Description
The invention relates to a suction device for body fluids and wound secretion, consisting of a Niedervakuumsaugball with a suction or a depot bag to catch the body fluids and the wound secretion. A focus should be in the context of the invention, the subglottic suction with the suction under a suction control, intermittently with a maximum of 20 mm Hg. The regular monitoring and regulation of the suction should be given. The suction strength should be kept as low as possible by the suction device.
It is a common task in medicine to suck out wound fluids. In particular, in the case of deep, large and, in particular, infected surface wounds, the hitherto customary practice is to place a wound dressing in the wound which does not weave with the tissue. On this wound dressing the physician brings a first layer of gauze, in which then by hand a drainage tube, partially wound several times, is applied and this covered again with a second layer of gauze and then the entire wound site is covered with a plaster. The end of the drainage tube is then subjected to a negative pressure, whereby the wound fluid can be sucked off. In addition to the long time required for laying the above described means time, this approach also requires a considerable skill of the wound care practitioner, because during wound care all separately inserted device components are to be fixed, which often can not be accomplished by one person alone.
In addition, there are a variety of other solutions, which should be listed here only as an example, because they concern more distant technical solutions.
B. in

A vacuum bag with absorbent material placed directly on a wound for the suction of wound secretion is described in a utility model.
Ein Kanisterloses Unterdruck-Wundtherapiesystem mit einer Vakuumpumpe beschreibt Smith & Nephew.A canisterless vacuum wound therapy system with a vacuum pump is described by Smith & Nephew.
The present invention has for its object to provide a gentle, flexible secretion or Wundabsaugung using a Saugballes, a remote from the wound container or vacuum bag that sucks without vacuum pump by means of low vacuum by a manually operated suction ball wound secretion or body fluid.
The essence of the invention is to perform the subglottic aspiration from the subglottic space in an intubated or tracheotomy patient and, if necessary, to flush the subglottic space and the tracheostoma. The suction should be done with a low suction strength. A suckball is with one Equipped with a hose system which regulates the activation and relaxation of the suction ball by the use of hose clamps. A suction hose is connected to a collecting container or vacuum bag. The outgoing from the sump or vacuum bag suction line is connected to the cannula suction, so that above the cannula balloon from the subglottic space secretions can be sucked. The suction ball can be activated manually as needed. A throttle system can regulate the suction strength. Excess secretions are collected in the collection container or in the vacuum bag.
