Description

The present invention describes a heating system for Vehicles, especially those with open or open Person cell to be moved, which for warm air heating is fed via channels.

Such heating systems in motor vehicles are either regulated on the air side, d. H. the heating temperature is over the amount of air over an uncontrolled heat build-up shear is guided, controlled, or water-side regulated, d. H. Air constantly flows through the heat rope shear, its temperature over the amount of hot water is regulated. The warm air supply is general via ventilation ducts in the area of the cockpit Cladding has outlet openings and flaps. The function of such a heating system is in a closed cockpit quite satisfactory there here the flow conditions free of external Influences are. However, the situation is different open vehicles, such as convertibles, but also open ones Motor boat or light aircraft cockpits. With such The headwind becomes cockpits through the windshield deflected upwards and the airflow above the Vehicle accelerated strongly. There the tears very fast flowing air in the transition area the comparatively little moving air below cockpits with a certain amount of air, which creates a vacuum inside the vehicle. This negative pressure causes in the rear area of the vehicle a partial reversal of the flow, which is then in the area of the seats and also between the seats to the front runs (backflow) This does not in itself unwanted backflow that is part of the convertible  Driving sensation leads to a cool draft in the Head-neck-shoulder area, which not only in low outside temperatures for hypothermia and Can cause health damage.

Eine gezielte Erwärmung des gefährdeten Nacken- und Schulterbereichs findet nicht statt.DE 39 25 809 A1 describes an additional ventilation system for Cabriolets described, which by feeding additional Licher air volumes in the cockpit area of the to counteract unpleasant perceived drafts. This is primarily about replacing one behind the backrests of the front seats Wind shield through fluidic measures thought. A targeted warming of the endangered There is no neck and shoulder area.

The object of the present invention is therefore a To create a heating system that the hypothermia of the Head, neck and shoulder area when driving with open vehicles while avoiding annoying drafts effectively prevented without the absolutely desired Prevent convertible breeze.

Es handelt sich vielmehr um eine lufttechni sche Variante einer bereits bekannten elektrischen Sitzheizung mit im Sitzflächen- und Rückenlehnenbereich angeordneten elektrischen Heizdrähten.DE 34 23 657 A1 describes an air conditioning system for a vehicle seat with closed vehicles, at which backrest and seat of a vehicle seat are air flowed; but this is not a targeted one Warm air supply in the head, neck and shoulder area reached. Rather, it is an air technology cal variant of an already known electrical Seat heating with in the seat and backrest area arranged electrical heating wires.

The object of the invention is characterized by the features of claim 1 solved.

There are air jets in the area of the backrests Flow around the head, neck and shoulder area with Warm air provided. The spatial achieved thereby limited warm air flow, which up to the two The outside of the shoulder and the upper arms is enough essential for the well-being of vehicle occupants. The the backflow that makes up the convertible feeling remains continue to receive without a health hazard end hypothermia, such as in winter or occurs on cold days. The control the warm air and the temperature are invented according to air flaps, hot water regulation valves tile or blower levels.

An advantageous development of the present Invention provides that one or more to the top Edge area of the seats leading air ducts inside or arranged in the rear area of the backrest to supply the air nozzles with warm air. For example, the frame tubes of the backrest be designed as air channels, which is only one appropriate connection piece required. But also additional ventilation ducts on the back the backrest or on a separate carrier behind the backrest are attached are suitable. Here can, for example, the separate air ducts Be made of plastic.

According to the invention it is also provided that Heating system with the vehicle's warm air system connected is. This is particularly useful for Vehicles with a mid-engine because the engine or its heat exchanger almost immediately behind the seat back  only separated by a sheet metal wall, and thus a simple, relatively short warm air supply tion is possible.

The heating system can also be used as a separate heater separate heat exchanger and blower can be provided. This is particularly useful for vehicles with front or rear engine, since here the paths of the air flow are relatively long and the heat losses up to Sitting are relatively large. Also, in this Case strong blowers necessary, so that a good one There is flow from the air jets. In principle the system is also applicable to air heaters, such as they are used, for example, in air-cooled engines come. The heat exchanger is a sheet metal form that surrounds the hot exhaust pipes and the cold ones Air warms as it passes.

An expedient embodiment provides that electrical heating wires, which are additionally attached can, at least in some of the air channels are seen. This can, especially when there is insufficient Heating by the heat exchanger to an additional Heat the air flow of the air nozzles. Of there are also relatively short warm-up times are independent of the engine temperature.

It also sees an advantageous embodiment before that the air vents integrated into the backrest are. This is particularly the case with bucket seats Sports car advantageous because the headrest is directly here is integrated into the backrest and thus the end the backrest over the head area in the bucket seat seated person ends. The nozzles are in the head  Neck area arranged and with one or more Air channels connected.

Another advantageous embodiment provides that the air nozzles on a nozzle holder between the backrest and headrest are arranged. This is separate headrests adjustable in height and angle advantageous because the nozzle holder simply between the Holding rod of the headrest is arranged. The Warm air is generated through one or more air channels introduced into the nozzle holder via a nozzle and from there to the respective nozzles. This System is also ideal for Retrofitting conventional convertible heating systems.

Finally, see another advantageous embodiment tion form that between air nozzles and air channels and / or between air channels and the upstream Heating system bellows are provided. This is supposed to the adjustability of the seat remains guaranteed, without the warm air supply via the pipe system interrupt. The bellows is preferably made of rubber produced.
