Description
The invention relates to a very flexible, soft softdrain for the suction of wound exudate from a wound filling, which can be used for various forms of wound treatment, but in particular for the vacuum wound treatment of large and deep wounds for the suction of wound secretions.
It is a common task in medicine to suck out wound fluids. In particular, in the case of deep, large and, in particular, infected surface wounds, the hitherto customary practice is to place a wound dressing in the wound which does not weave with the tissue. On this wound dressing, the physician brings a first layer of gauze, in which then by hand a drainage tube, partially wound several times, is applied and this covered again with a second layer of gauze and then the entire wound site is covered with a plaster. The end of the drainage tube is then subjected to a negative pressure, whereby the wound fluid can be sucked off. In addition to the long time required for laying the above described means time, this approach also requires a considerable skill of the wound care practitioner, because during wound care all separately inserted device components are to be fixed, which often can not be accomplished by one person alone.
B. in
The use of round, perforated drainage hoses in wounds as well as the placement by means of needle are known for many applications. These drains are made of flexible plastics and silicone with perforations and applied.
The present invention has for its object to provide a drainage agent, which without much manual skill by the surgeon accurately to the relevant wound, especially a large deep wound, which u. a. is intended for vacuum wound treatment, is customizable, requires no complicated fixations when laying in the wound area and in particular allows easy sealability in the context of a vacuum wound treatment. At the same time, the device according to the invention is intended to bring about a more effective drainage effect than is possible with drainages known from the prior art. In particular, the proposed device should also enable an improved and more bearable for the patient vacuum wound treatment of large open wounds and ensure a significantly increased comfort without pressure points. An important task of the device according to the invention is to optimally dissipate the wound secretion through a labyrinth and to be very flexible and soft.
The object of the invention is solved by the characterizing features of
The essence of the invention is that a very flexible, soft, flat labyrinth material z. B. is applied with a microperforated film as a flat drain.
Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht des Weiteren darin, dass ein sehr flexibles, weiches, flaches Labyrinthmaterial als mikroperforierte Folie mit labyrinthartigen Wegen mit einem Drainagebereich und wenn erforderlich einem Liegebereich zur Vermeidung von Druckstellen für den Patienten angewendet wird und mittels Redonnadel platzierbar ist oder nur in die Wunde gelegt wirdThe essence of the invention is further that a very flexible, soft, flat labyrinth material is applied as a microperforated film with labyrinthine paths with a drainage area and, if necessary, a lying area to avoid pressure points for the patient and placeable by means of Redonnadel or only in the Wound is laid
B. Abflussschlauch, ausgebildet. The invention is designed so that the first and second layer are spaced apart even under the influence of negative pressure, such that labyrinth-like paths are formed between means applied in a materially cohesive manner on the microperforated film. In a preferred embodiment, the first and second layers, as well as the spacing plane including the spacing means, are at least on a layer having a secretion drainage port, e.g. B. drain hose formed.
One focus of the invention is that the drain cover consists of an antibacterial film and an antibacterial film is embedded between two microperforated films as an intermediate layer and coated with the antibacterial film.
The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to several different embodiments.
