Description
The The invention relates to a drainage means for carrying out from vacuum surgeries, which is a trouble-free supply large open wounds.
Wunde anzufertigen, zumal solche Wunden in möglichst kurzer

The Foam body used according to this known state of the art, Mull etc. are supposed to make sure they're going after you outside covering adhesive film when applying a vacuum not n the wound is drawn in, which is an indispensable requirement to this method of wound treatment is.
Vorliegender Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Drainagemittel zur Durchführung von Vakuumwundbehandlungen für die Behandlung großer und tiefer Oberflächenwunden anzugeben, dass sich vom Operateur ohne großen Aufwand schnell und passgenau in die Wunde einbringen lässt und vom Patienten nicht als störend oder schmerzhaft empfunden wird.present Invention is based on the object, a drainage means for performing of vacuum wound treatment for the treatment of large and specify deep surface wounds that are different from the surgeon quickly and accurately in the wound without much effort and not disturbing the patient or felt painful.
The The object of the invention is characterized by the characterizing features of Patent claim 1 solved. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the subordinate claims.
The essence of the invention is that, while simultaneously employing otherwise conventional and known means for performing a vacuum wound treatment, such as airtight wound dressings, drainage tubes for wound secretion removal and Vakuumabsaugvorrichtungen, in the present invention, a specially designed drainage means is inserted into the wound, the drainage means from preferred a plurality of prefabricated bags, which are closed on all sides, whose outer envelope is provided with a multiplicity of inlet openings (perforations) and the bag is filled with at least one third but not more than two thirds of its maximum receiving volume with a particle-like filling material. The provision of the drainage means according to the invention makes it possible to supply wounds of any size quickly and without great operational skill with the drainage means, whereby an all-sided concern of the drainage means in the wound area and an optimal skin closure is easily ensured by the special design of the proposed drainage means. The prefabricated drainage agent used can be produced inexpensively, since it is used exclusively for achieving a Drainage effect and the wound filling is designed. Additional suction within the drainage means omitted, since the suction is done by laid between the drainage means or laid on the drainage means usual separate drainage lines. The latter drainage lines are, as a result of the use of drainage means according to the invention, freely displaceable according to the requirements of optimum suction, which likewise represents a considerable advantage over the prior art drainage lines fixed in position.
Es zeigen:The Invention will be described below with reference to embodiments be explained in more detail. Show it:
