Description
- Technischer Bereich
- Die vorliegende Erfindung richtet sich auf eine elastische Blase zur Verwendung in Fußbekleidung, im Besonderen zur Verwendung als Teil der Sohle der Fußbekleidung. Die Blase ist aus einem äußeren umschließenden Element und einem inneren Element gebildet, wobei das äußere umschließende Element aus Kunststofffolien gebildet ist und das innere Element aus einer ersten und einer zweiten Lage gebildet ist, die voneinander beabstandet sind und durch eine Mehrzahl von Verbindungselementen miteinander verbunden sind.
- Hintergrund der Erfindung
- Fußbekleidung ist in zwei allgemeine Teile, einen Schaft und eine Sohle, unterteilt. Der Schaft ist so gestaltet, dass er den Fuß satt anliegend und bequem umschließt. Der andere Hauptteil eines Schuhes ist die Sohle. Die Sohle muss Griffigkeit, Schutz und eine dauerhafte Verschleißfläche bereitstellen. Die erheblichen Kräfte, die in der Leichtathletik erzeugt werden, erfordern, dass die Sohle von Fußbekleidung für besseren Schutz und bessere Stoßabsorption für den Fuß und das Bein sorgt. Auch sind besserer Schutz und bessere Stoßabsorption für den Fuß bei allen Arten von Fußbekleidung erwünscht. Dementsprechend hat die Sohle von sportlicher Fußbekleidung im typischen Fall mehrere Lagen mit einem elastischen stoßabsorbierenden Material als Mittelsohle und einer bodenberührenden äußeren Sohle oder Außensohle, die sowohl für Dauerhaftigkeit als auch für Griffigkeit sorgt.
- Derartige Mittelsohlen werden aus konventionellen Schaumstoffen hergestellt, zum Beispiel Ethylen-Vinylacetat (EVA) oder Polyurethan, die unter einer angelegten Last elastisch komprimiert werden und dämpfen, um eine Polsterung bereitzustellen. Die Außensohlen werden aus konventionellen verschleißfesten Materialien, wie z.B. einer Ruß-Gummi-Verbindung, hergestellt. Konventionelle Schaumstoffe sind wegen des Einschlusses von offenen oder geschlossenen Zellen in dem Schaum, die ein inneres Volumen definieren, das im Wesentlichen von Gas verdrängt wird, teilweise elastisch komprimierbar. Das bedeutet, dass der Schaum im Material geformte Bläschen haben kann, die Luft darin enthalten. Nach wiederholtem Komprimieren verschlechtern sich Schaumstoffe aber vor allem durch Verdichtung. Die Zellstruktur fällt zusammen, was zu einer geringeren Komprimierbarkeit des Schaums führt. So verschlechtert sich die allgemeine Polsterung der Mittelsohle.
- Eine Methode zum Überwinden von Nachteilen mithilfe konventioneller Schaumstoffe ist in US-Patent Nr. 4.183.156 (am 15. Januar 1980 von Marion F. Rudy patentiert) offengelegt, bei dem die Polsterung von aufblasbaren Einsätzen aus elastomeren Materialien bereitgestellt wird. Die Einsätze haben eine Mehrzahl von röhrenförmigen Kammern, die im Wesentlichen längs durch die Länge der Fußbekleidung verlaufen. Die Kammern stehen im Ballenbereich in Fluidkommunikation miteinander und verlaufen gemeinsam über die Breite der Fußbekleidung. Im US-Patent Nr. 4.219.945 (am 2. September 1980 von Marion F. Rudy patentiert) ist ein aufgeblasener Einsatz in einem Schaumstoff eingekapselt. Die Kombination aus dem Einsatz und dem Kapselungsmaterial fungiert als die Mittelsohle. Ein Schaft ist an die obere Fläche des Kapselungsmaterials anzementiert und an der unteren Fläche kann ein Außensohlen- oder Profilelement befestigt sein.
