Abstract

The invention relates to an insole for shoes, especially a support, designed as a reflex zone insert. By a selective choice of foot reflex zones, only the desired nerve points of the foot are massaged and the blood flow is thus promoted. For this purpose, the insole comprises a breathable, soft, upper fabric support, preferably of a cellulose or linen material, an elastic central reflex zone grid, where possible made of a foamed material or latex, and an elastic non-slipping substrate. The reflex zone grid forms chambers which are selectively filled with healing earth or medicinal herbs. Es kann somit je nach Position der entsprechenden Heilkräutermischung, je nach den Erfordernissen, eine anregende, vitalisierende bzw. eine beruhigende, ausgleichende Wirkung auf die entsprechenden Reflexzonen bzw. Körperorgane erreicht werden. Die obere Sohlenlage ist luftdurchlässig, hautfreundlich und atmungsaktiv, so daß Heilkräuter und Heilerdepartikel mit der Fußsohle in Verbindung kommen können. Die Innensohle, die als intefrierter Bestandteil des Schuhes oder als Einlegesohle ausgebildet ist, ist sehr leicht, hoch flexibel und trägt nicht auf.
