Abstract

一用于对病人的齿龈进行口部治疗的光辐射设备包括一光辐射器械可附装或拆卸地连接到光导体光缆的光发射端部,通过该光缆传输相当于太阳光中可见光部分到该光辐射器械。该光辐射器械是由一具有对应于齿龈的形状的透光弯曲表面的接口件和大量的埋置在该接口件中的光纤组成的。该大量光纤是以这样的方式构成的使得其端部是被放置在整个透光弯曲表面上从而对齿龈区及其另一侧端部可被连接到光导体光缆的光发射端部。

Description

本发明涉及用于口部治疗齿龈疾病的光辐射器械。将消除了通常包含在太阳光中有害的光线部分的光线有效地照射到病人的齿龈以进行口部治疗。
近年来,有很多人患上诸如关节炎、神经痛和风湿病,或由于损伤瘢痕或骨折伤痕所致的疼痛,或某种难于确定的疾病等各种不治的疾病。另外,所有的人都不能避免他们的皮肤不发生老化症状。因为这种过程是一种缓慢进行的过程。另一方面,本申请人过去提出通过利用透镜之类物体而将太阳光或人造光进行聚焦,以将该光导入光导体中,并通过该光导体将该同一太阳光或人造光传输到任意所需的地方。以这样的方式透射的光被用于照明,或例如培育植物、小球藻之类等的其它目的应用中,在这个方法中,已发现不包含紫外光和红外光的可见光有促进身体健康的作用,从而改进人们的健康防止人体皮肤老化作用,另外,那些可见光对于患有关节炎、神经痛、褥疮、风湿病、火烧伤痕、皮肤病、损伤瘢痕、骨折伤痕之类的病人有协助康复的效果,并对那些疾病所造成的疼痛有止痛的作用。
在上述发现的基础上,本申请人曾提出过各种用于医疗用途上的能辐射出相当于太阳光中不包含有害的紫外光和红外光的可见光部分的那一种光的辐射设备,该设备也可用于促进一般健康和美容处理。
本申请人早先曾提出过的用于医疗用途上的太阳光辐射装置具有一条光导体光缆和一个安装在该光导体光缆的光发射端部的遮光罩部件。太阳光或人造光从光导体光缆的端部被导入光导体光缆中从而传输通过该光缆。相当于太阳光的可见光部分的光线(白色光)以本申请人早先提出的各种方法的一种方式传输通过光导体光缆。该半透明的圆柱形的遮光罩部件是安装在上述光导体光缆的光发射端部一边。
在进行治疗的过程中,将病人安置在治疗椅上,包含着可见光部分的光线通过光导体光缆被传输,并如上所述照射到病人的病患处。被照射到病人的病患处的光即为如上所述的相当于太阳光中不包含紫外光和红外光的可见光部分的那一种光。因此,在对病人进行治疗的过程中可以使病人免受由于紫外光和红外光所引起的任何有害的作用。
然而,前述用于治疗过程的光辐射设备以将光线导向病人的皮肤表面上为其主要应用。在用于治疗脓溢、龈炎、牙槽等疾病而将光线聚焦到齿龈之类的情况下,应用上述传统光辐射设备以在齿龈上进行有效地光照射是不可能的。因而不可能获得很好的效果。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一用于治疗齿龈疾病的光辐射器械。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一有效地在龈上进行光照射的光辐射器械。
本发明的上述特点和其他优点,通过下述联系附图所进行的详细叙述将会明显。
图1为一说明用于治疗的先有技术光辐射设备的实施例的结构图。
图2和图3为说明按照本发明一用于治疗齿龈的光辐射器械的实施例的平面截面图。
图4、图5和6b为说明本发明用于治疗齿龈的光辐射器械的实施例的透视图;具体地说,图6a是示出该光辐射器械的另一个实施例的平面截面图,而图6c为取自沿图6a的Y-Y线上截面图。
图1为说明本申请人早先提出过的用于治疗的太阳光辐射设备的一实施例的结构图。在图1中,1为光导体光缆。太阳光或人造光是从光导体光缆的端部(未示)导入光导体光缆1中并通过该光缆传输。以本申请人早先所提出的各种方法的方式下将相当于太阳光的可见光部分的光线(白色光)传输通过光导体光缆1。在同一图中,2表示一半透明的圆柱形遮光罩部件安装在上述光导体光缆1的光发射端部,而3为一治疗椅。
在治疗期间,将病人安置在治疗椅上,而传输通过光导体光缆1的包含可见光部分的光线如前所述被照射到病人的患疾部位。待照射到病人的患疾部位的光线为相当于如前所述的太阳光中不包含紫外光和红外光的可见光部分的那一种光。因此,在对病人进行治疗的过程中可以使病人免受由于紫外光和红外光所引起的任何有害的作用。
然而,前述用于治疗的光辐射设备以将光线导向病人的皮肤表面上为其主要应用。在用于治疗脓溢、龈炎、牙槽等疾病而将光线聚焦到齿龈之类的情况下,应用上述系统光辐射设备以在齿龈上进行有效地照射是不可能的。因而不可能获得很好的效果。
