Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß die Heizdorne beim Aufstecken der Lockenwickler nicht nur vorgewärmt, sondern im Verhältnis zu deren Soll-Temperatur ganz erheblich überhitzt sind, so daß sich der Aufheizvorgang der Lockenwickler in allerkürzester Zeit, d.h. innerhalb weniger Sekunden, vollzieht. Diese Ausführungsform kann mit Vorteil dahingehend abgewandelt werden, daß sie nur noch einen einzigen Heizdorn enthält; denn es hat sich gezeigt, daß dieser infolge der durch die Übertemperatur erzielten extrem kurzen Aufheizzeit der Lockenwickler selbst bei zügiger Arbeitsweise ohne weiteres in der Lage ist, ausreichend schnell einen Lockenwickler nach dem anderen auf seine Soll-Temperatur zu bringen.
