Abstract

Description

具有枢轴支撑架的车辆稳定系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有用于骑车人的支撑架的平衡式小型车辆,该支撑架可枢轴式转动,以便相对于车辆的地面接触部件以某一所需角度承载骑车人。
发明背景
小型车辆可以自驱动并由用户引导,并且例如在某一时刻不超过两个的车轮接触地面时,还可以需要在前后或者左右平面的一个或两个平面上保持稳定性。可以按照以下方式操纵这类车辆,即由骑在车辆上的骑车人使车辆倾斜,从而部分或整体地控制车辆的运动,包括加速运动(直线和转弯)。在美国专利US5,971,091中记载了几种这样的车辆,在本文中参照引用了其内容。
这种平衡式车辆可能缺乏静态稳定性。例如,参照附图1A,图中示出了一种现有技术中的全部用标号18表示的小型交通工具,骑车人站在支撑平台12上,并握住固定在平台12上的操纵把16的握把14,因此可采用类似于操纵踏板车的方法操纵本实施例所述的车辆18。可设置一控制环,在骑车人倾斜时可把扭矩施加到环绕轴22的轮子20上,从而使车辆加速。但是,车辆18在静态时不稳定,也不能操作控制环来保持动态稳定性,骑车人10将不能再以站立姿势被支撑在上面,还会从平台12上摔下来。另一种现有技术中的平衡式车辆如图1B所示,并全部由标号24表示。小型车辆24也具有图1A所示车辆12的特征,即设有用于支撑骑车人的支撑平台12和固定在平台12上的操纵把16的握把14,因此可以采用类似于操纵踏板车的方式操纵本实施例所述的车辆18。图1B表示虽然车辆24设有具有多个轮子28的轮组26,车辆24仍然不能保持静态稳定,也不能操作控制环来保持动态稳定性,骑车人10将不能再以站立姿势被支撑在上面,还会从平台12上摔下来。
发明概述
根据本发明的优选实施例,提供一种用于在路面上运送骑车人的装置。该装置设有一限定前后平面的平台,该平台承载包括骑车人在内的有效载重。该装置还设有一包括可移动地安装在平台上的地面接触部件的地面接触组件。该平台和地面接触组件是一组装装置的零部件,相对于地面接触部件限定该组装装置的重心位置。该装置还设有一用于承载骑车人的支撑架,该支撑架以可在重心位置的前后平面内变化的方式安装在平台上。而且,该装置设有一安装在地面接触组件上的驱动器,以相应于重心位置的方式向地面接触组件传递能量。
根据本发明的另外的实施例,该支撑架包括一座位。该支撑架在一定向的枢轴处安装到平台上,可使支撑架环绕基本上横跨前后平面的轴移动。该装置还设有一固定在平台上的操纵把,该操纵把在骑车人大致腰部的高度上设有一握把,从而可以类似于操纵踏板车的方式操纵该装置。地面接触组件的特征在于具有一与地面接触区域,支撑架设有一铰接部件,铰接部件偏转可以支撑骑车人的一部分体重,而且支撑架大致在地面接触组件与地面接触的区域之上设有一局部稳定区域。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,提供一种用于承载用户的装置,该装置设有一平台和一用户支撑架,该支撑架设有一相对于平台限定的位置并以下述方式与平台连接,即在正常操纵装置期间,用户可相对于平台改变支撑架的位置。该装置还设有一可通过至少一个地面接触部件在一基础表面上驱动平台的机动化驱动器,以及一与机动化驱动器连接的控制器,该控制器至少根据用户支撑架的位置,控制机动化驱动器的运行。
根据本发明的还一个实施例,提供一种用于运送坐在座位上的用户的装置。该装置具有一用于承载包括座位上的用户在内的有效载重的平台,一安装在平台上、相对于基础表面驱动该平台的地面接触组件,以及一连接在地面接触组件上的驱动器,该驱动器用于仅以用户倾斜的控制方式向地面接触组件传递能量。

优选实施例的详细说明