具体地说,本发明是在考虑到上述情况下提出的,其目的在于提供一用于治疗齿龈疾病、并将光线直接照射到齿龈上的光辐射器械。
图2为显示一按照本发明用于治疗齿龈疾病的光辐射器械的实施例的平面截面图。在图2中,1为一光导体光缆,日光是以前述的方式被传输通过其中,而10为一接口件即用于治疗齿龈、并与光导体光缆共同使用的光辐射器械。被放置在面对齿龈的接口件10的表面10A是弯曲的以与齿龈配合,而大量的光纤12被埋置在接口件10中。
那些光纤12的端部12a被安装在接口件10的弯曲表面10A所对应的整个面积上。对应的端部12a相对于弯曲的表面10A以等于90°(或接近于90°)的角投射光线出来,使得投射的光线是均匀的,该光纤12的端部12a是牢固地附装在弯曲的表面10A上,附装可通过模压或用粘合剂粘合。在这种情况下,由于光线投射体的端部表面与弯曲表面10A重合,该光线投射体的端部表面是便于清理,所以在治疗的应用中即易于进行清洁消毒。
光纤12的其它端部12b作为一不可分割的整体连接到光导件光缆1上。因而,在治疗期间前述接口件10是连接到光导体光缆1上,而当接口件10的光线发射表面10A与齿龈接触时,光线可被照射到曝光的齿龈部分。另外,图2中所示的辐射器械是用于在曝光的齿龈部分上照射光线。然而,通过将它翻转而可在下齿龈及上齿龈上使用。
图3为显示一按照本发明用于治疗齿龈疾病的光辐射器械的实施例的平面截面图。在这种情况下其光发射表面10A与图2中所示的光发射表面10A比较起来在方向上是相反的。
图4为显示一用于同时在上齿龈和下齿龈上照射光线的光辐射器械。在这情况下,如表面10A1以光照射齿龈的上外侧时,则表面10A2照射齿龈的下外侧。此外,图4中的15为一咬啮片,而通过把牙齿紧密地闭合在咬啮片15上,则可将用于治疗齿龈的光辐射器械稳固地支撑起来。
图5为显示一用于同时在上和下齿龈的外侧及上和下齿龈的内侧上照射光线的光辐射器械透视图。在这情况下,表面10A1和10A2能分别发射光线到上和下齿龈的外侧上,而表面10B1和10B2则能分别发射光线到上和下齿帐的内侧上。
图6a至6c为显示如在图5的情况中用于同时在所有上和下齿龈的外侧及上和下齿龈的内侧上照射光线的光辐射器械的其它实施例的结构图。图6a为上述同一光辐射器械的平面截面图,图6b为该光辐射器械的透视图,而图6c为取自沿图6a中的Y-Y线的截面图。在这些图中,接口件6的外侧10C为一片状弯曲体用以牢固地固定放置在沿上齿龈成带状的光纤的端部12a1及放置在沿下齿龈成带状的光纤的端部12a2而两带状光纤端部间的间隔对应于于上和下齿龈之间的距离。另一方面,接口件的内侧10D为放置在与接口件的外侧10C成一均匀间隔的内侧的片状弯曲体用以牢固地固定沿各上和下齿龈并以对应于上和下齿龈间的距离为间隔的带带光纤的端部12a1和12a2
前述接口件的外侧10C和内侧10D通过在它的中央部分用一咬啮片15a整体地彼此结合在一起。如图6所示咬啮片15a之长度相当于整个接口件10的部分长度。然而,咬啮片的长度并不限于上述的具体长度。毕竟最好为使咬啮片15能稳固地支撑接口件10而不致使病人产生任何疲劳的症状。此外,从光纤的端部12a1和12a2发射的日光被折成如图6c中所示的箭号P1,P1和箭号P2,P2的方向而各自与齿龈重直。
由前面的叙述中明显可知,按照本发明光线可有效地且简易地被照射到齿龈上以用于进行治疗的目的。

Claims (2)

1、用于对病人的齿龈进行口部治疗的光辐射设备,所述设备包括一光辐射器械,所述器械可附装和拆卸地连接到一光导体光缆的光发射端部,通过所述光缆传输相当于太阳光中的可见光部分到所述光辐射器械,其特征在于:所述光辐射器械是由一具有对应于齿龈的形状的透光弯曲表面的接口件及大量的埋置于所述接口件中的光纤所组成的,而所述大量的光纤是以这样的方式构成,使所述光纤的端部被放置在所述透光弯曲表面的整个面积上以面对齿龈区,而所述光缆的其它一侧的端部是作为一个不可分割的整体与所述光导体光缆的光线发射端部连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的用于对病人的齿龈进行口部治疗的光辐射设备,其特征在于:所述接口件是放置在从外部和内部都面对齿龈的地方,而所述接口件是通过将所述接口件的至少一个部分和其它部分在上齿的咬啮部分和下齿的咬啮部分组合而整体地构成的。
