Zur Bildung eines Regaleinsatzes braucht nur ein der jeweiligen Breite des darzubietenden Verkaufsartikels entsprechendes Kopfteil zur frontseitigen Verbindung an den beiden Grundplatten angeordnet zu werden. In der Mitte der Führungsfläche 24 und des Kopfteiles 4 sind auf den einander zugewandten Seiten Ösen 27 und 28 zur Aufnahme eines Zugelementes 29 angeordnet. Dieses Zugelement 29 sorgt dafür, daß das Stützelement 23 in Abhängigkeit von der Beauf­schlagung der Produktauflageflächen mit Verkaufsartikeln derart in den Bereich des Kopfteiles gezogen wird, daß es immer an dem letzten Verkaufsartikel anliegt bzw. wenn sich kein Verkaufsarti­kel auf den Produktauflageflächen befindet, nahezu an das Kopfteil 4 anstößt.
