Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Einlegesohlen, manchmal auch mit dem englischen Ausdruck "socks" bezeichnet, die in Form einer federnden Polsterung vorliegen, die im Schuhwerk eingeführt werden soll und so ausgebildet ist, daß eine Abstützung für die Metatarsalwölbung bzw. den Mittelfußwölbungsbereich oder den Valgusbereich des Fusses oder für beides gegeben ist.
Oft kann der Benützer empfindliche Gebiete oder Bereiche an seinem Fuß haben, wo es unerwünscht ist, daß Druck vom Schuhwerk über die Einlegesohle übertragen wird.
Der Erfindung liegt darum die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine verbesserte Einlegesohle vorzuschlagen, die der Benützer schnell und leiht seinen individuellen Be­ dürfnissen anpassen kann.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einlegesohle für Schuhwerk, die eine Lage federnden Kunststoffmaterials umfaßt, die so ausgebildet oder "geshaped" ist, daß eine Abstützung für den Metatarsalbereich oder den Valgusbereich des Fusses oder beides gegeben ist und die eine Abdeckung aus Tuch oder dgl. Material, befestigt an seiner Oberfläche, aufweist, wobei der obere Bereich des Kunststoffmaterials eine Anzahl von Vertiefungen aufweist, in deren jeder ein Einsatz eingepaßt werden kann, so daß der Benützer die Einlegesohle zur Anpassung an seinen oder ihren besonderen Fußzustand anpassen kann, indem ein Einsatz von irgend einer Vertiefung fortgelassen werden kann, die der Lage einer empfindlichen Stelle auf dem Fuß des Benützers entspricht.
Vorzugsweise ist jeder Einsatz aus einem federnden Kunststoffmaterial mit einer Klebstoffunterseite versehen, um ihn in Stellung bzw. in ihrer Lage in ihrer Vertiefung zu halten; sie kann auch eine obere Abdeckung entsprechend der der Einlegesohle haben.
Beispielsweise Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sollen nun mit Bezug auf die beiliegende Zeichnung näher erläutert werden. Diese zeigt in
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht einer Ausführungsform einer Einlegesohle nach der Erfindung;
Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt längs der Linie 2-2 der Fig. 1 und
Fig. 3 eine Druntersicht der Einlegesohle der Fig. 1 sowie
Fig. 4 Teil einer Draufsicht, wobei eine Modifikation der in den Fig. 1 bis 3 gezeigten Sohle gezeigt ist.
Zur Durchführung der Erfindung in beispielsweise besonders zweckmäßiger Weise zeigen die Fig. 1, 2 und 3 eine Einlegesohle, die aus einer relativ dünnen (z. B. 3 mm) (preß)geformten Lage 11 aus federndem Kunststoffmaterial besteht, beispielsweise Plastozot (geschäumtes vernetztes Polyäthylen), welches von einer oberen Lage Tuch 12 abgedeckt ist, die hieran während des Formverfahrens gebunden oder zum Haften gebracht wird.
Die Dicke der Lage 11 wird zwischen den Linien 13 erhöht, um eine Metatarsalwölbungsabstützung 14 und innerhalb des Bogens 15 eine Valgusabstützung 16 zu liefern. Der Formling ist auch mit einem nach oben gewendeten Flanschteil 17 um den Fersenbereich versehen.
Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, ist die Lage 11 mit einer Vertiefung 18 im Bereich der Ferse sowie drei Vertiefungen 18a vor der Wölbungsabstützung 14 versehen.
Jede oder irgend eine dieser Vertiefungen 18 oder 18a in der Lage 11 können mit Einsätzen 19 und 19a gefüllt sein, die aus federndem Kunststoffmaterial 20 bestehen und eine Klebstoffunterseite 21 haben, um sie in ihrer Lage in der Vertiefung 18 zu halten. Eine obere Tuchabdeckung 22 kann vorgesehen sein. Wird die Einlegesohle hergestellt, so werden die Einsätze 19 und 19a normalerweise in einige der Vertiefungen 18 und 18a eingepaßt, werden aber aus anderen Vertiefungen nach Wunsch und Notwendigkeit des Benützers für die besonderen Bedingungen seines Fusses fortgelassen, so daß über den Bereichen der Vertiefungen 18 und/oder 18a ohne Einsätze Druck nicht auf einen empfindlichen Punkt oder empfindliche Punkte unter dem Fuß des Benützers von seinem Schuhwerk übertragen wird.
Offensichtlich kann Zahl, Gestalt und Lage der Vertiefungen 18 und 18a so gewählt werden, wie dies den Bedürfnissen der meisten Benützer am besten paßt.
Nach einer in Fig. 4 gezeigten Modifikation sind die drei Vertiefungen 18a vor der Wölbungsabstützung 14 ersetzt durch eine einzige längliche Vertiefung 18b, die von allgemein bananenförmiger Gestalt ist, um einen entsprechend geformten Einsatz 19b aufzunehmen. Teile können von diesem Einsatz 19b abgeschnitten werden oder dieser kann in Stücke zur Anpassung an die Bedürfnisse des Benützers geschnitten sein.
Änderungen und Abänderungen liegen im Rahmen der Erfindung.

Claims (6)

1. Einlegesohle für Schuhwerk mit einer Lage federnden Kunststoffmaterials derartiger Ausgestaltung, daß eine Abstützung für den Metatarsal- bzw. Mittelfußbereich oder den Valgusbereich des Fusses oder beide gegeben wird und einer Abdeckung aus Tuch oder dgl. Material, das an seiner Oberseite befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche des Kunststoffmaterials eine Vielzahl von Vertiefungen (18, 18a, 18b) aufweist, in deren jeder ein Einsatz (19, 19a, 19b) einpaßbar ist, derart, daß der Benützer die Einlegesohle an die besonderen Bedürfnisse seines oder ihres Fußes anpassen kann, wobei ein Einsatz aus jeder Vertiefung fortgelassen wird, die der Lage eines empfindlichen Punktes auf dem Fuß des Benützers entspricht.
2. Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Einsatz (19, 19a, 19b) aus einem federnden Kunststoffmaterial mit einer Adhäsivstoffunterseite, um ihn in seiner Vertiefung zu halten, versehen ist.
3. Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Einsatz (19, 19a, 19b) über eine obere Abdeckung (22) entsprechend der der Einlegesohle verfügt.
4. Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Ferse eine Erhöhung oder Ausbuchtung vorgesehen ist.
5. Einlegesohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder mehr Vertiefungen vor dem Metatarsalbereich vorgesehen sind.
6. Einlegesohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine einzige längliche Vertiefung (18b) vor dem Metatarsalbereich (14) vorgesehen ist.
