Abstract
Description
Batterieexperten hoffen diesen
enthalten. Dies würde bei einer Lebensdauer der Batterie
von 100.000 km derzeit 0,80 $/km Batteriekosten zuzüglich Stromkosten
und Leasinggebühren bedeuten, was wohl niemand bezahlen
will.
In
Im Stand der Technik ist bislang kein praktikabler Weg für die breite Einführung eines Verkehrssystems auf der Basis von Elektrofahrzeugen beschrieben, die gleichermaßen energieeffizient wie kostengünstig sind.in the Prior art is not yet a viable option for the broad introduction of a transport system based described by electric vehicles that are equally energy efficient how inexpensive are.
The invention is therefore to overcome these difficulties and a sustainable, highly efficient and economically favorable one To develop transport systems that generated the use of renewable energy Electricity optimally and on the road utilizes practical way.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen:
B. Sinuswechselrichter (DC/AC).
- 1. use of electric vehicles of a special design whose batteries can be easily and quickly replaced,
- 2. use of battery charging stations (AT), which allow the batteries to be removed from the vehicles, stored and charged with energy from the Stronetz (SN),
- 3. Use of the vehicles taken and charged or at least partially charged batteries for the return of energy into the network by means of DC / AC converter, z. B. Sine Wave Inverter (DC / AC).
- 1. Extremely lightweight construction with a predominance of light metals, fiber composites and plastics,
- 2. low-rolling-resistance tires with a gas pressure above 4 bar and a relatively small width,
- 3. significantly reduced top speed and engine power compared to today's average car,
- 4. body structure oriented toward the close proximity of the batteries and their easy exchange (no conversion design).
Da
B. in
A further improvement of this invention provides to equip the battery charging stations (AT) with a battery capacity and condition meter, or to read a battery status detection device connected to the batteries and batteries whose capacity has become too low to be used in the vehicle again be used only for the recovery of energy. You get a kind of "second life" be before they finally have to be disposed of. It is advantageous to remove these batteries from the battery near the vehicle and in a constant envelope and insert it into a separate warehouse. It can, for. B. for reasons of space, be useful to set up this camp not on the site of Akkutankstelle (AT), but at a different location, and to transport the appropriate batteries there. Then it will also be convenient to collect batteries from different battery charging stations (AT) there. In this variant of the invention, the DC-AC converter is no longer or at least not alone at the battery charging station (AT) but in a central regenerative magazine.
Further is provided, always a part of the batteries from the return feed to be fully loaded in the next vehicles can be. The ones inherited from the vehicles, largely empty batteries are first pre-charged, z. B. to 75% of the rated capacity, before going to the grid feed be used. For this purpose, an energy management system (EMS) is used, that informs about the state of charge of the individual batteries is and this with information on the expected short-term vehicle numbers and the expected electricity situation is supplied.
It It is also proposed that the battery charging stations (AT) to a powerful Power grid (SN), z. B. medium voltage network with 10 kV, to connect.
Around to provide the widest possible range of vehicles, It is suggested that the batteries be standardized and relative small battery units (BE), z. B. 48 V 40 Ah, split, the relatively easy to handle in terms of weight and dimensions are and in series or parallel to larger Modules of different voltage and capacity in each Vehicle can be easily combined. Out For reasons of thermal management of cells in the vehicle and within the battery magazines and around the vehicles not unnecessary It is also intended to make the battery units (BE) To perform relatively flat by looking at the height to no more than about 1/2 of the largest side length measured. A battery unit (BE) with the above characteristics and integrated Battery Management System (BMS) would have been used with LiFePo4 cells and sufficient cooling air channels Dimensions of approx. L × W × H = 0.40 m × 0.35 m × 0.18 m, which corresponds to a volume of 25 liters.
(
Further it is proposed to use so-called lithium power cells the high discharge currents of over 5 C up to now Max. 10 C tolerate, since the compensation of the current fluctuations high performances requires, but also because this battery type charged particularly quickly can be. This in turn reduces the number of batteries in the respective Akkutankstelle (AT), for the reasons mentioned above can not participate in the feedback, what to an overall higher specific recovery power leads.
After all It is proposed that the resulting during battery charging and discharging Waste heat in batteries, chargers, DC and Inverters by means of heat exchangers for heating purposes or to use for domestic water heating.
Vorteile
ganze Reihe erheblicher Vorteile erzielt:
Die Kombination von
hocheffizienten Elektrofahrzeugen einerseits und regenerativ erzeugter
Energie andererseits erlaubt einen Effizienzsprung gegenüber dem
heutigen System um mindestens den Faktor 3 bis 5. Der Energiebedarf
der individuellen Mobilität wird erheblich gesenkt, die
wertvollen und knappen regenerativen Energiequellen also effektiv
genutzt und die CO2-Emission drastisch reduziert.Advantages of the Invention: Compared with the prior art, a number of significant advantages are achieved:
The combination of highly efficient electric vehicles on the one hand and renewable energy on the other hand allows a leap in efficiency over the current system by at least a factor of 3 to 5. The energy requirement of individual mobility is significantly reduced, the valuable and scarce renewable energy sources used effectively and the CO2 emission drastically reduced.
Of the Energy transfer via battery charging stations, which also for the stream buffering can be used does not provide just a practical and time-saving system for everyone, but reduces the cost of the entire system by double use of the Batteries and by the size degression of electrotechnical Equipment costs. Such a system also allows the vehicles without buying the battery, which significantly lowers the acquisition costs.
In contrast to the vehicle-to-grid system, it can provide significant power at any time and follow the actual power requirements far better. For example, a refueling station with 1000 kWh can achieve a regenerative power of over 5000 kW for regenerating available battery capacity. Already 200 gas stations can deliver the power of one gigawatt of power plants. For comparison, in Germany there are currently about 7 GW of regulated power installed in pumped storage power plants. The additional storage capacity required by increased use of regenerative energy sources can be readily covered in a nationwide deployment of this transport system. Another great advantage is the simple integration of the battery charging stations (AT) in the emergency power supply of communities and Cities, because the system is available around the clock and only relatively few units have to be controlled for energy recovery. Even with large-scale network collapses this emergency operation is possible for at least a few hours.
Of the lateral replacement of the batteries located under the driver's seats allows at ground level and therefore cost-effective Battery magazines and Wechselvor directions. Expensive underground systems are not necessary. The division of the batteries into relatively small, standardized units gives a very flexible and system applicable to many vehicle types. This also offers the advantage that not every vehicle manufacturer has its own battery system has to develop, so that again very significant cost savings be surrendered. Of course it remains possible and depending on the circumstances makes sense, the vehicle batteries to charge the domestic outlet to find their way to the gas station to save. Also a private feedback can for make sense to a certain group of people. For the most But people will the Akkutankstelle, z. B. also at shopping centers or in parking lots of large companies, be the more comfortable and usually only possible way. Because of the great cost advantages and the wide applicability This sustainable transport system can be implemented comparatively quickly which is a decisive advantage over the others is discussed solutions.
B. BtL, reservieren sollte. The here developed electric transport system supplemented in Ideally, it will certainly continue to be powered by combustion engines in the future Car, bus and truck long-distance traffic, for which the renewable, but only limited available biofuels, z. B. BtL, should reserve.
