Claims (6)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kunststoff-Formteils, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:
  • a) eine Folie (1 bzw. 1,5) wird in einem offenen Formwerk­ zeug (7) im Vakuumverfahren tiefgezogen;
  • b) das Formwerkzeug (7) wird mittels eines ihm zugeordneten Kernwerkzeuges (10) geschlossen, wobei das Kernwerkzeug (10) derart bemessen ist, daß zwischen seiner innen liegenden Oberfläche (11) und der in dem Formwerkzeug (7) anliegenden Folie (1 bzw. 1,5) ein definierter, über wenigstens einen Kanal (13) von außen zugänglicher Zwischenraum (12) verbleibt;
  • c) der Zwischenraum (12) wird über den Kanal (13) mit einem aushärtbaren Kunststoff-Material (14) aufgefüllt, das sich vollflächig mit der Folie (1 bzw. 1,5) verbindet;
  • d) nach dem Aushärten des Kunststoff-Materials (14) wird das Formteil (15) entnommen.
1. A process for producing a molded plastic part, characterized by the following process steps:
  • a) a film ( 1 or 1.5 ) is deep-drawn in an open mold ( 7 ) in the vacuum process;

  • d) after the hardening of the plastic material ( 14 ), the molded part ( 15 ) is removed.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vakuum zwischen Folie (1 bzw. 1,5) und Formwerkzeug (7) zumindest bis nach dem Auffüllen des Zwischenraumes (12) mit dem Kunststoff-Material (14) aufrecht erhalten bleibt.2.
