Abstract

本发明涉及塑料剃须刀的手柄的制造。
背景技术
剃须刀手柄通常由注模塑料制成。已经知道的是,首先模制硬塑料手柄的一部分,然后在硬塑料部分的所需位置上模制弹性握持部分。
发明内容
总体上说,本发明的特征是,通过在第一个相对的模腔中模制一个第一塑料的实心内芯,所述内芯为不含任何外表面部分的纯内部元件,在第二个相对的模腔中围绕内芯模制第二塑料的外部部分,所述外部部分包括第一外表面部分,在第三个相对的模腔中、在外部部分上模制至少一个弹性握持部分来制造一个剃须刀的手柄,所述弹性握持部分包括第二外表面部分,所述手柄包括一个外表面,该外表面包括所述第一和第二外表面部分,而不包括所述第一塑料。
本发明的优选实施例可以包括如下特征中的一个或者几个。在优选实施例中,第一和第二塑料可以有相同的成分,并且可以有相同或不同的颜色。例如,两种塑料都可以是透明的塑料。内芯可以围绕一个接合件进行模制,并且可以通过移动接合件,把内芯从第一模腔移到第二模腔。可以通过移动接合件,把内芯和在第二模腔中加入的附加塑料从第二模腔移到第三模腔。可以同时在第一模腔中模制多个第一塑料的内芯。多个第二塑料的外部部分同时在第二模腔中进行模制。多个弹性握持部分可以同时在第三模腔中进行模制。模制握持部分后,内芯和附加塑料可以从接合件中取出,并且可以把一个形状与接合件形状类似的手柄连接零件连接在手柄上。内芯可以有一个穿透孔,并且外部部分的附加塑料可以通过孔,从内芯的第一侧表面到内芯的第二侧表面。内芯的一部分可以在第一侧支撑在一个模具表面上,同时附加塑料流过第二侧表面。
另一方面,本发明还在于用所述方法制造的剃须刀手柄。
另一方面,本发明还在于实施所述方法的装置。
本发明的实施例可以包括下述优点中的一个或几个。剃须刀手柄厚的塑料部分可以在两个阶段中通过减少注入塑料的量和厚度有效进行模制,并且一次固化。通过两个阶段注入塑料,部件的形成比在一个单一阶段注入全部塑料要快得多。快速固化可以如愿以偿地保证保持最终的有纹理表面,否则有纹理的表面会随着热从一个厚的模制部分的扩散熔化成一个光滑的表面。

具体实施方式
参照图1,剃须刀手柄10包括由可以从Denka得到的透明的丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)制造的长形部件12、和一个由Krayton商标下的弹性材料制造的握持部分14。用于把剃须刀架(未示)连接在手柄10上的组件16固定在部件12的前端18的一个凹槽中。图2示出加上握持部分14和固定组件16前的ABS长形部件12。部件12包括一个凹陷部分20和凹面22,握持部分14就固定在凹陷部分20和凹面22上。图3示出内芯24,内芯24和部件12的其它部分一样由ABS制成,并且包括长形部件12的内部部分。(作为变型,内芯24和外部部分可以使用不同颜色的塑料)。内芯24包括凹面22、一个比端部18细的端部26和一个比部件12的中心部分细并且包括穿透孔30和长形凹槽32的中心部分28。
手柄10的制造包括一个使用图4-7所述装置的三个阶段的模制过程,然后连接组件16。参照图4,模制装置40包括第一模具组件42、第二模具组件44和三角形模具部件46。第一模具组件42包括三组模腔48、50、52。每组模腔包括同时模制八个手柄零件的模腔。模腔48用于模制内芯24。模腔50用于给内芯24添加附加塑料,以便形成长形手柄部件12。模腔52用于加上弹性握持部分14。第二模具组件44包括三组对应的与模腔48、50和52对齐的模腔。模具部件46可以转动,也可以在第二组件44被分开以便从一组模腔中取出已模制的部件时从第一组件移出或移入第一组件,然后转动已模制部件,并且把它们移到下一组模腔中。图4中模具部件46在分开的位置。模具部件46收回时位于三角形凹槽54内,固定在它上面的零件排列成行,并位于各自的模腔内。
在图4所示的位置,刚刚在模腔48中形成的内芯24已经移出模腔48。同样,刚刚在模腔50中接受附加塑料的长形部件12也移出了模腔50。包括握持部分14的手柄部件在移出模腔52(在图4中由部件12和夹具56部分遮盖)后正在被产品夹具56从侧面移出模制装置。模具部件46将要从图4所示的位置逆时针旋转120度,使内芯24与模腔50对齐,长形零件12与模腔52对齐。然后模具部件46退回到凹槽54,并且内芯24在各自的模腔50中,长形零件12在各自的模腔52中。接合件57(也示于图7)也将与模腔48的端部对齐并位于其中。然后,把第一和第二模具组件42和44带到一起,并且将塑料注入到模腔48中,以形成内芯24,同时把附加塑料注入到模腔50中,为内芯24的周围提供附加塑料,以形成长形部件12,并把弹性塑料注入到模腔52中,以便把握持部分14加到长形部件12上。然后把第一和第二组件分开,模具部件46从侧面移开,夹具56取下完成的带有握持部分14的手柄,然后转动部分46并进行后面的模制作业。
