Description

The invention relates to a to be attached to shoes or clothing Bracket for laces. For the aforementioned Purpose are usually eyelets, hooks or the like. Devices Applications that are mostly made of metal and undesirable sharp edges have, through which laces or cords, cords or the like. be damaged relatively quickly and in the course of further use wear and tear.

The tubular cord guide eyelet of DE-PS 2 65 270 already has material-friendly properties because it consists of an elastic material and can yield in all directions. That from DE-PS 2 16 156 known arcuate tubes for guiding a cord Laces have each other in pairs for fastening opposite mounting feet that are guided through a material and through Press bent and thus wedged in the material, so that the tube body is attached with folded feet in the material. The attachment of the tube body however requires an additional stamp device and is therefore relatively complex.

The shoe hook shown in DE-GM 17 94 645 consists of an eyelet curved stamped sheet metal strips, which are particularly firm and with a leather pad can be connected to prevent rotation. Because of the low curvature and of the short channel, however, shoelaces are heavily used during train.

The invention has for its object for the anchoring of laces of the type in question to propose devices by which Damage to the laces are practically impossible and moreover to achieve fashionable effects due to the wide range of design options allow.

To solve this problem, the device for anchoring is proposed of lacing in such a way that these characteristics has, which are specified in claim 1.

Further features of the device according to the invention are shown in the Sub-claims emerge.

Es zeigen:On the basis of the following description of exemplary embodiments, which are shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 of the drawing, the invention is explained in more detail. Show it:

Fig. 1 einen Schuh in perspektivischer Ansicht, der mit einer erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Schnürsenkelverankerungsvorrichtung ausge stattet ist; Figure 1 shows a shoe in perspective view, which is equipped with a shoelace anchoring device designed according to the invention.

Fig. 2 einen Horizontalschnitt durch die Schnür senkelverankerungsvorrichtung, die an dem Schuh nach Fig. 1 befestigt ist; Figure 2 is a horizontal section through the lace anchoring device which is attached to the shoe of Fig. 1.

Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 2; Fig. 3 is a cross section through the apparatus of Fig. 2;

Fig. 4 einen Horizontalschnitt durch eine Ver ankerungsvorrichtung in einer weiteren Ausführungsform, und Fig. 4 is a horizontal section through an anchoring device in a further embodiment, and

Fig. 5 shows a section through a two-part formed bracket.

The laces anchoring device according to Fig. 2 and 3 consists of a bracket 11, which is paired shown opposite one another on the shaft 12 of a shoe, as shown in Fig. 1, attached, for example by sewing or gluing or possibly both. The bracket 11 is preferably made of plastic, which can be trans parent or non-transparent, so that it is possible to achieve certain fashionable effects through the coloring. Advantageously, an elastic plastic material is used, which allows the holder to be sewn onto shoes or clothing. In the holding tion 11 , a substantially semicircular channel 13 is arranged, in which the shoelace 14 is retracted. As a result, the shoelace 14 experiences a curvature and no kinking as in the case of previously known eyelets or hooks. Since there are no sharp edges on the holder 11 which act on the shoelace 14 , its service life is practically unlimited. It is essential that the channel 13 has a sufficient length and that the radii of curvature are chosen to be sufficiently large so as not to cause kinks in the shoelace 14 . On the bracket 11 are outwardly projecting thin-walled fastening tabs 15 , by means of which the attachment to the shoe he can follow.

In a further embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the bracket 11 'is elongated. It is possible with such mounts to provide a further opening 18 shown in broken lines between the inlet opening 16 and the outlet opening 17 for the shoelace 14 'through which the shoelace can be removed and inserted.

The holder 11 and 11 'according to the invention can, as shown in Fig. 5, be formed in one part or two parts by the holder is divided in a horizontal plane. The two halves can then be glued or welded to one another or optionally also mortised and / or riveted.
