Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for washing commercial, textiles, in particular rented items, according to the preamble of Claim 1 and a device according to the preamble of claim 18 to carry it out.
In the Federal Republic of Germany, approx. 700,000 workwear items corresponding to approx. 280,000 kg are washed by textile rental companies alone. Such textiles are used by hospital or canteen kitchen staff, as well as craftsmen and are naturally subject to heavy soiling. In order to achieve laundry that is gentle on the textiles and that meets the necessary hygienic standards and is still economical, such heavily loaded textiles are washed in a cyclical washing process. The water consumption per kg of laundry is 12 to 14 liters with the process set extremely favorably. Approximately 3,640,000 l or 3,640 m 3 of fresh water are required for this area every day. In addition to the high water consumption, it should be noted that the textiles are subjected to a high level of stress when they are washed, which means that they wear out heavily. The pollution in the wastewater must also be considered. The permissible wastewater load in the FRG is limited by the administrative regulation, Appendix 55 (temperature, pH value, COD, loads, etc.). This means that many washing facilities require preliminary clarifications to meet the criteria in Annex 55 . Nevertheless, in addition to the partially unknown stain substances, used washing, disinfecting and bleaching agents also reach the public sewage treatment plant with the wastewater. This mode of operation not only means increased environmental pollution, it is also not very economical in terms of water consumption and energy requirements.
According to the prior art (Workshop of the Laundry Research Institute Krefeld. Notes 55 and the consequences, Krefeld 17 05 2001) can be applied different methods for purifying waste water from laundries, for example. B. aerobic and anaerobic biological treatment, precipitation, flocculation, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, and evaporation. Combinations of these methods are also possible. However, it is common to all these processes that they have to be placed at the end of the washing process (end of pipe) and practically represent a preliminary stage of the sewage treatment plant. The smaller the amount of wastewater to be treated, the lower the effort for wastewater treatment. This goes hand in hand with the requirement to keep the water consumption during the washing process as low as possible.
DE 38 21 406 C2 describes a cycle washing process for laundry companies known, which the time of storing the laundry in the laundry uses a mechanical cold-wet treatment of the laundry, which is done before entering the main car wash, so that the actual main wash cycle can be carried out in a manner known per se. This measure not only reduces water consumption and the Waste water production, as well as the use of detergent, it also reduces the Energy consumption because less fresh water needs to be heated. nevertheless becomes a considerable one in a washing cycle according to DE 38 21 406 C2 Amount of fresh water needed.
DE 200 14 280 U1 describes a device for distilling Dirty water of a commercial car wash known in which under skilful utilization of the waste heat generated by the energy requirement Evaporation of dirty water can be reduced to a minimum.
The distillate is returned to the washing process.
From DE 44 13 213 A1 a continuous washing system is known in which the clear wash area and water drained from the rinse area cleaned, cooled and fed to the prewash area. The one while cooling The energy released is reused to partially dry the laundry.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is a method and a device for washing commercial, textile laundry with still to create lower water and energy requirements.
A washing process with the Features of claim 1 and a device with the features of Claim 18 proposed. Advantageous further developments are the respective subclaims.
A method trained according to this technical teaching and one related device have the advantage that a distillation optimal cleaning of the dirty water takes place and above all that due to the reuse of the distillate in the washing process firstly resulting waste water is reduced by this amount and secondly accordingly little fresh water has to be purchased.
Through the skilful use of those released during distillation Thermal energy becomes the energy requirement of the washing process lowered.
If one looks at the washing device in its entirety, it can be seen that that all waste water is treated again by distillation, so that there is no waste water. Only when drying the Laundry is removed from the water system, so class Fresh water requirement is less than 0.5 l per kg of laundry. By using the Condensation energy in the washing process is the process according to the invention or the device according to the invention is energy-neutral compared to methods and state-of-the-art systems. This gives the big advantage that without additional energy, a distillation of the dirty water can be carried out, resulting in a significant cost reduction Wastewater and fresh water leads. Only the distillation sludge has to to be disposed of, but because of the comparatively small amount does not result in high costs.
The use of steam to dry the laundry has a high level Saving external energy as a result, because the steam is over 100 ° C here is used effectively.
Destillat verbleiben. Due to the two-stage condensation of the dirty water, a high Recovery rate reached without leaving unwanted residue in the steam or distillate remain.
Another advantage is that by returning the rinse water this and the detergents remaining in it are used several times that a significant saving of fresh water and a significant Saving detergents is achieved.
Yet another advantage is that the return water used already has a higher temperature than the fresh water, so that energy is saved to heat the water.
