Abstract

Description

本发明涉及用于各种液体以及例如油漆的具有液体载体的各种悬浮液的分配系统。下文将把这样的各种液体以及悬浮液共同地称为各种液体。
油漆厂商不断地面临向其用户们供应许多不同色彩的油漆而且其色彩实际上往往比厂商所能储备的还要多的问题。这个问题尤其是对车辆表面的整修特别突出,也即对车辆的重新喷漆例如对车辆的应急修理供应油漆特别突出。其难点在于各车辆制造厂商们要供应许多不同色彩和各种不同的难以捉摸的色调的车辆。甚至对某一已知的式样、型号和色彩来说可在各种个别车辆的实际色彩之间产生多种差异,这是因为在制造中使用了各种调制批量不同的油漆。此外各商业运输工作人员经常希望将他们的车辆按他们自己的特色而重新喷漆。结果,就使各种使用的油漆色彩的种数大量扩大而竟可高达30,000种之多。
各油漆厂商们利用一种掺合的方法来成功地提供所要求的大量色彩。他们可以生产出许多通常包含一种单一颜料、、但也可包含一种较大成份的颜料和另一种足以产生该标准色彩的、较少成份的颜料的基本色彩或标准色彩。为了掺合出成千上万种其它色彩,一个典型的标准范围将包含从20至50种能被掺合而产生千百种其它色彩的基本色彩。因此,取决于表面修理者或表面修理油漆供应商所希望供应的油漆色彩种数的具体范围,他们只需储备从20到50种色彩的油漆就足够了。
为了与他修理的车辆色彩相协调,他必须很仔细地和很准确对照由油漆厂商所供应的配方或混合方案混合这些油漆。该混合方案将提出各基本色彩的比例以便使其必须混合得恰好与各别的式样、型号和色彩变化的所修车辆相协调。
重要的是要使各基本色彩的输送保持在一种很稳定的条件上。并且它们务必要从一开始就比照某一配方准确地分配。
在提供一种用于掺合油漆的理想分配系统中具有某些所希望的目标,它们是:
(1)准确地掺合;
(2)没有各种维护问题的有效操作;
(3)自动操作;
(4)低成本。
在各种自动分配系统中通常需要具有某种防止颜料沉淀的油漆再循环方式。
在目前销售的各种分配系统中有若干缺点,其中之一是所用的阀门尺寸较大,并且油漆须从该阀门分配流入所需的大约2.5公升或1公吨的容器。其使用若干笨重的阀门的结果是不可能把它们放在一个具有任何实际尺寸的容器上了。这样就会遇到一个要把油漆分配导入该容器的、立即要解决的问题。有两个显而易见的解决办法。一个办法是每当需要进行一次分配时,就移动该容器,以便使该容器的中心位于被用于该次专门分配的阀门的下面。显然这是不方便而可能易于出错的。特别是在重量可达1公吨以上的容器的情况下特不方便。另一个办法是将这些阀门移到总是使该正要分配的阀门位于该容器中心的上方。至少有两种已知方法来完成这项任务。在一种方法中,该机构具有一个其上装有各阀门的巨大的新月形托架,并且该托架按一个大圆弧而绕转,以便使每个阀门位于容器上方。因为各阀门绕转这样一个大的弧长(若干米),所以导向阀门的管子必须是可弯曲的。不仅如此,而且由于管子的长度随装配托架旋转而变化,则就必须要有某些其它调整管子长度的装置,而该装置本身又涉及另一种带有各软管的补偿机构。如果一个系统在这些可弯曲的管子内拥有再循环,则将会使引入的复杂程度大到以致必须省去再循环的需要。
本发明的目的要提供一种具有再循环的自动分配系统,并且其各分配阀门是属于这样一种设计以使它们可被做得足够地小,以便在小到1公升的目标容器上把那些典型所需数量的、用于掺合各基本色彩的阀门集装在一起而不须移动该容器。
根据本发明,一种液体分配系统包括有:为使液体从一个容器来回循环的通路;用于对液体加压使其环绕所述通路的装置;一种可控制使液体从该循环通路转向到某一分配喷嘴的第一阀门装置以及一种使该转向的液体所经过的第二阀门装置,该第二阀间装置是被偏压到某一关闭的位置的,并且是可用该液体的压力来打开以使该液体可经它而流到该喷嘴的。