参照图1A,现有技术中的平衡车辆18不设置使用该车辆的骑车人10的座位。骑车人站在平台12上,握住固定在平台12上的操纵把16的握把14,从而可以采用与操纵踏板车相似的方式操纵本实施例所述的车辆。在控制环中可以感应出车辆的倾斜度并对其进行补偿,因此,如果骑车人向前倾斜,车辆就会向前运动,同理,在其它方向上倾斜,可使车辆相应地运动。因此,向前倾斜可以产生向前的运动,向后倾斜可以产生向后的运动。可设置适当的力传感器,感应左右方向的倾斜,并根据感应到的倾斜方向进行相关的控制,产生左右转弯。也可以使用类似的传感器探测倾斜方向。同样地,本实施例所述的车辆还可配备有启动车辆的脚踏(或动力)启动开关,可采用这种方式闭合开关,从而在骑车人站在平台12上时可自动地为车辆供能。
下面参照图2,示出了一种小型车辆30,可通过操作控制环(未示出)和车轮驱动器(未示出)向一个或多个车轮32(或者其它地面接触部件)施加扭矩,从而感应和补偿车轮的倾斜度,因此,如果骑车人10向前倾斜,就会产生车辆向前的运动。可以理解的是,没有必要把平台12直接连接到车轮32上。在车辆正常运行期间,没有必要避免车辆的倾斜,这样可保持车辆的持续运行和加速。根据本发明的一实施例,设置一用于承载骑车人10部分体重的座位34。骑车人10仍然可以改变他的重心位置、和车辆30与骑车人10的共同的重心36的位置,同时借助于座位34相对于平台12的枢轴式转动,由座位34继续承载骑车人的部分体重。
可以理解的是,在本说明书和所附的权利要求书所述的本发明的保护范围内,车轮32可以环绕一单轴转动,或者,也可以是环绕一采用单滚珠轴承(uniball)、可改变方向的轴转动。
座位34通过各种机构中的任何一种固定在平台12上。根据本发明的一优选实施例,座位34通过连杆38安装到平台12上,其本身可枢轴转动地安装在平台12上,并且在膝盖式连接部40安装在座位34上。可利用一弹簧结构(未示出)或其等同结构使包括座位34和连杆38在内的铰接支撑架偏转,从而抵销骑车人的体重。图3表示把座位34相对于连杆38压到膝盖式连接部40。另外,所示的枢轴42采用某种方式把连杆38连接到支撑平台12上,从而限制连杆38环绕一基本上横跨前后平面的轴前后移动。该弹簧结构(未示出)可包括诸如螺旋弹簧或气体弹簧之类的任何公知部件,以便偏转用于承载骑车人体重的某些摩擦力的支撑机构。另外,在本发明的保护范围之内,也涵盖本领域公知的用于在前后方向上平移座位34的机构,该座位可相对于地面接触部件32转移骑车人的体重。
参照图4A,说明图3的实施例所述的铰接折叠座位的一种变化。图中示出了一平衡式小型车辆44,其座位34可借助于全部由标号46表示的座位支撑机构相对于支撑平台12枢轴式地转动。座位支撑架46设有两个环绕枢轴50枢轴式转动的、大致呈线性的部件48,线性部件48可通过枢轴50连接到平台12上。线性部件48在枢轴52处连接到座位34上。坐在座位34上的骑车人可通过在前后方向上移动座位34转移她的体重,并进而转移车轮和骑车人的共同重心。图4B表示图4A所示的铰接折叠座位处于下面两种位置:用标号54表示的位置,该位置位于基本上在地面接触部件20(图4A中未示出)与地面的接触区域之上的包括骑车人在内的车辆重心处;由标号56表示的位置,在该位置座位34还可折向操纵把16。在图4A和4B所示的实施例中,座位34在中心位置54最高,这样具有最大的势能。