Yet another advantage is that return water is at least already is partially softened and / or acidified, so that appropriate additives can be at least partially dispensed with and so that the textile fibers by protecting soft return water. The latter leads to one increased service life of rental textiles.
In a preferred embodiment, the hot air dryer becomes continuous operated. It has proven to be advantageous to use the hot air dryer in the To operate countercurrent process. This allows the distillation waste heat from 105 ° C to 120 ° C can be used to wash the laundry to dry at least predominantly. On the one hand, this has the advantage that Existing heat can be exploited, reducing energy costs lowers and on the other hand the advantage that the laundry is not as in the state of Technology needs to be heated to 170 ° C to 180 ° C. The latter leads to a much gentler treatment of the textile fibers and thus too a longer lifespan of the rental textiles.
Another advantage of the invention is that in a prewash line Laundry with return water at 30 ° C to 35 ° C from one Main car wash as well as with detergents, for soaking and Discharge dirt through multiple chambers and then in a main car wash in several, also using the cycle method working chambers that carry out a reloading at the same time Wash return water from the rinse zone. The return water is in the first chamber of the main car wash by blowing steam onto one Temperature from 85 ° C to 90 ° C and the water from the first 4 Chambers of the main car wash are after treatment by evaporation with the help of a jet compressor, partly liquid and together with Fresh water is fed into the rinse zone of the main car wash, in order to To complete the washing process and on the other hand the return water for the first 4 chambers of the main car wash and for the first chamber of the Prewash line to form. By blowing steam into the first chamber of the Main car wash, the return water is heated, while a pre-dryer for the mechanically dewatered laundry is operated with superheated steam.
The design of the device according to the invention provides that for Soaking the laundry a pre-wash line consisting of five Chambers that enable a transhipment with the same clock is used a main car wash consisting of ten chambers (similar in function like that of the pre-wash), where the first chamber is on the steam side is connected to an evaporation tank during 3 of the first 4 chambers stand on the discharge side with a collector pipe through which the used washing water for preheating and evaporation and that 2 of the last 4 chambers of the main car wash on the discharge side with 2 Containers are connected with built-in sieves, which are connected by lines with them installed pumps to the first chamber of the pre-wash line and to 4 further chambers of the main car wash for the purpose of supply with Return water are connected. In a further embodiment of the The device according to the invention provides that the last chamber of the Main car wash on the wash goods side via a centrifuge for mechanical Drainage is associated with a pre-dryer, its rotating, with air heated drum consists of a perforated tube through which the Items to be washed over several compartments connected by passages is directed in counterflow to air, which is in a above the drum arranged, steam-heated heat exchanger is heated, the Steam line is connected to an evaporation tank.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in Fig. 1 and is explained in more detail below. It shows a flow diagram of the method according to the invention and the functioning of the device according to the invention.
The laundry item ml, together with the return water m2, enters the first chamber 1 of the pre-washing line VWS, which consists of the chambers 1 to 5 , which are rotatably arranged on 4 roller bearings. Detergents and washing aids are added to the chamber 1 , and a swivel angle of up to 270 ° is generated by rotating the chambers 1 to 5 back and forth. The swivel angle can be changed by frequency-controlled drive both in the number of degrees and in the frequency of right and left turns, according to the laundry. This creates an optimal cold-wet mechanism within a cycle time of 4 minutes. When the cycle time has elapsed, the first chamber 1 of the VWW prewashing line rotates through 360 ° in the swivel angle and thus transports the laundry with the return water m2 into the second chamber 2 of the VWS prewashing line. At the same time, the first chamber 1 of the pre-washing line VWS is loaded with the next item of laundry and the next return water m2. As a result of these repeated processes, i.e. five cycles, the item first loaded arrives from the chamber 1 into the chamber 5 and is flushed into the first chamber 6 of the main car wash HWS together with the return water m2 at the end of the cycle. Even if the VWS prewashing facility runs in time during the cycle time with a smaller swivel angle and less change of the swivel angle, at the end of the cycle it adjusts itself to the speed for the reloading process that the main wash facility HWS performs. That is, if an item from chamber 5 is available for reloading into the main car wash HWS after the end of the cycle, the pre-wash car VWS generates a swivel angle of 360 ° at the same time as a swivel angle of the main car wash HWS by 360 °.
