Abstract

Description
技术领域
本实用新型大体上涉及车辆部件,更具体地,本实用新型涉及具有一个或多个增强激活电磁场的传感器的车辆部件。
背景技术
通常,各种车辆部件都需要开关,例如操作窗户的开关、操作雨刷的开关、操作天窗的开关以及操作收音机的开关。一般来说,这种类型的开关需要被激活以激活装置或使装置失效或执行另一种类型的控制功能。因此,开关本身清楚地指示了产生这种控制信号所需的激活的类型。
发明内容
针对相关技术中存在的一个或多个问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供车辆部件,能够解决在开关操作过程中误激活的问题。
因此,在公开的第一实施方式中,提供一种车辆部件,其包括操作台表面;至少一个电路板,靠近所述操作台表面;以及接近传感器阵列,与所述至少一个电路板电连接。每个所述接近传感器发射电磁场,电磁场结合以形成激活电磁场,其中近似平行于所述操作台表面而延伸的所述激活电磁场的横向方向大于近似垂直于所述操作台表面而延伸的所述激活电磁场的纵向方向。
在另一个公开的实施方式中,提供一种车辆部件,其包括操作台表面;至少一个电路板,靠近所述操作台表面;以及至少一个光源,处于所述至少一个电路板与所述操作台表面之间,其中所述光源将光发射入所述至少一个电路板与所述操作台表面之间,且通过所述操作台表面能够观察到所发射的光。车辆部件还包括电容式传感器的阵列,其与所述至少一个电路板电连接,每个所述接近传感器发射电磁场,电磁场结合以形成激活电磁场,其中近似平行于所述操作台表面而延伸的所述激活电磁场的横向方向大于近似垂直于所述操作台表面而延伸的所述激活电磁场的纵向方向。

具体实施方式
按照需要,在此公开本实用新型的具体实施方式;然而,应该理解所公开的实施方式仅为示例性的,本实用新型还存在不同的和可选的形式。附图不必详细绘出;一些示意图可能被放大或缩小以显示功能概述。因此,在此详细公开的具体结构和功能细节不应理解为是对本实用新型的限定,而仅仅是作为代表性基础,用于指导本领域技术人员以不同的方式实施本实用新型。
参照图3-9,一般来说,车辆部件由附图标记100指示。车辆部件可包括一般由附图标记102指示的操作台表面以及至少一个靠近操作台表面102的电路板104。车辆部件还可包括电连接至电路板104的接近传感器106的阵列。通常,每个接近传感器106可发射电磁场108,电磁场108结合形成一般由附图标记110指示的激活电磁场。近似平行于操作台表面102(例如x轴)延伸的激活电磁场110的横向方向可大于近似垂直于操作台表面102(例如y轴)延伸的激活电磁场110的纵向方向,下文将详细描述。
如图1所示,现有技术的接近开关包括单个接近传感器106′,接近传感器106′发射的电磁场向外延伸足够的纵距,但并不横向延伸足够的距离。在这样的装置中,因为电磁场沿横向距离没有充分地延伸,因此用户很难找到并干扰电磁场以激活开关。可选地,图2所示的现有技术的装置包括较大的接近传感器106″,接近传感器106″发射的电磁场在横向上延伸了足够的距离,但是在纵向上延伸的距离比所需要的大得多。由于在纵向上延伸了不期望的大距离,因此传感器106″很可能被无意地激活。例如,如果接近传感器106″在车辆的顶棚上,则电磁场纵向向下延伸的不期望的距离会进入车辆座舱中,这样当乘客围绕车辆座舱移动时会增加误激活的可能性。另外,这与图1所示的开关相比,通常采用较大的物体来明显地中断电磁场以激活图2所示的开关(例如,可能需要整只手而不是指尖来激活接近开关)。
因此,希望的是激活电磁场110横向延伸跨越激活表面112,但是不会从操作台表面102纵向向外延伸不期望的大距离。如果激活电磁场从操 作台表面沿纵向延伸了不期望的距离,则可能增加误激活的可能性。而且,与没有在纵向上延伸不期望的纵向距离的激活电磁场相比,这种不期望的纵向距离通常会导致需要较大的物体来明显地中断电磁场。
如图3所示,因为每个独立的接近传感器106具有拱形电磁场108,因此激活电磁场110可具有近似矩形的形状。然而,本领域技术人员应当理解,接近传感器106的阵列可为一维阵列或二维阵列,而激活电磁场110可具有三维的形状。任何沿激活电磁场110的任意维度(例如x轴、y轴和/或z轴)的平面形状以及距离至少部分地基于并受控于阵列中接近传感器106的间距。