在将本发明运用某一油漆掺合系统的过程中,对每种基本色彩将备有一个这样的分配系统。
该第一和第二阀门装置并不需要设置在互相邻接的位置上,而是可由输送液体的管线使其互相连通的。该第二阀门装置可被设计成相当细小的阀门而并不必须装载笨重的推动装置。因此就可将相当多的阀门排列靠近在一起以便将油漆输送入目标容器中。
在将本发明运用于某一油漆掺合系统的过程中,最有益的是把许多第二阀门的装置体装成一个群体以形成一个各喷嘴导向一锥体顶点的倒置锥体状。最理想的是把在某一加油站处的目标容器安装成可使该锥体顶点位于该锥体的轴线上而又在该容器内。
现将通过应用于某一油漆掺合系统的实施例并参考附图而对本发明作进一步描述,在这些附图中:
图1示出本发明的一个分配系统的原理图;
图2示出本系统分配机构的总体布置的中央剖面;
图3示出本系统所用的分配阀门的纵向剖面。该阀是按其关闭位置而示明的;
图4示出在开放位置的分配阀门的片断剖面图;
图5按大于图2的放大比例而示出许多在目标容器上方集合成锥形状的分配阀门正面图以及;
图6示出许多分配阀门的平面图。
图1示出用于一种单一色彩油漆的基本分配系统,它包括有一个再循环回路1,环绕该回路油漆在泵2的压力下从贮箱3循环到贮箱3。在该回路1中设置有一个三向控制阀4,该阀4可有选择地操纵以使油漆从回路1转入支线5而转向到分配阀门6,然后从那里再转向进入容器7(图2和5)。
更具体地参考图2,分配机构本身包括有一个内箱8,在内箱8内部设有一用于使油漆容器7支撑在加油站上的支座9。在另一个实施例中,该支座9可由一输送带所取代,当一个容器在加油站处时,该输送带就按时停住,以充许对容器加入油漆。支座9的上端组成一个用于秤出由阀门6加入到容器7中的油漆重量的秤重标度10。一个外箱12包围住内箱8,而其内设置有与由该机构所准备分配的基本色彩最大数目相对应数量的一连串三向阀门4。每个阀门4各自拥有一个相应的气压推动器13。一个相应的分支管线5从每个阀门4通往一个对应的分配阀门6。
每个阀门6属于一种细长管状结构,其下端带有一个喷嘴,通过该喷嘴而使油漆喷入到容器7中。从观察图2、5和6中可看到各阀门6都被排成一个倒置锥体形状,各喷嘴14导向该锥体的顶点,该顶点位于容器7内而又在垂直中心轴15上。在这个特定的实施例中有37个分配阀门6。为了使各阀门6排列成锥体形状,将它们装入被支撑在内箱8的顶上的公用座块16的相应孔中。在图5和6中示出了两个标号为7a和7b的、不同尺寸的容器所将具有的相对于各喷嘴14的位置。
在图3和4中可最佳地看到所述各分配阀门的结构。一个阀杆18可在一个外部细长管状阀体19中滑动,并被弹簧20偏压到某一关闭的位置,在此位置上,在阀杆18下端锥形阀门部件22被推进而与锥座23相啮合于喷嘴14处以关闭输出喷口24。阀杆18有一个其下端终结于横向孔26和27内的阀杆18的中孔25。中孔25的上端形成一个向阀门6输入液体的入口,并与各输送管线5中之一相连通。于是,当相关连的三向阀门4一被开通,则油漆就沿着输送管线5而流动,经过中孔25,并从横向孔26和27中出来而进入在阀杆18和阀体19下部之间的阀体19内的环形空间28中。
所述阀杆18,在其两端的中间设有一个在阀体19上部内紧密滑动配合的活塞结构29。活塞外部有二个O型环以提供液密密封,从而防止油漆通过活塞向上漏出。当其相关控制阀门4开通时则该加压的油漆流首先灌满环形空间28,然后再作用于活塞29的下表面上,以使其克服偏压弹簧而向上移动,并从而相应地使阀杆向上移动以使阀门部件22移离阀座23而将阀门开足到图4中所示的位置,于是油漆就流过喷口24而进入容器7中。向阀门6供应的加压油漆一且由于输送管线5由于阀门4的操纵关闭而停止,阀门6就瞬即在弹簧弹力控制下关闭。
