System
(10) zur Stimulierung der Heilung von Gewebe, welches umfasst:
ein poröses Kissen (11);
einen luftdichten Verband (13);
ein Mittel zum Verbinden eines distalen Endes (16b) einer Leitung (16) durch den Verband (13);
einen Kanister (18), der mit einem proximalen Ende (16a) der Leitung (16) lösbar verbunden ist;
Mittel (14) zum Beaufschlagen eines Unterdrucks an eine Wundstelle;
einen ersten Filter (20), der zwischen dem Kanister (18) und dem Mittel (14) zum Beaufschlagen von Unterdruck positioniert ist;
einen zweiten Filter (22), der zwischen dem ersten Filter (20) und dem Mittel (14) zum Beaufschlagen von Unterdruck positioniert ist; und
ein Mittel zum Variieren des Unterdrucks über ein Zeitintervall, umfassend Mittel zum Einstellen von Ist-Druck, um einen variierenden Zieldruck zu treffen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der variierende Zieldruck zwischen einem Zielmaximum- und einem Zielminimumdruck oszilliert.

einen Kanister (18), der mit einem proximalen Ende (16a) der Leitung (16) lösbar verbunden ist;
Mittel (14) zum Beaufschlagen eines Unterdrucks an eine Wundstelle;
einen ersten Filter (20), der zwischen dem Kanister (18) und dem Mittel (14) zum Beaufschlagen von Unterdruck positioniert ist;
einen zweiten Filter (22), der zwischen dem ersten Filter (20) und dem Mittel (14) zum Beaufschlagen von Unterdruck positioniert ist; und
ein Mittel zum Variieren des Unterdrucks über ein Zeitintervall, umfassend Mittel zum Einstellen von Ist-Druck, um einen variierenden Zieldruck zu treffen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der variierende Zieldruck zwischen einem Zielmaximum- und einem Zielminimumdruck oszilliert.
Claims (7)
- System (
10 ) zur Stimulierung der Heilung von Gewebe, welches umfasst: ein poröses Kissen (11 ); einen luftdichten Verband (13 ); ein Mittel zum Verbinden eines distalen Endes (16b ) einer Leitung (16 ) durch den Verband (13 ); einen Kanister (18 ), der mit einem proximalen Ende (16a ) der Leitung (16 ) lösbar verbunden ist; Mittel (14 ) zum Beaufschlagen eines Unterdrucks an eine Wundstelle; einen ersten Filter (20 ), der zwischen dem Kanister (18 ) und dem Mittel (14 ) zum Beaufschlagen von Unterdruck positioniert ist; einen zweiten Filter (22 ), der zwischen dem ersten Filter (20 ) und dem Mittel (14 ) zum Beaufschlagen von Unterdruck positioniert ist; und ein Mittel zum Variieren des Unterdrucks über ein Zeitintervall, umfassend Mittel zum Einstellen von Ist-Druck, um einen variierenden Zieldruck zu treffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der variierende Zieldruck zwischen einem Zielmaximum- und einem Zielminimumdruck oszilliert. - System (
10 ) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Mittel (14 ) zum Beaufschlagen von Unterdruck eine elektrische Pumpe (14 ) und eine Energieversorgungsquelle umfasst, um die elektrische Pumpe (14 ) mit Energie zu versorgen, und wobei das System ein Mittel (44 ) zum Führen der Energieversorgungsquelle einschließt. - System (
10 ) nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Mittel (44 ) zum Führen der Energieversorgungsquelle Mittel umfasst, um zu verhindern, dass elektrische Energie einen elektrischen Motor (50 ) der Pumpe (14 ) erreicht, bis ausreichend Energie erzeugt worden ist, um den Motor (50 ) zu aktivieren. - System (
10 ) nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, wobei die Energieversorgung für die elektrische Pumpe (14 ) eine tragbare Energieeinheit umfasst. - System (
10 ) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elektrische Pumpe (14 ) eine oszillierende Pumpe ist und ein Mittel zum Maximieren einer Pumpenflussgeschwindigkeit über einen vorgegebenen Druckbereich aufweist. - System (
10 ) nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Mittel zum Maximieren der Pumpenflussgeschwindigkeit ein Mittel (80 ) zum Variieren einer Antriebsfrequenz einer Antriebsschaltung, die die oszillierende Pumpe (14 ) antreibt, umfasst. - System (
10 ) nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Mittel (80 ) zum Variieren der Antriebsfrequenz umfasst: einen Drucksensor (82 ) zum Messen von Druck über die Pumpe (14 ); ein Steuersystem (84 ) zum Bestimmen einer optimalen Antriebsfrequenz für die Pumpe in Bezug auf einen Druck, der durch den Drucksensor (82 ) detektiert wird; und die variable Frequenzantriebsschaltung (86 ) zum Antreiben der Pumpe.