- US-Patent Nr. 4.817.304 (am 4. April 1989 von Mark G. Parker et al. patentiert) legt einen schaumgekapselten gasgefüllten Einsatz offen, in dem an den Seiten des Kapselungselements entlang Zwischenräume gelassen sind. Wenn die Mittelsohle komprimiert wird, dehnt sich der Einsatz in die Zwischenräume hinein aus. Die Zwischenräume stellen so eine verringerte Steifigkeit beim Komprimieren der Mittelsohle bereit, während sie das Gesamtgewicht der Fußbekleidung reduzieren. Ferner kann durch geeignetes Anordnen der Zwischenräume die allgemeine Stoßreaktionscharakteristik entlang Bereichen der Fußbekleidung abgestimmt werden.
- Derartige Blasen sind allgemein aus einem elastomeren Material hergestellt und so gebildet, dass sie eine obere oder untere, dazwischen wenigstens eine Kammer umschließende Fläche haben. Die Kammern werden durch Einführen einer mit einer Fluiddruckquelle verbundenen Düse oder Nadel in einen in der Blase gebildeten Fülleinlass auf über Umgebungsdruck gebracht. Nachdem die Kammern unter Druck gesetzt worden sind, wird der Fülleinsatz zum Beispiel durch Schweißen dicht verschlossen und die Düse wird entfernt.
- Blasen dieses Typs werden mit der Zweifolienmethode vom Stand der Technik hergestellt, bei der zwei separate Elastomerfolienstücke gebildet werden, die die allgemeine periphere Form der Blase haben. Die Folienstücke werden am Umfang entlang zusammengeschweißt, um eine Blase mit einer oberen, einer unteren und seitlichen Flächen zu bilden, sowie an vorbestimmten Innenbereichen, um der Blase eine bevorzugte Konfiguration zu verleihen, d.h. um an gewünschten Stellen Kammern einer vorbestimmten Form und Größe zu haben.
- Blasen werden auch mit der Blasformmethode vom Stand der Technik hergestellt. Ein flüssiges elastomeres Material wird in ein Blaswerkzeug mit der gewünschten allgemeinen Form und Konfiguration der Blase gegeben. Das Blaswerkzeug hat eine Öffnung an einer Stelle, durch die Druckluft zugeführt wird. Die Druckluft zwingt das flüssige elastomere Material gegen die Innenflächen des Blaswerkzeugs und verursacht, dass das Material im Blaswerkzeug härtet, um eine Blase mit der bevorzugten Form und Konfiguration zu bilden.
- Ein weiterer Blasentyp vom Stand der Technik, der in den Sohlen von Fußbekleidung verwendet wird, wird im US-Patent Nr. 4.906.502 (patentiert am 6. März 1990) und Nr. 5.083.361 (patentiert am 28. Januar 1992) offengelegt, die beide Marion F. Rudy erteilt wurden. Die in den Patenten '502 und '361 offengelegten Blasen sind als eine unter Gasüberdruck gesetzte und aufgeblasene Konstruktion ausgeführt, die eine hermetisch verschlossene äußere abdeckende Sperrschicht umfasst, die fest auf im Wesentlichen die gesamten Außenflächen einer doppelwandigen inneren Textilerzeugnisstruktur aufgeklebt ist. Die doppelwandige innere Textilerzeugnisstruktur umfasst eine erste und eine zweite äußere Textilerzeugnislage, die normalerweise um einen vorbestimmten Abstand voneinander beabstandet sind. Verbindungs- oder Fallgarne, vorzugsweise in der Form von Mehrfadengarnen, die aus vielen einzelnen Fasern zusammengesetzt sind, erstrecken sich innerlich zwischen den proximalen oder einander zugekehrten Flächen der jeweiligen Textilerzeugnislagen. Die Fäden der Fallgarne bilden Zug-Haltemittel und sind an den jeweiligen Textilerzeugnislagen verankert. Das bevorzugte Verfahren zum Herstellen der doppelwandigen Textilerzeugnisstruktur ist das Raschelwirken mit Doppelnadelbarren.
- Eine Luftmatratzenkonstruktion mit einzelnen Stegen, die von um Bänder gewickelten Fäden gebildet werden, wird in der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift 2 027 227 und dem entsprechenden US-Patent Nr. 3.683.431 an Pennel et al. offengelegt. Die Bänder sind an der Innenwand der Matratze angebracht. Die Bänder bilden aber keine an den Wänden der Matratze angebrachte kontinuierliche Textilerzeugnisschicht.