当已将预定重量的油漆送出时,最好能将该秤重标度用接口与控制气压推动器13的计算机接通,以关断向该容器供应油漆。因此,通过将各种改进的程序写入该计算机软件,就可将它们结合到该分配系统中去。
虽然在该特定的实施例中有37个分配阀门;但在某些程度上,这个数目是任意选定的,只是从图6的平面图中所示的几何图案产生的,其中一个阀门是在中间,6个在下一个圆圈中,18个在再下一个圆圈中等等以此数推。各阀门并不一定要具有同一尺寸,尽管这本来是方便的事。对某一特定的应用来说,可以是一种或两种以上的阀门是较大的尺寸。例如,中心的那个阀门可以比其它更大、并且惯常是用来供应白色油漆的,因为它一般需要得较多。
如前所述,这些阀门6是装在一个机加工块16中的。像所描述的各分配阀门的特殊结构和排列的优点是可用自动加工程序来制造,因而是简单用突然的行动就可插入该座块而用一个夹子就可和其夹紧的低成本零件。这在使用中是一种很重要的特点,因为任何维修问题都可通过更换某一阀门来很快地处理而不用对它修理。
看来,市场上大批用于油漆掺合装置的阀门一直是受到用于大多数小客车的汽车提升阀门的结构所影响的。在这种阀门中,为了使阀门打开,所述阀杆或凸件是移离到阀体外面的。这在汽车引擎结构中是一个优点,因为在打开阀门时,该种形状可帮助气体和燃油加添量环绕该汽缸而散布。当这种阀门用于分配油漆时,它有一个肯定的缺点,由于该油漆被导引成一种能够引起过度泼溅的发散的射流方式。同样,如果该阀门并不是绝对同心地打开的话,则我们就会得到一种优先从该阀门的一侧射出的射流。这不是一个无关轻重的问题,并且确实是有若干在市场上出现这种现象本身而又引起相当麻烦的事例的。
用于分配油漆的控制面积就是喷口的面积。为使射流范围最大,需用一种收缩的、即锥体形的喷嘴;因而其推动部件,即阀门部件必须向着锥体的宽大部分而向阀体内移动。给定这两个因素后,如果该阀门是在4中所示的位置时,则其结构就仔细地调节以便在锥形阀门部件22和靠近阀杆的阀体19之间的环形面积32等于喷口24的面积。因此该结构的特点是通过对各面积进行非常仔细装配以便不致使该阀门的某些部分大于其实际所需尺寸以便和该阀门的其它各部分相协调而获得最小的总面积。
对各分配阀门6的锥体形布局来,有若干有利的原因。一个是如果要把许多喷嘴合并在一起在其端部而作成为可能小的总面积,则那些喷嘴就自然要趋向于组成锥体形。第二个要做锥体形布局的道理在于要引导油漆射向目标容器的中心而不是简单地让油漆在该容器的边缘附近时垂直向下地降落。第三,而且最终可能是最重要的道理在于该锥体形布局使把阀门的较大部件装到较大直径的节圆上成为可能。因此如果需要将比较笨重的弹簧或推动器装到该阀门上,则可使它们固定在具有较多空位的、并且利用这种空位并不损害装载一个小的容器的能力的、与该阀门的喷嘴相对的一端上。
在该特定的实施例中所示出的各阀门是属于简单的锥体形的,并且都是射向图6中所的x和y轴的交点上的。关于这点,可能会有这样一种变化形式,即当希望将各该锥体形的角复合成为可通过把各阀门排成一个不过是射向某个偏离该目标容器中心点而改进旋流的时(当在平面中看时)的变化形式。
为了使许多油漆射流射向该目标容器,由于所有的分配阀门都是出现于该目标容器上的,所以没有必要去移动各阀门或目标容器。这就表现出一种比当前市场上其它机器优越得多的优点。由于流出速率与该容器的尺寸有关,所以完全可以按比例加大其结构以做到,如果该容器原是1公吨大小而不是1公升大小的话,则各阀门的直径将会更大,但其排列方仍然相同只是加大了比例而已。
