Abstract
Description
An spruches 1.The present invention relates to a sole for a sports shoe according to the preamble of the An saying 1.
With such soles, it is known to increase the flexibility of the sole in the front sole area parallel grooves to be provided. These transverse grooves are usually perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the sole.
The object of the present invention is to be achieved become a sole of the type mentioned above form that the natural rolling motion of the foot over the inner ball or over the big toe area is not hindered if possible.
This task is characterized by the in the characterizing part of the claim 1 specified features solved.
With the present invention it is possible because of the greater flexibility of the sole in the inner ball area a better rolling off with such a sole provided shoe over the inner ball or over the Big toe ball area is possible. This ensures a biomechanically favorable sequence of movements, whereby at the same time a pronation of the foot in harmful Extent is counteracted.
Es zeigen:Further advantageous details of the invention are specified in the subclaims and are given below based on an Aus illustrated in the drawing management example described in more detail. Show it:

1 with a sole, for example the outsole of a sports shoe, in particular a soccer shoe, is characterized. This has three outer gripping elements 6.1 , 6.2 , 6.3 in the front sole area 2 on the outer edge zone 3 between the outer ball area 4 and the small toe area 5 , preferably in the form of detachable studs or cams integrated with the sole. These gripping elements 6.1 , 6.2 , 6.3 have the same or approximately the same distance from one another. Furthermore, an inner gripping element 6.4 and 6.5 are attached to the inner edge zone 7 of the sole 1 in the big toe ball area 8 and in the big toe or big toe joint area 9 .
According to the invention, the sole 1 is formed in the intermediate area 10 between the two inner gripping elements 6.4 and 6.5 in such a way that it has greater flexibility here than in the area of the outer edge zone 3 . In addition, the flexibility decreases towards the outer edge 11 , preferably continuously. In principle, this can be achieved by a different thickness of the sole 1 . In the embodiment shown in FIGS . 1 and 2, this is achieved by Ver deepening transverse to the longitudinal axis 12 of the sole in the form of bending grooves 13.1 to 13.6 ( Fig. 2), which begin in the intermediate region 10 near the edge of the sole 1 and towards the outer edge 11 , preferably fan-like, diverge. They therefore extend into the entire surface 14 between the outer gripping elements 6.1 , 6.2 , 6.3 and the inner gripping elements 6.4 and 6.5 , the flexibility of the sole 1 becoming ever greater inwards. The bending grooves 13.1 to 13.6 can also be provided on a stiffening plate 15 covering the intermediate region 10 and the surface 14 , which is firmly connected to the sole 1 . One of the stiffening plate 15 is indicated by the dashed line 16.
At least one bending groove 13.1 extends from the intermediate area 10 to the space 17 between the front and middle outer gripping elements 6.1 and 6.2 and at least one rear bending groove 13.6 runs to the space 18 between the middle and rear outer gripping elements 6.2 and 6.3 . The foremost bending groove 13.1 runs upwards and outwards to the normal N on the longitudinal axis 12 of the sole by an angle α between 0 ° and 15 °, in particular between 3 ° and 8 °, and the rearmost bending groove 13.6 runs to the normal N by an angle β between 6 ° and 25 °, especially between 10 ° and 20 °, downwards and outwards. The ge formed by the bending grooves 13.1 to 13.6 thus includes an angle a + β between 6 ° and 40 °, in particular between 15 ° and 30 °.
The front outer gripping element 6.1 and the front inner gripping element 6.5 are preferably arranged such that their imaginary connecting line 19 corresponds exactly or at least approximately to the inclination of the foremost bending line 13.1 (angle α ). Likewise, the rear outer gripping element 6.3 and the rear inner gripping element 6.4 are advantageously arranged on an imaginary connecting line 20 , the inclination of which corresponds exactly or at least approximately to that of the rearmost bending groove 13.6 (angle β ).
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bending grooves 13.1 to 13.6 can be formed by wave valleys 21 and wave crests 22 of a wave band 23 provided in the outsole 1 instead of the stiffening plate 15 or integrated with this outsole 1 ( FIG. 3). Such wavebands are known per se from EP-PS 00 87 104. According to the invention, however, here the wave trains 21 , 22 run in a fan-like manner towards the outer edge 11 .
This configuration of the sole 1 with a part which is more flexible inside the front sole region 2 ensures a better rolling over the inner ball when running, which counteracts a harmful pronation of the foot.
To support this effect, a reinforcing web 25 extending essentially from the outer ball area 4 to the heel inside 24 can additionally be fastened to the sole 1 , for example integrally formed or glued on. This reinforcing web 25 is used to increase the torsional stability of the sole 1 in the metatarsal region 26 , in particular when using a reinforcing web 25 indicated by the dashed line 27 at the back, which is inclined to the rear. In the reinforcing web 25 , at least the inner gripping element 6.6 and optionally the laterally adjacent gripping element 6.7 is integrated on the outer side 11 of the sole. If there are several gripping elements in the heel area, these can also be integrated with the sole 1 , as shown in the exemplary embodiment with the aid of the gripping elements 6.8 and 6.9 .
In a manner known per se, at least one bending groove 28 or a wavy band 23 can be provided behind the rearmost gripping elements 6.3 and 6.4 of the front sole area 2 . To stiffen the sole 1 in the outer ball area 4 , the middle outer gripping element 6.2 and the rear outer gripping element 6.3 can be connected by a stiffening strap 29 firmly connected to the sole 1 and at least one bending groove 13.6.1 can be on this as a continuation of one in the surface 14 provided bending groove 13.6 be attached. This increases the lateral stability in this sole area in particular. In addition, the transverse stability can be increased by connecting the two rear gripping elements 6.3 and 6.4 to the web 30 .
Optionally, in addition to the bending grooves 13.1 to 13.6 or 13.6.1, one or more further bending grooves 31 can be provided in the sole behind the web 30 or also in front of and / or behind the stiffening plate 14 .
Of course, the type of gripping elements can be designed differently. For example, these can be cams or studs formed on the sole 1 or in stiffening elements, for example in a stiffening plate or in stiffening brackets 29 or webs 30 , or interchangeable spikes or studs can be provided, or inserts made of metal, hard metal or can also be provided in knobs Ceramic molded, a snap or be screwed and / or locked.
Under soles made of hard elastic or spring elastic Material is plastic soles with sufficient hardness degrees, such as those found in soccer shoes have been used for many years. Favorite art fabrics for such soles are hard-set Polyamides, polyimides, polyurethanes, polycarbonates or the like
