'arrière du chausson (15) au-dessus du talon.
  8. Chausson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les pièces correctrices (23) sont fixées sur la face interne de la doublure extérieure (8).
  9. Chausson selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les pièces correctrices présentent une face autocollante pour la fixation par adhésion sur la face interne de la doublure extérieure.
