Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sitz-Entbindungsliege gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a seat confinement bed according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei einer bekannten Sitz-Entbindungsliege dieser Art (JP-OS 81 032/1983) läßt sich die Bahre an die Entbindungsliege anschieben. Während des Um bettens der Patientin von der Bahre auf die Liege und umgekehrt muß je doch sorgfältig darauf geachtet werden, daß sich die Bahre gegenüber der Liege nicht unerwünscht verschiebt. Die Fußstützteile der bekannten Liege stehen mit dem Oberschenkelstützteil in starrer Verbindung. Bei ei ner anderen bekannten Sitz-Entbindungsliege (US-PS 33 18 596) ist die Sitzfläche mit einem Rahmen fest verbunden, der auf dem höhenverstell baren Unterteil montiert und mit Längsschlitzen versehen ist, die eine Querwelle zum Abstützen von längsgerichteten, um lotrechte Achsen ver schwenkbaren Tragarmen für die Oberschenkelstützabschnitte verschiebbar aufnehmen. Die Schwenkbewegung der Oberschenkelstützabschnitte um die Querwelle ist mit der Neigungsverstellung der Rückenlehne über ein Ge stänge synchronisiert, so daß bei einer Neigungsverstellung der Rücken lehne zugleich die Neigung der Oberschenkelstützabschnitte geändert wird. Die Neigung der Sitzfläche kann nicht verstellt werden. Es ist ferner eine Sitz-Entbindungsliege mit Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne sowie mit höhenver stellbaren Fußstützteilen bekannt (JP-OS 11 50 960/1982), bei welcher die Rückenlehne ausgehend von einer mit der Sitzfläche ausgerichteten hori zontalen Lage in eine geneigte Lage hochgeschwenkt und in Verbindung damit die Sitzfläche gleichfalls geneigt werden kann. Oberschenkelstütz abschnitte sind nicht vorhanden. Das Verriegelungsgriffteil 91 ist auf den Bolzen 29 aufgeschraubt und kann wahlweise angezogen oder gelöst werden. Schutz platten 35 sind auf beiden Seiten des Verstellelements 93 angebracht, um einem Verschleiß durch Reibung entgegenzuwirken. Entsprechend Fig. 13 sind dabei die mit dem Verstellelement 93 fest verbundene Achse 37 und die mit dem Fußstützteil 8 fest ver bundene Achse 27 in Durchgangsöffnungen 49 und 54 an den gabelförmi gen Enden 47, 48 der Verbindungsstange 96 drehbar eingesetzt. In den Enden 47 und 48 sind Gewindebohrungen 97 und Durchgangsbohrungen 98 senkrecht zu den Achsen 37 und 27 ausgebildet. Durch Betätigen der Hubeinrichtung 2 können die Sitzfläche 3 und die Rückenlehne 4 abgesenkt werden, bis sie etwas tiefer als die Grundplatte 131 lie gen. Die Sitzfläche 3 wird nun durch Betätigen der Hubeinrichtung 2 geringfügig angehoben. Dadurch wer den die nach unten weisenden Bolzen 14 der Verbindungsplatte 132 in die Bolzenöffnungen 32 der Sitzfläche 3 eingeführt; die Verbin dungsplatte 132 ist jetzt mit dem Ausschnitt 31 der Sitzfläche 3 (Fig. 4 und 2) engpassend verbunden. Dann kann sich die Patientin P selbst oder von Helfern unterstützt zu der Rückenlehne 4 und der Sitzfläche 3 bewegen. Dabei sind die schwenkbaren Rollen an der hin teren Seite der Bahre 13 vom Boden geringfügig abgehoben. Die Bahre 13 wird jedoch stabil gehalten, da sie mit der Entbindungsliege 15 in festem Eingriff steht. Nachdem die Patientin P von der Bahre zur Liege gelangt ist, wird die Entbindungsliege 15 geringfügig abge senkt, um die nach unten weisenden Bolzen 