Claims (1)

Eine mögliche Ausführungsform: Teilweise doppelwandige Umhülle in Fußform zur Aufnahme des diabetischen Fußes. Füßling in Strumpfform. Dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß: 1. Die äußere Hülle flüssigdicht sein kann – Atmungsaktivität muß nicht ausgeschlossen sein. 2. die Hülle zum offenen Ende einen dichtenden einstellbaren Abschluß hat 3. z. B Klettband und Dichtsaum 4. innerhalb der Hülle doppelwandig anliegend zum Vorrat von Wirkstoffen zur – Reinigung und Therapie – befüllbare Polster und Taschen angebracht sind. 5. Die Innenseite teilweise durch Aufbringung von entsprechenden rauhen Oberflächen so gestaltet ist, daß eine erwünschte Abrasion von Haut möglich wird durch Einwirkung von außen. 6. Die Polster und Taschen in ihrer Stärke und Konsistenz sich dafür eignen, den Inhalt durch Druckeinwirkung von außen in den Innenraum der Hülle auf das Therapiefeld zu entlassen oder 7. mit in der Tasche befindlichen befüllten Folien wie z. B. Saugeinlagen Flüssigkeit aus der Umhüllung zu binden und dem Innenraum zu entziehen. 8. eine unerwünschte Situation vermieden wird wie z. B. eine „feuchte Kammer" durch geeignete baktericid und fungicid wirkende Stoffe im Anwendungsbereich in geeigneter Reihenfolge. 9. durch entsprechende Auswahl der Einlagen und dampfdurchlässige Umhüllung klinische Kautelen berücksichtigt sind. 10. die zum Gebrauch eingesetzten zu aktivierende Wirkstoffpolster in ihrer Reihenfolge durch farbliche Codierung gekennzeichnet werden und die Anwendung dadurch simplifiziert wird. 11. innerhalb der Hülle reagierende Farbindikatoren den sachgerechten Gebrauch darstellen. 12. die verwendeten Materialien körperverträglich sind 13. angemessen umweltverträglich hergestellt und entsorgt werden können und 14. hygienisch angewendet werden können 15. durch geeignete Maßnahmen im der Verwendung entsprechenden Zeitraum vor Zerfall bewahrt werden können 16. von außen eine Kontrolle der Wirkung und Verteilung beobachtet und der angewendeten Substanzen überwacht werden kann.A possible embodiment: Partial double-walled sheath in foot form for receiving the diabetic foot.