- Eine Dämpfungsvorrichtung für Stoßbeanspruchung wird in der PCT- Veröffentlichung Nr. WO89/11047 und dem entsprechenden US-Patent Nr. 5.054.753 an Polus offengelegt. In einer Ausgestaltung ist die Vorrichtung aus einem einteiligen Kunststoffkörper gebildet, der locker in eine flexible Membran gesetzt ist. Die Membran ist aus einem schüssel- oder schalenförmigen Teil und einem scheibenförmigen Teil gebildet, die an einem Umfangsrand entlang miteinander verschweißt sind. Die Dämpfungsvorrichtung verwendet keinen Kern, der an den Innenwänden der Vorrichtung befestigt ist.
- Ein Verfahren zum Schweißen flanschloser thermoplastischer Folien wird im US-Patent Nr. 4.451.721 an Nemeskeri offengelegt. Eine Elektrode mit einer angewinkelten „Schneide" dient zum Bilden einer Umfangsnaht. Der von der Schneide ausgeübte Druck kann entweder das Material vollständig durchtrennen oder etwas Material stehen lassen, sodass die Schale später abgebrochen werden kann. Die Schale wird nur mit einer Umfangsverbindung gebildet. Das heißt, dass zwischen der Ober- und der Unterseite der Schale keine internen Verbindungen gebildet werden.
- Zusammenfassung der Erfindung
- Die vorliegende Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Blase zur Verwendung als Polsterelement nach Anspruch 1.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung richtet sich auch auf Fußbekleidung, die eine der oben beschriebenen Blasen in wenigstens einem Teil der Sohle der Fußbekleidung enthält. Fußbekleidung mit Blasen des in den Patenten '502 und '361 offengelegten Typs werden von NIKE, Inc. verkauft. Bei dieser Fußbekleidung befindet sich die periphere Randnaht in der Mitte der Blasenseite, wie in
2 hierin gezeigt wird. Das in diesen Blasen verwendete Textilerzeugnis hat durch das ganze Ausmaß des Textilerzeugnisses einheitlich angeordnete Verbindungsgarne. - Die Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Blase, die Zwischenräume zwischen Gruppen von Verbindungsgarnen enthält, hat gegenüber im Handel erhältlichen Blasen verbesserte Polsterungseigenschaften. Durch Herstellen der Zwischenräume zwischen Gruppen von Verbindungsgarnen wird Platz bereitgestellt, in den sich die Verbindungsgarne hineinbewegen können, wenn die Blase zusammengedrückt wird. Mit diesem zusätzlichen Platz nimmt der Gesamtbetrag, um den die Blase zusammengedrückt werden kann, zu, wodurch der Arbeitsbereich der Blase oder die maximale Durchbiegung der Blase vor dem Aufsetzen vergrößert wird. Dies führt zu einer größeren Fähigkeit zum Aufnehmen und Zurückgeben von Energie und zu weniger Anfangssteifigkeit.

- In
3 wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen, in denen gleiche Nummern gleiche Elemente bezeichnen, ein erfindungsgemäßer Fußbekleidungsartikel illustriert, wie z.B. ein Laufschuh, der allgemein als10 bezeichnet wird. Der Schuh10 hat eine Sohlenkonstruktion12 und einen auf konventionelle Weise an der Sohlenkonstruktion angebrachten Schaft14 . Die Sohlenkonstruktion12 beinhaltet neue Merkmale der vorliegenden Erfindung, während der Schaft14 jede beliebige konventionelle Gestaltung haben kann, die ihn an die besondere Verwendung des Fußbekleidungsartikels anpasst. Wenn beispielsweise der Fußbekleidungsartikel eine Sandale ist, würde der Schaft die Riemen umfassen, die die Sandale am Fuß eines Trägers befestigen. Wenn der Fußbekleidungsartikel ein Inline-Rollschuh wäre, könnte der Schaft aus starrem Plastik oder einer Kombination aus einem nichtstarren Material und einer starren Stützkonstruktion sein. Die Sohlenkonstruktion12 hat eine polsternde oder kräfteabsorbierende Mittelsohle16 und eine flexible verschleißfeste Außensohle18 . Selbstverständlich können die Mittelsohlen- und Außensohlenteile gegebenenfalls als eine einzelne integrale Einheit gebildet sein. - Eine erfindungsgemäße elastische Blase
20 ist im Absatzbereich der Mittelsohle16 direkt über der Außensohle18 befestigt. Die Blase20 ist auf eine konventionelle Weise, z.B. durch Einkleben in eine Aussparung oder durch Einkapseln in einem Schaumstoff auf eine Weise wie der im Rudy-Patent '945 offengelegten, auf das oben Bezug genommen wurde, in ihrer Position in der Mittelsohle befestigt. Details des Verfahrens zum Herstellen der Blase20 werden in den4 bis9 illustriert, wobei die zusammengesetzte Blase in den9C und9D illustriert wird. - Die Blase
20 wird aus einem äußeren umschließenden Element22 und einem inneren Element24 gebildet. Das äußere umschließende Element wird aus einer ersten Kunststofffolie26 und einer zweiten Kunststofffolie28 gebildet. Die erste und die zweite Kunststofffolie sind vorzugsweise aus dem gleichen thermoplastischen Material, vorzugsweise einem Urethanmaterial wie einer Mischung aus thermoplastischen aromatischen Polyurethanen hergestellt, das Folienmaterial bildet, das warmformbar, HF-schweißbar und gegenüber Spannungsrissen bei Verwendung als Blase beständig ist. Eine Mischung aus den folgenden von DOW hergestellten thermoplastischen Polyurethanen kann verwendet werden:
20% 2355-95AEH, 25% 2355-85ATP und 55% 2355-87AE. Die9C und9D illustrieren die erste und die zweite Folie, die integral zusammen gebildet sind. Wenigstens die Folie28 ist vorzugsweise aus einem durchsichtigen Kunststoffgebildet, sodass das innere Element24 doch die Seitenwand32 hindurch sichtbar ist. Der durchsichtige Kunststoff könnte daher transparent, durchscheinend, klar oder farbig sein, solange das innere Element durch die Seitenwand32 hindurch sichtbar ist. Die Folie26 kann auch aus einem durchsichtigen Kunststoffgebildet sein.3 ist eine Seitenansicht eines Schuhs10 , bei dem Verbindungselemente, wie z.B. Verbindungsgarne38 , des inneren Elements24 durch die transparente Seitenwand32 sichtbar sind. Andere bevorzugte Materialien für die Folien26 und28 sind Polyurethanmaterialien wie Polyurethanelastomere auf Polyester- oder Polyetherbasis oder Polyesterelastomer. Andere bevorzugte Elastomermaterialien für die Folien26 und28 sind in den obigen Rudy-Patenten angeführt. - Das innere Element
24 ist vorzugsweise aus einem doppelwandigen Textilerzeugnismaterial des in den Patenten '361 und '502 von Rudy offengelegten Typs mit nachfolgend genannten Änderungen gebildet. Das doppelwandige Textilerzeugnis ist vorzugsweise aus einer Doppelnadelbanen-Raschelwirkware gebildet, die eine erste Textilerzeugnislage34 und eine zweite Textilerzeugnislage36 hat, die mit Verbindungsgarnen38 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Textilerzeugnislagen34 und36 sind vorzugsweise aus mit lufttexturierten oder anderweitig texturierten Garnen, wie falschdrahttexturiertem Garn, insbesondere eine Kombination aus Nylon6 ,6 und Nylon6 , gebildet. Desgleichen sind die Verbindungsgarne38 vorzugsweise aus lufttexturierten oder texturierten Garnen, wie falschdrahttexturiertem Garn, insbesondere Nylon6 ,6 , gebildet. - Eine erste und eine zweite Lage eines Haftvermittlungsmaterials
40 ,42 ist vorzugsweise an der ersten bzw. der zweiten Textilerzeugnislage34 ,36 angebracht. Wie im Rudy-Patent '361 ausführlich beschrieben wird, unterstützt die Verwendung von texturiertem Garn in Textilerzeugnislagen34 ,36 und die Verwendung von Haftvermittlungsmaterialien40 ,42 die Bildung einer starken Bindung an die erste und die zweite Kunststofffolie26 ,28 . Das Haftvermittlungsmaterial40 ,42 ist vorzugsweise der gleiche Typ von thermoplastischem Material wie die Kunststofffolien26 ,28 , die das äußere umschließende Element22 bilden, und wird so auf die Textilerzeugnislagen34 ,36 aufgebracht, dass das Haftvermittlungsmaterial40 ,42 in einen Teil jeder Textilerzeugnislage eindringt, ohne bis zu den Verbindungsgarnen38 durchzudringen. Beispielsweise kann ein von Deerfield unter der Produktnummer PS-8010 hergestelltes thermoplastisches Polyurethan (TPU) verwendet werden. Das Haftvermittlungsmaterial40 ,42 wird vorzugsweise in flächiger Form auf die Textilerzeugnislagen34 ,36 aufgebracht, indem die flächigen Haftvermittlungsmaterialstücke und die Textilerzeugnislagen zwischen die obere und die untere erhitzte Druckplatte einer Heißpresse bewegt werden. Dieses Verfahren und andere bevorzugte Verfahren des Aufbringens von Haftvermittlungsmaterial auf die Textilerzeugnislagen werden im Rudy-Patent '361 ausführlich besprochen. -
2 illustriert eine Blase vom Stand der Technik, wie sie im Rudy-Patent '361 offengelegt ist, wobei gleiche Nummern mit Strichindex Blase20 der vorliegenden Erfindung ähnliche Elemente anzeigen. Wie in2 zu sehen ist, sind eine erste und eine zweite Kunststoffolie26' und28' entlang einer Naht31 , die sich auf halbem Weg zwischen den äußeren Hauptflächen der Folien26' und28' befindet, miteinander verbunden. Wie in dem Patent '361 beschrieben wird, ist die Blase20' aus zwei flachen Materialfolien26' und28' hergestellt, die zuerst auf voneinander beabstandete Textilerzeugnislagen34' bzw.36' laminiert werden. Haftvermittlungsmaterial40' ,42' unterstützt die Bildung einer Bindung zwischen den Textilerzeugnislagen34' ,36 und den Plastikfolien26' und28' . Die Naht31 wird danach durch Schweißen um den Umfang der zwei flachen Folien gebildet. Außerdem erstrecken sich, wie in2 zu sehen ist, auch Verbindungsgarne38' entlang der ganzen Länge der Blase20' . Desgleichen erstrecken sich Verbindungsgarne38' ganz über die Breite der Blase20' . Die Blase20' ist in einem aufgeblasenen Zustand dargestellt, in dem ein unter Überdruck stehendes Gas in der Blase20' dicht eingeschlossen wurde, um die Verbindungsgarne38' unter Spannung zu setzen. - Bezug nehmend auf
9D sind die Unterschiede zwischen der Blase20 und der Blase20' leicht erkennbar. - Die Mehrzahl von Verbindungsgarnen
38 ist in Bändern44 angeordnet, die durch Zwischenräume46 getrennt sind, bei denen es sich um Bereiche ohne irgendwelche Verbindungsgarne handelt. Die Verwendung von Zwischenräumen46 verbessert die Komprimierbarkeit des doppelwandigen Textilerzeugnisses gegenüber doppelwandigen Textilerzeugnissen, die kontinuierliche Verbindungsgarne einsetzen. Durch die Seitenwand32 betrachtet stellen die Bänder44 auch ein auffälliges visuelles Erscheinungsbild dar.9C illustriert einen Querschnitt der Blase20 vor dem Aufblasen mit einem unter Überdruck stehenden Fluid. In einem solchen Zustand stehen die Verbindungsgarne38 nicht unter Spannung und die Zwischenräume46 sind nicht sichtbar, zum Zweck der Veranschaulichung werden aber kleine Zwischenräume46 gezeigt. Die Zwischenräume46 werden während des Doppelnadelbarren-Raschelwirkprozesses gebildet, indem das Stricken von Verbindungsgarnen auf gewissen vorbestimmten Nadeln in der Kettenrichtung (Langreihenrichtung) ausgelassen wird. Das Stricken mit drei vor- und drei zurückgestellten Nadeln erzeugt ein bevorzugtes Textilerzeugnis mit Bändern44 und Zwischenräumen46 . Es können auch andere Strickmuster mit vor- und zurückgestellten Nadeln verwendet werden, wie z.B. zwei vor und zwei zurück, vier vor und zwei zurück, zwei vor und vier zurück, drei vor und drei zurück oder eine beliebige Kombination davon. Auch können zusätzlich zum Auslassen von Nadeln in der Kettenrichtung, wobei in aufeinanderfolgenden Reihen selektiv gestrickt oder nicht gestrickt wird, Zwischenräume in einer Längs- und in einer Querrichtung gebildet werden, um ein Schachbrettmuster von Verbindungselementen38 zu erzeugen. In9D ist die Blase20 Fluid, vorzugsweise ein unter Überdruck stehendes Gas, enthaltend dargestellt. Bevorzugte Gase zum Herstellen des Innendrucks in der Blase20 sind Hexafluorethan (z.B. Freon, F-116) und Schwefelhexafluorid. Andere geeignete Gase sowie die Vorteile der Verwendung der bevorzugten Gase und der bevorzugten Kunststoffe für das äußere umschließende Element werden in den oben erwähnten Rudy-Patenten, im Besonderen den Patenten '156 und '250, besprochen. - Eine bevorzugtes Folienmaterial für die Folie
28 ist ein thermoplastisches aromatisches Polyurethanelastomer auf der Basis eines Poly(butandioladipat), vorzugsweise DOW 2355-85ATP, mit einer Dicke von etwa 0,038 bis 0,040 Zoll. - Die einzelnen Blasen
20 werden auf eine konventionelle Weise aufgeblasen, wie es im Patent Nr. '345 beschrieben wird. Das heißt, die Blase20 wird mit einer Hohlnadel in dem von dem flachen Verschlussrand157 gebildeten dicht verschlossenen Bereich durchstochen und durch die Nadel wird Druckluft mit etwa 60 bis 80 psi zugeführt, um die Blase voraufzublasen. Die Druckluft wird aus der Blase abgelassen und das vorgesehene bleibende Aufblasegas mit dem gewünschten Druck, z.B. von 5 bis 30 psi, im typischen Fall20 psi, eingeführt. Die Nadel wird dann abgezogen und das Stichloch abgedichtet. Der dicht verschlossene Aufblasbereich kann beschnitten werden, nachdem an dem beschnittenen Bereich ein zusätzlicher dichter Verschluss gebildet worden ist. Die unter Druck gesetzten und dicht verschlossenen Blasen20 können jetzt auf eine konventionelle Weise in die Sohlen von Fußbekleidung eingesetzt werden. - In der vorangehenden Beschreibung werden mit Bezug auf die Begleitzeichnungen zahlreiche charakteristische Eigenschaften und Vorteile der Erfindung ausführlich beschrieben. Die Offenlegung ist aber nur veranschaulichend und die Erfindung ist nicht speziell auf die illustrierte Ausgestaltung begrenzt. Fachkundige Personen können daran verschiedene Änderungen und Modifikationen vornehmen, ohne vom Umfang der Erfindung abzuweichen, wie er in den angehängten Ansprüchen definiert wird.
Claims (11)
- Blase (
20 ) zur Verwendung als Polsterelement in Fußbekleidung (10 ), umfassend: eine aus einem Kunststoff (26 ,28 ) gebildete dicht geschlossene Kammer, wobei die genannte Kammer eine erste und eine zweite Hauptfläche, die voneinander beabstandet sind, und eine zum Passen in eine Sohle (12 ) der Fußbekleidung (10 ) geformte Konfiguration hat, ein doppelwandiges Textilerzeugnismaterial (24 ), das in der genannten dicht geschlossene Kammer aufgenommen ist, wobei das genannte Textilerzeugnismaterial eine erste und eine zweite Textilerzeugnislage (34 ,36 ), die voneinander beabstandet sind, und eine Mehrzahl von Verbindungsgarnen (38 ) hat, die zwischen den genannten Textilerzeugnislagen verbunden sind, wobei die genannte erste und die genannte zweite Textilerzeugnislage (34 ,36 ) an der genannten ersten bzw. der genannten zweiten Hauptfläche der genannten dicht geschlossenen Kammer angebracht ist, und wobei die genannte dicht geschlossene Kammer ein Fluid enthält, um die genannte Mehrzahl von Verbindungsgarnen (38 ) unter Spannung zu setzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Verbindungsgarne in separaten Bändern (44 ) gebildet sind, wobei jedes Band eine Mehrzahl der genannten Verbindungsgarne und Zwischenräume (46 ) enthält, die Leerbereiche ohne Verbindungsgarne definieren, die zwischen benachbarten Bändern angeordnet sind, um die Verdichtbarkeit des genannten Textilerzeugnismaterials (24 ) zu verbessern. - Blase (
