Abstract

Das Verfahren zum Erstellen eines am Umfang ausgesteiften, überwiegend horizontal ausgerichteten Bohrlochs in Boden­ formationen, bei dem das Bohrloch mittels eines Richtbohr­ werkzeugs vorgetrieben und diesem ein Mantelrohr nachgeführt wird, sieht vor, daß das Mantelrohr gleichzeitigund gleich­ förmig mit dem Richtbohrwerkzeug vorgetrieben und dabei das vordere Ende des Mantelrohrs durch den vorderen Teil des Richtbohrwerkzeugs ausgerichtet wird. Das für seine Durchführung vorgesehene Bohrgerät umfaßt ein Richtbohrwerk­ zeug (1), das an einen obertägig durch Antriebs- und Vor­ schubmittel vortreibbaren, in Eigendrehung versetzbaren und in ausgerichteter Stellung verdrehfest abstützbaren Bohrrohrstrang (11) anschließbar ist und einen in einem rohrförmigen Außengehäuse angeordneten Tieflochmotor (3) für den Antrieb eines Drehbohrmeißels (14) aufweist, und ein durch obertägige Antriebs- und Vorschubmittel dem Richt­ bohrwerkzeug nachführbares Mantelrohr (9). Dabei erteilen die Antriebs- und Vorschubmittel dem Richtbohrwerkzeug (1) und dem Mantelrohr (9) eine synchrone Vorschubbewegung, und das Richtbohrwerkzeug (1) ist im Mantelrohr (9) ange­ ordnet und abgestützt und richtet mit seinem vorderen Teil das vordere Ende (12) des Mantelrohrs (9) aus.
