技术领域
本发明总体上涉及用于检测门附近出现的实体的系统,更具体地,涉及包括用于感测物体的天线的系统。
背景技术
存在各种可获得的用于检测门道附近出现的实体(例如人或物)的装置。被称为接近式传感器、光电眼(photoelectric eyes)、运动检测器等的这些检测装置根据包括超声、主动和被动红外辐射检测、电磁辐射检测(包括感测无线电波或感测电容或阻抗的变化)、检测微波中的多普勒频移、以及激光等的各种原理来工作。响应于对附近物体的感测,检测器可以简单地触发光或触发警报,或者该装置可以影响门的操作。
某些接近式传感器包括沿垂直操作的门的前沿(leading edge)创建电磁场的天线。当附近的实体干扰了该场时,该传感器可以触发控制器来停止或逆转门的关闭动作。如果天线随门垂直移动,而控制器和电源静止,那么天线和控制器之间的布线必须使天线能够运动。这可通过在控制器和天线之间使用柔性缠绕电缆来实现。然而,缠绕电缆有其局限性。
例如,许多门具有脱离特征部(breakaway feature),其允许门在其与车辆或其它障碍物之间发生碰撞时,能够临时从其垂直导轨脱离。在碰撞期间,脱离特征部使门退避,从而使门或其导轨不会受到永久性损坏。碰撞之后,很容易使门恢复其正常的操作。虽然缠绕电缆可以具有足够的柔性使门可以开启和关闭,但这种电缆在碰撞期间可能会与门、导轨或车辆缠在一起。
因而,需要一种在具有脱离特征部的门上使用基于天线的接近式传感器的方法。
发明内容
在一些实施例中,具有脱离特征部的垂直平移门包括沿门的前沿布置的天线。天线与固定电源之间的可松脱电连接器使得门可以在其与障碍物之间发生碰撞时,临时从其垂直导轨上脱离。
在一些实施例中,轨道随动部件(track follower)将门板耦合到辅助引导门的垂直运动的两个垂直导轨。门与轨道随动部件之间的可松脱机械连接器使门板能够在碰撞期间脱离。与基于天线的接近式传感器相关联的信号生成器(例如振荡器)由所述轨道随动部件承载。
在一些实施例中,所述可松脱电连接器被并入可松脱机械连接器中。
在一些实施例中,可利用磁体来有选择地松脱所述可松脱机械连接器。
在一些实施例中,所述可松脱电连接器位于所述天线与向所述天线施加信号的信号生成器之间。

具体实施方式
图1-3所示的门系统10包括基于天线的接近式传感器12,该接近式传感器12具有可松脱电连接器14,该可松脱电连接器14使传感器12能够与门的脱离特征部一起工作。图1示出了其门板16处于接近关闭位置的门系统10,图2示出了在打开了一些的位置处的门板16,而图3示出了已经被门的脱离特征部松脱开的门板16。
在一些实施例中,门板16由缠绕可旋转卷鼓18的易弯幕帘(pliablecurtain)组成,卷鼓18又由一组轴承20支承。为相对于门道22对门进行开关,驱动单元24在任一方向上旋转卷鼓18。卷鼓的旋转方向确定了卷鼓18卷起还是放下板16。