In the first chamber 6 of the main car wash HWS, after the reloading process from the car wash VWS, the return water m2 flushed into the car wash VWS for cold-wet mechanics is drained into the collecting pipe SR as dirty water m10. The return pre-rinse water m 4 is then added to the first chamber 6 of the main car wash HWS and after reaching the selected fleet level, the steam m34 is blown in through a perforated plate in order to reach a temperature of approx. 85 ° C. At the same time, detergents and washing aids can be added here. During the cycle time of 4 minutes, a good washing effect is achieved by swiveling the main car wash HWS with a swivel angle of 270 °. At the end of the cycle time, the main car wash HWS makes a circular rotation of 360 ° and thus transports the item from the first chamber 6 into the second chamber 7 with the now hot wash liquor and return pre-rinse water m4. In the second chamber 7 of the main car wash HWS, the laundry item is now treated for 4 minutes without heating at a swivel angle of 270 °. At the end of the cycle, there is again a 360 ° rotation in one direction of rotation in order to transport the laundry item into the third chamber 8 of the main car wash HWS. Right at the beginning of the cycle, part of the return pre-rinse water m4 in the chamber 8 of the main car wash HWS is drained into the collecting pipe SR as dirty water m11 and the fleet level is raised again to the appropriate level by supplying return pre-wash water m5. At the end of the cycle, the same procedure is carried out with reloading into the fourth chamber 9 of the main car wash HWS, where a bath change also takes place at the beginning of the cycle and the used waste water flows as m12 into the collecting pipe SR and the bath level is supplemented with return pre-rinse water m6. After the addition of m6, bleaching agents are added in the fourth chamber 9 of the main car wash HWS and at the end by 360 ° rotation in one direction the laundry items with liquor are transported into the fifth chamber 10 of the main car wash HWS. After a further 4 minutes into the sixth chamber 11 and after a further 4 minutes also into the seventh chamber 12 . At the beginning of the cycle, the fleet level is lowered in the chamber 12 , the water released being fed as return pre-rinse water m14 through a sieve into the container B1. By introducing return rinsing water m7 into the chamber 13 , the fleet level is balanced again, the level in both chambers being increased equally in the cycle time by the perforated chamber partition between the chambers 13 and 12 . At the same time, the pre-rinsing process of the laundry takes place in the chamber 12 during the dwell time. In the same way, the laundry now reaches the chamber 13 at the end of the cycle and is again subjected to more intensive pre-rinsing here by adding return m7 rinsing water. At the end of the cycle, reloading into chamber 14 takes place , where a final rinsing process with fresh clear water m8 takes place. Before the end of the cycle, the bath level is lowered and the final rinsing water m15, which flows out in this way, enters the tank B2 via a sieve surface. At the end of the cycle, the laundry is then transported with a low bath level into the chamber 15 , in which the liquor and the laundry are acidified, which is then at the end of the cycle in a skin-friendly range between pH 5.5 and pH 6.
Then, at the end of the cycle, the items of laundry are transferred to the centrifuge Z by reloading the liquor, which carries out the dewatering of the items of laundry at the same cycle and returns the centrifuged water as m16 back to the container B2. All drained water from the chamber 11 to the centrifuge are practically pre-rinse, rinse or centrifuge water and reach the containers B1 and B2 via sieve surfaces, where the lint is retained. From the tank B1, the pumps P1, P2 and P3 supply the chambers 6 , 8 , 9 of the main car wash HWS, while from the tank B2 the pump 4 , the chamber 1 of the car wash VWS supplies m2 and the pump PS the chamber 13 with pre-rinse water m7 loaded.
Due to the multiple use of return water is an extreme effective and economical water consumption behavior achieved during washing.
Wasser/trockenes Waschgut Wasser/ml):
- - Zugeführte Ströme
m2/m1 = 3,4 l/kg; m4/m1 = 2,0 l/kg; m5/ml = 1,0 l/kg;
m6/m1 = 1,0 l/kg; m7/m1 = 7,6 l/kg; m8/ml = 5,0 l/kg - - Abgeführte Ströme
m10/m1 = 3 l/kg; m11/m1 = 1 l/kg; m12/m1 = 1 l/kg;
m14/m1 = 4 l/kg; m15/ml = 5 l/kg; - - anhängendes Wasser in m9/m1 = 6 k/kg.
- - supplied streams
m2 / m1 = 3.4 l / kg; m4 / m1 = 2.0 l / kg; m5 / ml = 1.0 l / kg;
m6 / m1 = 1.0 l / kg; m7 / m1 = 7.6 l / kg; m8 / ml = 5.0 l / kg - - discharged currents
m10 / m1 = 3 l / kg; m11 / m1 = 1 l / kg; m12 / m1 = 1 l / kg;
m14 / m1 = 4 l / kg; m15 / ml = 5 l / kg; - - attached water in m9 / m1 = 6 k / kg.