参照图5A,根据本发明的其它实施例,通过确保座位上用户的中心位置——一般位于轴22之上——保持在稳定状态,即该位置的特征在于局部势能最小,从而提供稳定性。因此,由于通过骑车人在向前方向60或向后方向62上的移动来移动座位34,座位34相对于由标号54表示的中心位置进一步从平台12移动,并进而更高于地平面。根据图5A所示的实施例,由连杆的大致呈三角形的结构64支撑座位34。摆臂66环绕相对于平台12固定的枢轴支撑点68枢轴式地转动,而连杆70把摆臂66连接到座位34上。大致平行于连杆70的连杆72在大致水平的方向上把座位34支撑在其中心位置54处。三角形结构64的第三边由连杆74构成。如图5B更详细的所示,连杆74可以是一刚性部件或者一悬挂部件,如图所示,它包括一气弹簧76,该弹簧用于对从路面通过平台12传递给座位34的振动进行缓冲。连杆74与凸轮随动件78连接,该随动件78插在凸轮表面80上,这样的结构方式可在座位34移动的中心提供一稳定的凹陷82。如果座位34前后移动,凸轮80就驱动凸轮随动件78,从而相对于其中心稳定位置升高座位34相对于平台12的高度。这样就减少了骑车人把身体保持在中心位置所需的努力,从而有利于骑车人把身体保持在更放松的位置,同时还可以从手把上移开他/她的手。
可以理解的是,座位34在其中心位置54前后移动时,车辆和骑车人的重心基本上位于车辆与地面接触的区域之上,基于这种原理提出的用于座位34的其它机械结构也涵盖在所附权利要求书限定的本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明所说明的这些实施例只是用于举例,本领域的技术人员可以理解有许多各种形式的改变和改进。所有这些改变和改进都涵盖在所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于在路面上运送人的装置,该装置包括:
a.一限定一前后平面的平台,该平台承载包括人在内的有效载重;
b.一包括可移动地安装在平台上的地面接触部件的地面接触组件,该平台和地面接触组件是一具有一重心的组装装置的零部件,该重心具有一相对于地面接触部件限定的位置;
c.一用于承载人的支撑架,该支撑架以下述方式安装在平台上,即通过支撑架的移动,使重心位置在前后平面上发生变化;和
d.一安装在地面接触组件上的驱动器,用于以根据重心位置的方式向地面接触组件传递能量。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该支撑架包括一座位。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该支撑架在一定向的枢轴处安装到平台上,从而使支撑架环绕基本上横跨前后平面的轴移动。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括一固定在平台上的操纵把,该操纵把在人大致腰部的高度上设有一握把,从而可以类似于操纵踏板车的方式操纵该装置。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该支撑架包括一铰接部件,该铰接部件偏转以支撑人的一部分体重。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,地面接触组件具有与地面接触的区域,而且支撑架大致在地面接触组件与地面接触的区域之上具有一局部稳定位置。
7.一种用于承载用户的装置,该装置包括:
a.一平台;
b.一用户支撑架,该支撑架设有一相对于平台限定的位置,并且该支撑架以下述方式与平台连接,即在正常操纵装置期间,用户可相对于平台改变支撑架的位置;
c.一可通过至少一个地面接触部件在一基础表面之上驱动平台的机动化的驱动器;和
d.一与机动化驱动器连接的控制器,该控制器至少根据用户支撑架的位置来控制机动化驱动器的运行。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,用户可通过倾斜来改变相对于平台的支撑架的位置。
9.一种用于运输座位上的用户的装置,该装置包括:
a.一用于承载包括座位上的用户在内的有效载重的平台;
b.一安装在平台上,相对于基础表面驱动该平台的地面接触组件;
c.一连接在地面接触组件上的驱动器,该驱动器用于仅由用户倾斜进行控制的方式向地面接触组件传递能量。