20 ) nach Anspruch 1, bei der das genannte Textilerzeugnis (24 ) eine Doppelnadelbarren-Raschelwirkware ist, wobei die genannten Zwischenräume (46 ) durch Weglassen vorbestimmter Nadeln im Wirkprozess gebildet sind. - Blase (
20 ) nach Anspruch 1, bei der der genannte Kunststoff der genannten Kammer aus einem Paar erster und zweiter Plastikfolien (28 ,26 ) gebildet ist, die um den Umfang der genannten dicht geschlossenen Kammer herum miteinander versiegelt sind. - Blase (
20 ) nach Anspruch 1, bei der das genannte Fluid ein Gas ist. - Blase (
20 ) nach Anspruch 4, bei der das genannte Gas unter Überdruck in der genannten dicht geschlossenen Kammer eingeschlossen ist. - Blase (
20 ) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Blase gestaltet ist, um einen Teil einer Sohle (12 ) der Fußbekleidung (10 ) zu bilden, und wenigstens ein Teil der genannten Seitenwand (32 ) aus durchsichtigem Material gebildet ist und zum Anordnen an einem sichtbaren Rand der Sohle (12 ) entlang konfiguriert ist. - Fußbekleidungsartikel (
10 ), umfassend: einen Schaft (14 ) zum Aufnehmen des Fußes eines Trägers und eine an dem genannten Schaft (14 ) angebrachte Sohle (12 ), wobei wenigstens ein Teil der genannten Sohle (12 ) eine Polsterblase (20 ) hat, umfassend: eine aus einem Kunststoff (26 ,28 ) gebildete dicht geschlossene Kammer, wobei die genannte Kammer eine erste und eine zweite Hauptfläche hat, die voneinander beabstandet sind, ein doppelwandiges Textilerzeugnismaterial (24 ), das in der genannten dicht geschlossene Kammer aufgenommen ist, wobei das genannte Textilerzeugnismaterial eine erste und eine zweite Textilerzeugnislage (34 ,36 ), die voneinander beabstandet sind, und eine Mehrzahl von Verbindungsgarnen (38 ) hat, die zwischen den genannten Textilerzeugnislagen verbunden sind, wobei die genannte erste und die genannte zweite Textilerzeugnislage (34 ,36 ) an der genannten ersten bzw. der genannten zweiten Hauptfläche der genannten dicht geschlossenen Kammer angebracht ist und wobei die genannte dicht geschlossene Kammer ein Fluid enthält, um die genannte Mehrzahl von Verbindungsgarnen (38 ) unter Spannung zu setzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Verbindungsgarne in separaten Bändern (44 ) gebildet sind, wobei jedes Band eine Mehrzahl der genannten Verbindungsgarne (38 ) und Zwischenräume (46 ) enthält, die Leerbereiche ohne Verbindungsgarne (38 ) definieren, die zwischen benachbarten Bändern (44 ) angeordnet sind, um die Verdichtbarkeit des genannten Textilerzeugnismaterials (24 ) zu verbessern. - Fußbekleidungsartikel (
10 ) nach Anspruch 7, bei dem das genannte Textilerzeugnis (24 ) eine Doppelnadelbarren-Raschelwirkware ist, wobei die genannten Zwischenräume (46 ) durch Weglassen vorbestimmter Nadeln im Wirkprozess gebildet sind. - Fußbekleidungsartikel (
10 ) nach Anspruch 7, bei dem der genannte Kunststoff der genannten Kammer aus einem Paar erster und zweiter Plastikfolien (28 ,26 ) gebildet ist, die um den Umfang der genannten dicht geschlossenen Kammer herum miteinander versiegelt sind. - Fußbekleidungsartikel (
10 ) nach Anspruch 7, bei dem das genannte Fluid ein Gas ist. - Fußbekleidungsartikel (
10 ) nach Anspruch 10, bei dem das genannte Gas unter Überdruck in der genannten dicht geschlossenen Kammer eingeschlossen ist.