Water recycling alone results in a very low water requirement m8 / m1 = 5.0 l.
The mechanically dewatered laundry m17 gets into the pre-dryer trained hot air dryer VT, which essentially consists of the drum T, the air preheater W4 as well as channels for air passage and lines for the There is heating medium guidance. The drum T is rotatably arranged and has Passages for the passage of the laundry. It is preferably made from one perforated tube. Through the holes provided on the circumference warm air is led in a cross-countercurrent to the laundry, in order to Reduce the moisture contained in the laundry by drying. The Drum inclination is set so that the laundry due to its own weight can be transported in the opposite direction to the air flow. As a result, the hot air dryer can be operated continuously.
The air m18 flows across the heating bundle of the air preheater W4 and heats up here, comes gradually with the laundry in the chambers of the Drum and touches the moisture contained in the laundry partially on. At the entrance of the mechanically dewatered laundry item m17 the moist air m18 leaves the pre-dryer. The partially dried Laundry ware m20 is washed in a so-called tunnel finisher (main dryer) further processed and dried. By drying 50% of the Detached water can be removed.
The wastewater accumulating in the HWS main car wash is processed for water recovery in a treatment plant designed as a distillation plant. For this purpose, the used washing water m10, m11 and m12 from the chambers 6 , 8 and 9 of the main car wash HWS are combined in a collecting pipe SR to the water flow m13, which is pumped through the plate heat exchanger W1 for heating via the pump P6. After heating, the water flow m13 mixes with a circulation flow m21 and forms the water flow m22 to be heated, which is conveyed through the plate heat exchanger W2 with the circulation pump P7, heats up and partially evaporates. After heating and partial evaporation, m22 enters the evaporation tank B3 and is separated into the steam stream 24 and the first concentrate m23 by separation. The first concentrate m23 is mixed with another circulation flow m29 after the pressure has been reduced (e.g. by a throttle valve) and forms the concentrated water flow m30, which is conveyed by the circulation pump P8 through the plate heat exchanger W3 and partially evaporates. After entering the evaporation tank B4, m30 gives the vapor m33 and the second concentrate m30. The latter is dewatered in a chamber filter press F1. This creates a small amount of residual water m31 and the solid mass m32, which mainly consists of contaminants. m31 and m32 are disposed of in suitable ways.
The steam m33 from B4 is divided into the partial flows m34 and m35. m34 is blown into chamber 6 of the HWS main car wash and is used to heat the return water m4. In the air preheater W4, m35 emits heat to the air m18 and condenses in the process. The condensate is conveyed by pump P12 into the distillate collecting container B5. The heat of the steam from the water treatment is thus fully utilized.
To achieve a low energy requirement, the steam m24 from the evaporation tank B3 is divided into the steam flows m25 and m26, m25 being used to heat m30 in the heat exchanger W3. Here m25 condenses and arrives as condensate by pump P9 in the distillate collection container B5. The steam flow m26 is sucked in by the jet compressor St, mixed or compressed with the motive steam m27 and fed as heat steam m28 to the heat exchanger W2. There m28 gives off heat to m22 for partial evaporation and condenses in the process. The condensate is collected in the distillate collection container B5. From this, a partial flow m36 is brought to a higher pressure with the aid of the high pressure pump P10 and conveyed into the motive steam generator D1, which is heated with the heating steam from the steam network m40. In the vertical tubes of D1, the introduced partial flow m36 evaporates by supplying heat and forms the motive steam m27 for operating the jet compressor St. The other partial flow m37, which is practically free of contamination, is transferred to the incoming water flow m13 in the plate heat exchanger W1 in the storage container B6 after heat has been released collected as a distillate and returned to the washing process. The fresh water m38 is added to cover the water loss. The resulting water m39 is passed through the activated carbon filter F2 by means of the pump P11 in order to obtain the fresh clear water m8, which flows into the chamber 14 of the main washing line HWS.
- - Der Wasserverbrauch wird auf weniger 0,5 l pro kg Waschgut reduziert (gegenüber dem Stand der Technik von 13 l/kg);
- - Der Energiebedarf für die Haupttrocknung (Tunnelfinisher) wird um mehr als die Hälfte reduziert;
- - The water consumption is reduced to less than 0.5 l per kg of laundry (compared to the prior art of 13 l / kg);
- - Distilled water is available as fresh clear water, which requires less detergent for the washing process. The effort for the desalination of the fresh water is eliminated.
- - The energy requirement for the main drying (tunnel finisher) is reduced by more than half;
- - The main drying can be carried out at lower temperatures; This protects the laundry.
