Description

Diese Veränderungen stellen sich meist als Verkalkung, sogenannte Atherosklerose dar. Bislang werden bei fortgeschrittenen Gefäßobliterationen u. a. risikoreiche Methoden wie Bypass-Operation und Ballonierung mit Stenteinlage durchgeführt. Die bekannten Ballonkatheter ( US 2007/0073329 A1 , US 5797935 A und US 6989025 B2 ) sind durch eine Erweiterung der Gefäßeinengungen mittels Ballonisierung und Einlage von Stents und ähnlichem gekennzeichnet. Hierbei werden die Stenosen durch Erweiterung und Offenhaltung behoben.Blood vessels are supplying tubes that change due to various illnesses, smoking and malnutrition. Nach der Fixierung der erkrankten Gefäßwand G wird die Konstruktion weiter geschoben und der Ballon A vor dem erkranktem Bereich mit Kochsalz aufgepumpt und die Stäbe C und D dehnen das Gefäß aus und lösen Stück für Stück den Plaque von der Gefäßwand. Die Konstruktion wird nach jedem Schritt weitergeschoben. Am Ende ist die Verkalkung durch Stäbe umgegriffen und kann entfernt werden.