参照图5,在模腔48中模制内芯24后,模具组件42和44开始互相分开。内芯24的端部26已经模制在模具部件46上的接合件57的周围,并且保持固定在接合件上。组件42上的截头圆锥形的突起提供了穿透孔30。组件44上的翼片62提供了长形狭槽32。浇口64用于把塑料注入到模腔48中。
参照图6,在通过浇注道70注入塑料之前,模具组件42和44处于在模腔50中的位置。浇注道70端部的管形零件72延伸到穿透孔30中,以便把塑料引导到内芯24的下部。塑料在下组件42的模腔50的上表面74以上沿内芯24的下表面前进,并且向两侧延伸。内芯24下面的塑料使凹面22贴靠第二模具组件44的对应凸出部分76。流向内芯24前端的塑料向上流向前端,并且在各侧的周围流向内芯24的顶部,并充填长形狭槽32。注入模腔50的附加塑料有熔化内芯24表面的趋势,因此提供一个均匀的和高透明度的整体塑料部件12。形成模腔52的模具表面有纹理,以便使部件12的表面有纹理。
装置40保证通过减少注入的塑料量和塑料的厚度有效进行长形部件12厚的塑料部分的模制,并能同时固化。这样,内芯24形成后,体积较小的内芯24迅速固化,并移到模腔50中。在模腔50中,内芯周围的附加塑料足够薄,使其也可以迅速固化。通过分二步注入塑料,零件的形成比一次注入所有的塑料要快得多。快速固化如愿以偿地保证保持部件12上最终的有纹理表面,否则有纹理的表面会随着热从厚的模制部分的扩散而熔化成光滑的表面。
Claims (11)
1.一种制造剃须刀手柄的多步骤模制方法,其包括以下步骤:
在第一相对模腔中模制第一塑料的实心内芯,所述内芯为不含任何外表面部分的纯内部元件,
在第二相对模腔中,围绕所述内芯模制第二塑料的外部部分,所述外部部分包括第一外表面部分,
在第三相对模腔中,在所述外部部分上模制至少一个弹性握持部分,所述弹性握持部分包括第二外表面部分,所述手柄具有一个外表面,该外表面包括所述第一和第二外表面部分,而不包括所述第一塑料。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一和第二塑料具有相同的成分。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一和第二塑料具有相同的成分,但成分有不同的颜色。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内芯的模制包括模制所述内芯的围绕一个接合件的部分,还包括在所述外部部分的模制之前,把所述内芯从所述第一模腔移到所述第二模腔。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其还包括在模制至少一个握持部分之前,把所述内芯和所述外部部分从所述第二模腔移到所述第三模腔的步骤。
6.如权利要求4所述的方法,其还包括在模制所述握持部分之后,把所述内芯从所述接合件上取下,然后接上形状与所述接合件类似的手柄连接零件。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一模腔中同时模制多个第一塑料的内芯。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第二模腔中同时模制多个第二塑料的外部部分。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第三模腔中同时模制多个弹性的握持部分。
10.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内芯的模制包括模制一个具有一个穿透孔的内芯,并且所述外部部分的模制包括使所述外部部分的塑料通过所述孔,从所述内芯的第一侧表面到所述内芯的第二侧表面。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述外部部分的模制包括使所述第一侧贴靠一个模具表面,同时所述塑料流过所述第二侧表面。