14 aus den Bolzenöffnungen 32 herauszuziehen. Nunmehr ist die Bahre 13 von der Entbindungsliege 15 getrennt. Dann bringt man das Oberschenkelstützteil 5 auf der Sitz fläche 3 an und führt die nach unten weisenden Bolzen 6 in die Bolzen öffnungen 32 der Sitzfläche 3 ein, um das Oberschenkelstützteil 5 an der Sitzfläche 3 festzulegen. Zur Vorbereitung der Entbindung legt sich die Patientin mit dem Rücken gegen die Rückenlehne 4 an; ihre Gesäßteile liegen auf der Sitzfläche 3 auf; ihre Oberschenkel kommen auf die Oberschenkelstützabschnitte 53 zu liegen, und ihre Beine stützen sich auf den Fußstützteilen 8 ab. Wenn die Entbindung näher kommt, können die Rückenlehne 4 und das Sitzteil 3 zusammen oder unabhängig auf ge eignete Neigungswinkel eingestellt werden, indem die vorstehend be schriebene Neigungsverstelleinrichtung betätigt wird. Da die Ober schenkelstützabschnitte 53 zusammen mit der Sitzfläche 3 bewegt wer den und ein bestimmter Winkel zwischen denselben aufrechterhalten wird, kann ein gleichbleibender Winkel zwischen den Gesäßteilen und den Oberschenkeln stets eingehalten werden, damit Unbequemlichkeiten und Schmerzen zu vermeiden sind. Ferner können mittels der Verstellein richtung 9 die Fußstützteile 8 unabhängig von der Sitzfläche 3 in vertikaler Richtung bewegt, in horizontaler Richtung gedreht oder vor- und zurückgeneigt werden. Hierdurch werden Unannehmlichkeiten vermieden, die auf unterschiedliche Beinlängen zurückzuführen sind. Im allgemeinen kann die Entbindung in Sitzlage zufriedenstellend erfolgen, wenn die Rückenlehne 4 um etwa 30° geneigt ist und die Sitzfläche 3 nahezu senkrecht zur Rückenlehne 4 steht. Die Winkel lassen sich durch Überwachen der Winkelanzeiger 11 leicht überprü fen. Nach dem Lösen der Bahre 13 kann ein Geburtshelfer vor der Sitzfläche 3 stehen, um notwendige Geburtshilfeeingriffe unmittel bar stirnseitig vor der Entbindungsstelle auszuführen. Der Geburts helfer braucht nicht unbequeme Haltungen einzunehmen. Wenn der Pa tientin P eine intravenöse Injektion verabreicht werden soll, kön nen die Armstützen 12 unabhängig von der Neigung der Rückenlehne 4 unter Verwendung der (nicht gezeigten) Verstellelemente konstant horizontal gehalten werden, so daß die Injektion bequem und stoß frei ausgeführt werden kann. Wenn die Patientin an Anämie leidet oder eine Steißgeburt hat, kann die Rückenlehne 4 in Richtung der Minusseite (unterhalb der Horizontalen) geneigt werden. Wenn die Rückenlehne 4 geneigt wird, neigt sich auch die Sitzfläche 3 in entsprechender Weise. Daher kann der Geburtshelfer jederzeit Not maßnahmen ergreifen. Die in der Tasche 39 unter der Sitzfläche 3 befindliche Schale 40 kann verwendet werden, um ein Neugeborenes und die Fetalanhänge aufzunehmen. Wenn die Patientin P die Griffe 10 hält, kann sie sich während des Pressens bei der Entbindung ge genstützen; sie kann ihre ganze Kraft gleichförmig und natürlich auf den Geburtskanal konzentrieren. Nach Abschluß der Entbindung werden die Sitzfläche 3 und die Rückenlehne 4 in ihre horizontalen Positionen zurückgebracht. Die Oberschenkel werden von den Ober schenkelstützabschnitten 53 genommen und die Füße von den Fußstütz teilen 8. Die Patientin P liegt jetzt mit dem Rücken horizontal auf der Entbindungsliege 15 und kann sich ausruhen. Dann kann man die Bahre 13 mit der Entbindungsliege 15 verbinden (Fig. 4).