根据一个实施方式,接近传感器106可为电容传感器。因此,每个接近传感器106的电磁场108以及激活电磁场110为电容电场。然而,本领域技术人员应当理解还可使用另外的或可选择类型的接近传感器,例如但是不限于,电感式传感器、光量传感器、温度传感器、电阻式传感器等,或者上述的组合。在2009年4月的 Touch Sensors Design Guide,10620D-AT42-04/09中描述了示例性的接近传感器,其全部内容通过引用并入本文。
通常,操作台表面102限定激活表面112,其中激活电磁场110的横向方向近似等于激活表面112。如图3所示,接近传感器106的阵列中的每个接近传感器都产生分离的电磁场108,但当分离的电磁场结合时则形成激活电磁场110,激活电磁场110沿激活表面112的横向距离充分延伸,同时从操作台表面102纵向向外延伸足够的距离。本领域技术人员应当理解,车辆部件100的其他元件或接近此处的其他车辆元件可能会影响接近传感器106的电磁场108的形状,从而影响激活电磁场110的形状。
根据一个实施方式,阵列中的每个接近传感器106通常不是独立控制的,从而使得激活阵列中的任何接近传感器106都将激活车辆部件100。因此,不考虑首先激活哪个接近传感器106、激活的顺序或者单独的电磁场108的电容变化量,仅是可能确定一个或多个电磁场108中的某些电容变化。在车辆部件100被激活、失效、和/或改变之前可以为电磁场108中的电容变化设置阈值,以减小误激活的可能性。
根据一个实施方式,如图4-6所示,车辆部件100可为隐藏式顶灯,其中操作台表面102是车辆的顶蓬,通常由附图标记113来指示。在该实施方式中,车辆部件100可包括至少一个光源114,其靠近操作台表面102 并被配置以发射穿过操作台表面102的光。光源114可为一个或多个发光二极管(LEDs)。在标题为“CONCEALED INTERIOR LIGHTING FORAUTOMOBILES”的第12/390,495号美国专利申请、标题为“HIDDENLAMP MANUFACTURING PROCESS”的第12/577,294号美国专利申请以及标题为“VEHICLE INTERIOR LIGHT CONFIGURED TO COLORCORRECT AND METHOD THEREOF,”的第12/858,486(非官方)号美国专利申请中描述了示例性的隐藏式顶灯,以上参考的全部内容通过引用并入本文。
在车辆部件100是隐藏式顶灯的实施方式中,电路板104可附接至框架115。通常,这种附接是机械式的附接;然而,本领域技术人员应当理解还可以利用其他适合的附接。框架115可被附接至车顶支承结构126。因此,是隐藏式顶灯的车辆部件100集成在车辆113的车顶中,并被配置以发射光,通过透镜128和操作台表面102可观察到所发射的光。
可选地,如图7和图8所示的示例,车辆部件100可为电容式天窗开关。在该实施方式中,激活接近传感器106可导致天窗116在开启或关闭方向上移动,或者基于控制算法使天窗116停止移动,其中形成阵列的接近传感器106中的至少一部分不是独立控制的。本领域技术人员应当理解还可执行另外的或可选的控制算法。电容式天窗开关还可包括一个或多个光源117,光源117从电路板104背后照明或发射在电路板104与操作台表面102之间的光,从而使得通过操作台表面102可观察到所发射的光。在标题为“VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM WITH PROXIMITY SWITCHAND METHOD THEREOF,”的第12/788,663号美国专利中描述了示例性的电容式天窗开关,其全部内容通过引用并入本文。
根据一个实施方式,车辆部件100可包括多个接近传感器106阵列,其中多个阵列中的每个阵列都是独立控制的。通过示例性且非限定性的方式,车辆部件100可是电容式天窗开关,其中“开启”开关包括第一阵列,“倾斜”开关包括第二阵列,以及“关闭”开关包括第三阵列。因此,第一、第二以及第三阵列可为独立控制的,同时第一、第二以及第三阵列中的每一个独立的接近传感器106不可独立控制。