在以上所描述的系统中,各阀门6都可通过使阀门杆18固定而允许阀体作相对于该阀杆的向下移动。另一种是可选用使阀体固定而允许阀杆移动的方式。
上面所描述的系统的一个显著特点是那些分配阀门完全不需用机械推动。这些阀门都被设计成可通过油漆的液压来推动的方式。因此在该阀门中的活动部件很小,因而很少出错。由于它很简单,所以制造成本很低。
上述系统的一个特有特点是当该阀门关闭时不可能泄漏。在大多数现有的商用阀门中,在阀门关闭后,其压力仍然加在阀门上,因而只要在阀座表面中有任何细小的不完善处就会引起泄漏。但在本发明中,其关闭机构仅是一种降压式的。换言之,当到达分配完结时,该被推动的三向阀门就被控制从而油漆流回到贮箱中的位置,通向该阀门的管线中的压力就降低,于是该阀门就关闭。此后就很少发生引起阀泄漏情况了。由于没有压力被传送经过被推动的三向阀门,因此回到贮箱的管路一直是不费力的;同时由于分配阀门中弹簧产生相当大的关闭力,此时没有施加任何力来克服该弹簧弹力。事实上,在这种特殊设计下,即在该阀门不需操作时、该阀门上游的压力就被移去的情况下,就出现一种情况,即使该阀门的阀座被不规则的油漆颗粒或其它外界物体稍微破坏时,该阀门仍是不可能泄漏的。
本设计的分配阀门的另外一个特点是:当阀门关闭时,该阀门拥有尽可能最小的、一定的油漆固化表面面积。其次,当该阀门关闭时,它设法使不同于其它阀门的油漆残滴排出,在那里各阀门的关闭过程会趋向于使油漆泼溅到该阀门的阀体上去。如果允许油漆集聚在该阀门的底面上,则它能终于造成钟乳石状,终究它是个麻烦东西,这是因为它能导致污染。为限制污染的最实际的方法首先是防止油漆被粘附在那里,然后限制表面的面积以便在油漆确实粘附在那里时油漆残滴很小而重量最轻。

Claims (9)

1、一种液体分配系统,它包括有一个用于使液体流出和流到某一容器的循环通路,用于对该液体加压以使之环绕所述通路而循环的装置,一个使该液体从该循环通路转向某一分配喷嘴的第一可控阀门装置,其特征在于:设有一种由已经转向的液流所流过的第二阀门装置,所述第二阀门装置是偏压在某一关闭位置上以阻止被转向的液流、并且是可被该液体的液压打开以容许使该转向的液体经过所述第二阀门装置而流到所述喷嘴的。
2、按照权利要求1的液体分配系统,其特征在于:所述第二阀门装置包括有一根一端具有所述喷嘴的外部细长管体。

4、按照权利要求3的液体分配系统,其特征在于:当该第二阀门装置充分打开时,在阀门部件和阀体间的环形断面面积基本上等于该喷嘴的喷口断面面积。
5、按照权利要求3或4的液体分配系统,其特征在于:所述第二阀门装置有一根阀杆,该阀杆在一端装有所述阀门部件,在所述阀门两端的中间部位装有一个活塞结构,并且该活塞结构是可在所述阀体内滑动的,所述阀杆有一个从其远离该阀门部件的一端伸展着的孔,该端组成一个用于转向的液体的液体入口,所述孔是在该活塞结构和阀门部件之间的部位上开通进入该阀体的内部空间的,从而使被转向的、在压力下经过所述孔而输入到所述阀体内部的液体,顶着所述偏压张力而使该活塞结构移动,因而使该阀杆移离所述阀座。
6、一种多种液体分配系统,其特征在于:它包括有许多按照权项2至5中任一权项的液体分配系统,许多所述第二阀门装置是排成一个带有许多被设置得可使许多喷口都能将液体喷入同一容器而不须移动该容器的群体。
7、按照权利要求6的多种液体分配系统,其特征在于,所述第二阀门组是形成锥形体,而其喷口都对着锥形体顶端。
8、按照权利要求7的多种液体分配系统,其特征在于:其中锥形体的顶点位于容器的垂直中心线上、而又在加油站的容器内。
9、按照权利要求6至8中任一权项的多种液体分配系统,其特征在于,其中每个第二阀门装置是装在一个共用的座块上的。
