Radfahrer-Helm (H) mit wenigstens einer integrierten Lichtquelle (Q), dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (Q) wenigstens ein im Bereich des vorderen Hei­ mendes (3) angeordnetes Fahr- oder/und Lese- bzw.