参照图9,根据一个实施方式,车辆部件100可是灯条开关。灯条开关可用于控制包含在其中的至少一个光源118、一个或多个其他车辆113部件或装置等,或者以上的组合。出于示例性且非限定性的目的,其他车 辆113部件可包括但是不限于气候控制、收音机、其他娱乐系统等,或者上述的组合。
在该实施方式中,光源118可设置在电路板104和操作台表面102之间。光源118可为一个或多个LEDs,其被配置以发射具有不同颜色的光(例如多色的)等,或者上述的组合。光源118将光发射入电路板104与操作台表面102之间的区域120中,其中通过操作台表面102可观察到所发射的光。灯条开关可包括在操作台表面102与电路板104之间的至少部分反射的表面121,从而使至少部分反射的表面121可被配置以反射通过操作台表面102可观察到的光,并且至少部分反射的表面121为不透明的,从而使得通过操作台表面102无法观察到电路板114。

根据一个实施方式,接近传感器106的阵列为N×1的阵列。因此,“1”传感器可在x方向或y方向上,而“N”传感器可为在x方向和y方向上的另一个方向上的任意数量的传感器,从而使阵列可为1×1阵列、2×1阵列、3×1阵列等。可选地,接近传感器106的阵列可为至少2×2的阵列,从而使阵列在x方向和y方向上都具有至少2个传感器。
在所描述的任意实施方式中,车辆部件100可包括和/或通信于一个或多个控制器、存储一个或多个可执行软件程序的一个或多个存储装置、其他适合的硬件电路、其他合适的软件等,或者上述的组合,从而使可通知激活接近传感器106的阵列以执行功能。
有利地,车辆部件100包括接近传感器106的阵列,从而使激活电磁场110沿横向方向充分地延伸以与激活表面112一致,同时不会在纵向方向上延伸不期望的大距离,不期望的大距离可增加误激活的可能性并可导致敏感性的降低。本领域技术人员应当理解,车辆部件100可具有在本文中未明确提出的另外的或可选的优点。而且,本领域技术人员应当理解,以上描述的部件可按照本文没有明确描述的另外的或可选的方式进行组合。
可以理解,在不脱离本实用新型内容的情况下,可对上述的结构进行变更和修改,而且还应该理解,除非权利要求表达了相反的表示,否则这 些内容旨在由权利要求覆盖。
Claims (10)
1.一种车辆部件,其特征是,其包括:
操作台表面;
至少一个电路板,靠近所述操作台表面;以及
接近传感器阵列,与所述至少一个电路板电连接,每个所述接近传感器发射电磁场,电磁场结合以形成激活电磁场,其中近似平行于所述操作台表面而延伸的所述激活电磁场的横向方向大于近似垂直于所述操作台表面而延伸的所述激活电磁场的纵向方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆部件,其特征是,所述接近传感器为电容传感器。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆部件,其特征是,所述操作台表面限定激活表面,其中,所述激活电磁场的所述横向方向近似等于所述激活表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆部件,其特征是,还包括至少一个光源,处于所述至少一个电路板与所述操作台表面之间,所述光源将光发射入所述至少一个电路板与所述操作台表面之间,且通过所述操作台表面能够观察到所发射的光。
5.一种车辆部件,其特征是,包括:

6.一种车辆部件,其特征是,包括:
操作台表面,限定激活表面;
电路板,靠近所述激活表面;以及
电容传感器的阵列,每个所述电容传感器发射电磁场,电磁场结合以 形成激活电磁场,其中,所述激活电磁场的横向方向近似等于所述激活表面,且大于所述激活电磁场的纵向方向。
7.如权利要求6所述的车辆部件,其特征是,所述车辆部件为隐藏式顶灯,其中,所述操作台表面是灯条。
8.如权利要求6所述的车辆部件,其特征是,所述车辆部件是电容式天窗开关。
9.如权利要求6所述的车辆部件,其特征是,所述车辆部件是灯条开关。
10.如权利要求6所述的车辆部件,其特征是,所述激活电磁场的所述横向方向近似平行于所述激活表面延伸,且所述激活电磁场的所述纵向方向近似垂直于所述激活表面延伸。
