Description
The invention relates to a drainage device as drainage drain with ventilation and injection channel and labyrinth drainage channel for the discharge of wound secretion from wounds and body cavities in a wound treatment by means of vacuum. With the help of the invention, a problem-free wound care and secretion discharge from the wound should be achieved.
The foam body, gauze, etc. used according to this known state of the art are intended to ensure that an adhesive film covering it to the outside is not drawn into the wound when a vacuum is applied, which is an indispensable requirement for this method of wound treatment and, in addition, secretions are extracted can.
The present invention has for its object to provide a drainage agent for performing vacuum wound treatments for the treatment of large and deep surface wounds, which can be quickly and accurately put into the wound by the surgeon without great effort, the patient is not bothersome or painful, by secretion components not clogged, the wound ventilated and activated with an injection.
The object of the invention is solved by the characterizing features of
The essence of the invention is that, while simultaneously employing otherwise conventional and known means for performing a vacuum wound treatment, such as airtight wound dressings, drainage tubes for wound secretion removal and Vakuumabsaugvorrichtungen, in the present invention, a specially designed drainage means is inserted into the wound, the drainage means from preferred several deposits of labyrinth materials, which are also provided with perforations. The provision of the drainage means according to the invention makes it possible to supply wounds of any size quickly and without great operational skill with the drainage means, whereby an all-sided concern of the drainage means in the wound area and an optimal skin closure ensured by the special design of the proposed drainage means easily become. The prefabricated drainage agent used can be produced inexpensively, since it is designed exclusively for achieving a drainage effect and wound filling. Additional suction within the drainage means omitted, since the suction is done by laid between the drainage means or laid on the drainage means usual separate drainage lines. The latter drainage lines are, as a result of the use of drainage means according to the invention, freely displaceable according to the requirements of optimum suction, which likewise represents a considerable advantage over the prior art drainage lines fixed in position.
The inventive achievement is that a drainage agent as a drain from an air or injection channel and a labyrinth channel for Wundsekretableitung u. a. consists of vacuum. The air duct is sealed with a bacteria filter. The air aerates the wound by installing a choke in the air duct at a desired time, so that a sucking rhythm of secretion from the wound is given. The labyrinth channel is preferably equipped with a flow mat or bubble wrap inside, so that no influence on the secretion suction can occur. Due to the flat, elastic material application is easy placement in the wound filling material, such. As gauze or foam, possible.
Used as an insert drainer, covered with a wound film, a vacuum bath can be used, which allows easy and uncomplicated use. The air injection channel can be used for ventilation of the wound or during injection for the necessary moisture of the wound. The inventive achievement is defined in the main claim. Additional claims are part of the invention.
The invention will be explained below with reference to exemplary embodiments.
