Abstract
一种车辆用照明光源的连接器,包括座体、端子及电线,其座体于前端设有嵌接板,嵌接板包括上面与下面,且上面与下面均设有连接槽及嵌合块,每一连接槽包含有平行并列且部份连通的第一凹槽及第二凹槽,且于该连通处形成有挡止部,而挡止部为肩面,嵌合块由内向外端倾斜,端子设有卡掣部,卡掣部由内向外端倾斜,而端子部份嵌入第一凹槽,部份露出第一凹槽,且以卡掣部卡掣于挡止部,电线则连接于端子。

技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种连接器,尤指一种车辆用照明光源的连接器。
背景技术
按,目前市面上贩售的车辆照明灯种类繁多,尤其以发光二极管最受青睐,但发光二极管与传统车灯灯座无法兼容,故必须改良其车灯连接器(接点)。
先前技艺中,连接器是于其座体固设有平直的金属条端子,而座体则与灯座插接,并灯座的端子与座体的端子以局部平面相互搭接。
故,二者的端子常因座体与灯座的制造公差,而在插接时彼此间仍有细微间隙,造成这些端子搭接不确实,进而造成接触不良发生断路现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种车辆用照明光源的连接器,解决座体与灯座因插接接触不良而易发生断路现象的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:一种车辆用照明光源的连接器,包括有座体、端子及电线,座体,于前端设有嵌接板,嵌接板包括上面与下面,且嵌接板的上面与下面均设有连接槽及嵌合块,每一连接槽包含有平行并列且部份连通的第一凹槽及第二凹槽,且于该连通处形成有挡止部,每一嵌合块由内向外端倾斜;端子,嵌入第一凹槽,并设有卡掣部,卡掣部由内向外端倾斜,以卡掣部卡掣于挡止部;
电线,连接于端子。
所述第一凹槽的挡止部及第二凹槽的挡止部均为肩面。
所述端子是部份嵌入第一凹槽,部份露出第一凹槽。
采用上述方案,由于连接器以连接槽的第二凹槽插接灯座的端子,灯座的端子与座体的端子的卡掣部相互紧密连结,因此可降低接触不良而产生的断路现象。

具体实施方式
首先,如图1所示,本实用新型实施例包括座体1及端子2,其于座体1前端设有嵌接板11,嵌接板11包括上面与下面,且上面与下面均设有连接槽12及嵌合块13,每一连接槽12包含有平行并列且部份连通的第一凹槽121及第二凹槽122,且于该连通处形成有挡止部123,而挡止部123为肩面,嵌合块13则由内向外端倾斜,端子2设有卡掣部21,卡掣部21由内向外端倾斜,端子2后接设一电线22,而端子2部份嵌入第一凹槽121,部份露出第一凹槽121,且以卡掣部21卡掣于挡止部123。
在图1中,本实用新型实施例的座体1设有三个端子2(图中仅见一个端子2,下面二个端子2被遮住),每一端子2后接设一电线22,在图2中的另一实施例,是于座体1嵌设四个端子2(图中仅见二个端子2,下面二个端子2被遮住),每一端子2后接设一电线22。二实施例的主体结构完全相同,只是图2的实施例多接一个端子2。其实只接二个端子2也可行,包括只在嵌接板11单一侧面同时嵌接二个端子2,或在嵌接板11二侧面分别嵌接二个端子2。
使用时,如图3所示,座体1以嵌接板11嵌接于灯座3,而嵌合块13与卡掣部21由内向外端倾斜,以利于对应的抵入灯座3及其端子31,并嵌接板11的嵌合块13可倒扣而防止灯座3脱出,座体1的第二凹槽122供给灯座3的端子31插接定位,此时,灯座3的正、负极的端子31受到座体1上第二凹槽122的限制,令端子31必被端子2的卡掣部21抵掣,而与端子2紧密接触且电性连结,从而有效降低接触不良而产生的断路现象,且经由嵌合块13将灯座3紧密嵌合使其不易松动脱落。
Claims (3)
1.一种车辆用照明光源的连接器,其特征在于:包括有:
座体,于前端设有嵌接板,嵌接板包括上面与下面,且嵌接板的上面与下面均设有连接槽及嵌合块,每一连接槽包含有平行并列且部份连通的第一凹槽及第二凹槽,且于该连通处形成有挡止部,每一嵌合块由内向外端倾斜;
端子,嵌入第一凹槽,并设有卡掣部,卡掣部由内向外端倾斜,而以卡掣部卡掣于挡止部;
电线,连接于端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆用照明光源的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一凹槽的挡止部及第二凹槽的挡止部均为肩面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆用照明光源的连接器,其特征在于:所述端子是部份嵌入第一凹槽,部份露出第一凹槽。