为避免门板16、门框28、轨道30或轨道随动部件32的涉及碰撞的损坏,通过可松脱地将门板16连接到轨道随动部件32的可松脱机械连接器34来提供门系统10的脱离特征部。如果因板16关到障碍物上或某些东西撞击到门上,而使门板16受到预定的外力,则连接器34通过从轨道30或门框28松脱开板16(例如至少松脱开门板的前沿26的一个端部36)而起作用。在连接器34松脱开板16之后,连接器34和板16可以很容易地回到它们正常的操作状态。连接器34是示意示出的,其代表了能够使门板从其轨道或门框可返回地松脱的任何机构。在美国专利6,148,897、6,321,822、5,957,187、5,887,385、5,638,883、5,620,039、5,271,448、以及5,025,847中公开了可松脱机械连接器34的几个示例,通过引用特别将这些专利具体合入本文中。在一些实施例中,通过预定大小的磁力将连接器34和轨道随动部件32保持在一起。门板的前沿26可以是刚性或柔性的,并且根据门的类型,门板自身可以是柔性或刚性的。
为有助于避免正在关闭的门板16和附近的人体或物体发生碰撞,接近式传感器12包括沿板16的前沿26布置的天线38。当附近的人体或物体干扰了天线38周围的电磁场40时,控制器42通过发出告警或影响门系统10的操作而起作用。在某些情况下,例如,来自控制器42的输出43可能导致驱动单元24停止或逆转门板16的运动。
参照图4和/或参照美国专利5,337,039(通过引用特别将其合并在本文中)可以理解基于天线的接近式传感器12的操作。在图4中,基于天线的接近式传感器12被示为包括控制器42、信号生成器44(例如振荡器)、以及天线38。控制器42可以由传统的电源46(例如120VAC)供电,通过电线48和50向信号生成器44提供电源。控制器42与信号生成器44之间的另一条线52提供接地连接。在当前优选实施例中,信号生成器44用作传统振荡器,其向天线38提供在天线38周围创建电磁场40的信号54。可松脱电连接器14以及线56和58向天线38传送信号54。信号54的实际电压、功率和频率可以改变,然而,在某些情况下,信号54在大约1兆赫兹的额定频率下为大约9伏的峰-峰电压。
天线38可包括同轴电缆60,该同轴电缆60的导电护套(conductivesheath)62和中心线64在天线38的外侧端66相互焊接或以其它方式连接在一起。护套62的内侧端68通过47K欧姆电阻器70有线连接到信号生成器44,并且线72将线64的内侧端连接到信号生成器44。
在场40基本未受干扰的正常情况下,信号生成器44以其额定频率(例如一兆赫兹)振荡。该信号的频率(或频率变化)通过线74被传回给控制器42。当人体或物体通过改变天线38与地之间的容性耦合而干扰了场40时,信号生成器44趋于以低于一兆赫兹的额定频率的较低频率振荡。这种频率的下降用于识别附近可能存在障碍物。变化频率(delta-frequency)的实际大小取决于干扰的类型和天线的几何形状。通过比较信号生成器44与传统的锁相环电路(其可以并入信号生成器44或控制器42中)的振荡频率来检测频率的下降。
当门板16从门框28中脱离时,通过在电源46与天线38之间的某处安装可松脱电连接器14,可以避免对基于天线的接近式传感器12的损害。虽然连接器14的实际结构和位置可以改变,但在某些情况下,连接器14包括安装在信号生成器44与天线38之间的传统插头76和插座78。根据生成器44与天线38之间的具体连接,连接器14可以是或不必是同轴连接器。当门板16从门框28松脱或脱离时,如图3所示,插头76简单地从插座78中拉出。与插座78分离的插头76断开了电源46与天线38之间的电路径。此后,连接器14和34可以各自返回它们的正常连接状态以重建控制器42与天线38之间的电路径,从而将门系统10恢复到正常操作。
为简化连接器14和34的重新连接,可以将两个连接器14和34的结构可操作地连接或组合在一起协同操作,从而使连接器14和34作为一个单元而不是作为分立的机械和电连接器脱离和重新连接。在图5和图6中,例如,插座78相对轨道随动部件32固定,插头76相对机械连接器34固定。信号生成器44可以靠近插座78安装,以最小化或消除生成器44和插座78之间的布线。
如图7所示,信号生成器44还可以安装在固定位置处。在这种情况下,长的柔性线80(例如缠绕电缆)将信号生成器44连接到天线38。线80具有足够的长度和柔性,以使门板16’可以从门框28’的轨道30’脱离。虽然在这个示例中,门板16’包括一系列以枢轴方式连接的刚性或半刚性的板构件82,但易弯的门板或幕帘也在本发明的范围内。当使用较重的刚性门板时,可以使用弹簧84或对重物来帮助抵消门板构件的重量。可松脱机械连接器34’使门板16’可从轨道30’脱离。
在图8和图9所示的另一实施例中,门系统86具有与门板16相附接的信号生成器44,并且可松脱电连接器14’位于生成器44与控制器42之间。在这种情况下,连接器14’具有用于传送线74上的信号电压和生成器的电源电压两者的多个导体。图8示出了在正常操作状态下的门系统86,而图9示出了与门框28分离的门板的前沿26的一个端部。连接器14和34的分离和重新连接与门系统10的分离和重新连接类似。

Claims (21)

1、一种与电源相关联的门系统,包括:
门框;
门板,具有在沿门框平移时可垂直运动的前沿,其中所述前沿具有至少一个因施加的力超过特定大小而可从所述门框松脱的端部;
天线,靠近所述前沿布置,并且在与所述前沿一起平移时可垂直运动;
信号生成器,与所述天线电耦合,从而该信号生成器在所述天线附近创建电磁场;以及
可松脱电连接器,有选择地提供和断开所述天线与所述电源之间的电路径,其中所述可松脱电连接器响应于所述前沿的一个端部从所述门框松脱而断开所述电路径。

轨道随动部件,可移动地附接到所述门框,以便在沿所述门框平移时垂直运动;以及
